I've spoke countless times with Izzy about how hard it is for him to get through his life and still incorporate KSI. He has college and a job, yet he still manages to keep up with WI on a daily basis. I see him talking with sergeants all of the time in parties, checking up on them to make sure they do their job. And just these past few weeks, before Tanker's recent promotion to general, he has been the acting gen of not just one squad, but TWO SQUADS! It's very rare that you'll see a cofounder having to take the reins in two squads, but he has done it incredibly and has made sure the squads haven't dissipated since the two gens left. Every KSI member should try to be like Izzy. He constantly is setting others needs above his own, and trying to better KSI as a whole.

He's been an amazing mentor to me as well as many other people in WI. He constantly is doing everything he can to better the division. Even though he's been without internet the past few days, he's been using every resource available to him to make sure everybody is kept in place. He always knows what he is talking about, and has taught me the entire history of WI. He has been working with Izzy and Britnner to make sure our squad doesn't go under, and is playing a huge role in the upcoming split of our squad. He spends a ton of time each day going through the recruit tag and making sure every new recruit is accounted for, and informing everyone on a daily basis. He never misses a day, either. If I ever need any help, he's the guy I know that can tell me the answer. He takes time out of his very busy day to help out KSI as a whole. As both Anarchy and Vortex have been without a general the past few weeks, Izzy has done everything he could do to help out the squad and make sure everything is running cleanly. He always has a positive attitude towards members and cheers them up whenever they're brought into his party. Whenever I bring my corporals and privates into his parties, he welcomes them and is always enthusiastic. He's been a great co-founder and has not just been managing ONE squad without a general, but TWO squads without a general. I'll admit, I was a little nervous seeing such a new member as the head officer of our squad. But since the day our general stepped down, Britnner has done an INCREDIBLE job managing the squad. She is only a captain but manages the squad as if she were a general. The squad has grown massively since she took over, and we now have a successful HH team, which she moderates. She's also been giving us members to get to know, to make sure that they don't get left out, and they eventually change their gamertags as they feel more included within KSI. LT Gamertag (Rank - Division/Squad) - KSI Webby200o - 1LT - Anarchy WI Link to forums account - http://www.ksiforums.org/user/24651-ksiwebby2000/ Reasoning why they deserve this - I'll start with this - Webby lives in Britain. That's a 5 hour time difference from EST. However, I see Webby at multiple squad events when at his time are well past midnight. He is constantly putting in as much effort as he can, and even staying up to make sure things run smoothly. He works and plays with privates and corporals to make sure they are active members in the squad. He is always training. He plays an active role in anarchy's gun crown program. If you come to him with a problem, he will take care of it without having to go to upper leadership. He's always willing to lend a helping hand, and I hope to see him play an even bigger role in KSI in the future. Member Gamertag (Rank - Division/Squad) - KSI xSlipknot1x - SSGT - Anarchy WI Link to forums account -http://www.ksiforums.org/user/28113-ksi-xslipknot1x/ Reasoning why they deserve this - Slipknot has been ON FIRE this month in recruiting. I'll be honest, our squad wouldn't even be that close to a split without her. At least 20-25 new recruits have sailed in this past month, not to mention the 34 total recruits that she has. Whenever I join a party of hers, she is playing with somebody she recruited in the past week. She stays active with all of her recruits and makes sure they're incorporated into the squad and attending squad meetings. Since she's been promoted to an officer position she has stepped up even more and has been not just recruiting, but training and hosting game nights. One of the most friendly people I've ever met, you can ask her for advice and she'll give it to you with a smile. Definitely deserves this award.

I'll definitely vouch for Lafayette. I've talked with him on multiple occasions to make myself a better officer. +1 vote from me.

Rocco consistently dedicates his time to KSI and in an effort to help split the squad has gone as far as recruiting members of his own to boost membership. I've been in the squad with him since he was a 2CPT in January and he's done so much to make my time in KSI valuable. He puts in so much effort and is one of the reasons Anarchy stayed together during our crisis a few weeks back. I'm very happy to have him as my general and I would not trade him for anybody else
