Collector is always willing to listen to new ideas and implement them as long as it benefits the division. He stays in frequent contact with his fellow leaders and takes the time to ensure we are bringing out the best in ourselves. He spends pain staking hours on the forums, G14 and squad tags to make sure everything is in order. He is there when you need him always ready to share a laugh or two. Green is always ready to answer questions regarding SOP's, forums and pretty much everything else. Always brings humor to the conversation, however he keeps it professional when dealing with situations. He attends game nights and mentors everyone from PVT and up. The vision he has for his squad is communicated clearly to his members and they follow his lead. Polar ear took that squad and has made it through many obstacles and continues to over come them. He allows his members to grow by allowing them to be themselves and mentors them with his superb knowledge of KSI. The activity in this squad has improved 10 fold through game nights, full meeting lobbies and encouraging recruiting. He might think i am on his case, But i know good leadership when i see it. She is always there to motivate and push Samurai further than they expected. the willingness to help her squad as well as other squads is an attribute members can look up to. She puts together our LW divisional game night ever week on time and continues to have ingenuity in selecting fun ways to promote activity. She is enthusiastic and clear about goals set for Samurai and the squad follows her lead. I can't wait to see her in a more define leadership position. KSI CLINTON - (Lieutenant - LW - Paladin http://www.ksiforums.org/profile/31662-clinton-porter/ I would like this member recognized for his diligent passion and loyalty to his squad. He attends every meeting, get together's and game nights. With the abandonment of the previous general Clinton continues to strive to work with fellow officers to get this squad back on it's feet. He attends all to the workshops to further his knowledge in KSI and always has something to add which show me that he pays attention. He has a good knowledge base of the KSI SOP and enforces the KSI experience to fellow members.

This member is well on her way once again to that milestone. The way she cares for the squad and this community is impressive and admirable. Lanta has the goal driven attitude to gain the trust of her new members by being caring, firm, and interminable with the amount of time she has dedicated to re-establish a squad to greatness. All members can turn to her with any questions or concerns and she has the time to address them. She encourages members to feel confident in their own skin to achieve the goals that are set in the squad by being advantageous and consistent. To win this prestigious award doing your job is not enough, however Green is a very approachable person and welcomes not only issues with the division but with your personal ones. With the help of our members we took it to the top and this fine member took over my beloved squad. This is where KSI Slytherin 7 steps in. From the moment he re-entered KSI he has been a force to be reckoned with. Climbing through the ranks by leading by example and ensuring KSI SOP and COC was being followed and still managed to have fun with members. When he was General of Hypnos he continued to maintain professionalism and eagerness to learn everything he could about his job. He promotes forums usage, encourages activity, trains his members, and takes the gaming friendship to a whole new level. This strategy has split Hypnos and the seniors took notice and now uses this same standard to help another division.

When Collector 7 was not in my chain of command he was always able to take time out of his busy days to help and assist on issues with me. He has supported my ideas and knows when to give a swift kick when needed, As founder he has always put the division first (even though he complained first) but has always pushed passed it. He is always willing to try new ideas and follow through to ensure that the goal he set has been accomplished. I look forward to working with him some more to see all that can be accomplished in LW and beyond.

This is a set expression. To "go above and beyond the call of duty" means to do a lot more than you are required or expected to to for your job. If you break the expression down into parts, "go above and beyond" means to do more. "The call of duty" means "the things that you're asked to do for your job". This expression comes from the military, where it was used to talk about soldiers who died while fighting for their country. In the KSI world Green would have lost an arm and a leg to help others. lol KSI Green 7 has assisted me throughout my entire KSI career. Have a problem, no problem. Green with take the time to either join your party or invite you to one to ensure your issues and questions are handled, KSI related or personal. Why would a KSI member be concerned about your personal life? He cares that's why, and If he can't make it he will take the time to send you a message to inform you that he is busy and get with you later. He just doesn't ignore you. Some of us are lucky enough to be able to call him on his personal cell and i have called him on numerous occasions, sometimes all hours of the night to assist me. I have witnessed Green bouncing from party to party to help others whether in LW or even another squad or division. He should be at level 2 with this award but we will take it a step at a time because he will continue to go " Above and beyond" for all KSI members. His gamertag use to be x VonBuelow then changed it to KSI MadIntense from the suggestion of myself and KSI PaperBag 7, and for god reason. the intensity this member brings to the table is ridiculous. All ways an argument and always tryng to prove a point. You can not tell Mad that he is wrong. If you do the party will turn into a ruckus of google look ups and point proving tactics that are unorthodox. Lol As my 2nd CAPT. i try to avoid conflict with him (in a teddy bear way) because anything goes when he try's to prove a point.

While coming up in the ranks numerous times KSI Berzerk has helped me out with questions and moral support.

I will witness to this, I am apart of this new movement to try to get more members active on the forums and to make them feel more welcome in LW, The members feel enthused to know that all of LW is in their corner.

Ok where do i start, Mr. Green 7, KSI Gr33nB3r3t at the time, has influenced my entire KSI career. He has mentored me through every rank from RCT -General. This will be a submission to both said awards. He has answered questions and directed me in the right direction. As a GEN you can't really Mentor someone with out member assistance being involved. Yes i can vouch for the drama KSI Lil Freddy can cause. Not bad drama, but drama worthy of her hosting her own talk show.

KSIxEarthnWater Has outstanding social skills. He is always willing to help a fellow member out. Always has a good head on his shoulder which broadcasts through our division. Lets award him for this exceptional service.
