I'm always down to watch some Siege!

Sorry it's taken so long to add my two cents. Regardless of the quantity of people that post in this thread, I can only tell you about the quality of Havoc as a leader in this community. A few months ago when Havoc rejoined the community, FuzzyMeep sent me a message telling me to get him involved in Performance Operations. As the former CPO, he already had some experience doing what we were doing. It took us a few days of playing tag, but we finally got in the same party. I could tell right away how valuable an asset he was going to be. As a newly placed co-founder of DW and a PO, he hit the ground running and didn't look back. At first I wasn't sure how much he could handle so I had him work closely with some of the more experienced people in the dept. He quickly proved that he didn't need that. What I found out was that he was an excellent equalizer to my personality, which at times can be brash or blunt. He knew how to act in different situations, and provided a very distinct opinion within the group. He has also proven to be a person who isn't afraid to tell me he doesn't agree with my ideas. Over time it became clear that I wasn't going to be able to continue as the dept head indefinitely due to my schedule, so I quickly identified Havoc as my replacement. Since then he has done a fantastic job as my Co-Head, running things in my absences, and will soon be taking over as the Head of the department. His future vision for Performance Ops and KSI will take them both to the next level, and I can't wait to see what he does.

I used to listen to Blow Me Away by Breaking Benjamin on repeat when I played H3. Such a great song.

Performance Ops Bright Idea Mass Nomination
Hello Im Gandhi replied to Hello Im Gandhi's topic in AAP Archive
Yeah. Credit where credit is due. Without them the idea never would have fully materialized. -
I'll witness. True has always been heavily involved in this community, but it's only recently that I've gotten to know her. Initially PO adapted some of her guides that were written in the past for community wide use. Now she is a member of the Community Development Committee and is helping to create the materials that will be used by future members and leaders of KSI. She has been dedicated to this process and is truly ensuring that anything produced is of the highest quality possible. She's always looking for new ways to be involved and contribute to the betterment of our collective future. I have no doubt that she will continue to do so as she finds new ways to be involved and contribute.

KSI BadKitty 7 - Multiple Nominations
Hello Im Gandhi replied to Hello Im Gandhi's topic in OS Archive
See, if I wasn't being lazy I could have done that. -
Name: KSI Gambit 7 Forums Account: @KSI Gambit 7 Name: KSI BadKitty 7Link to Forums Account: @KSI BadKitty 7 Name: KSI Breakfast 7 Link to Forums Account: @Breakfast I’m going to largely copy what I posted for another nomination earlier, because the facts are basically the same. Performance Operations and the Community Education Project would not have been possible if it weren't for the work of several people, including Gambit, Kitty and Breakfast. Together they helped write and edit the rough drafts that became our current workshops, as well as helped structure the department, and find capable leaders to fill the positions we have. In addition to this they helped create various things such as the CAP leadership principles which can be found in the PO section, the Community Development Committee, and much more. His ideas are woven into many areas that now comprise the CEP. I received this award a while ago, but it's unfair to not credit the people who were equally as important, if not more important in the process. I was asked to create one thread for this. If I'm leaving out info it's not intentional. Every one of these members is more than deserving of this award.

KSI BadKitty 7 - Multiple Nominations
Hello Im Gandhi replied to Hello Im Gandhi's topic in OS Archive
Well RIP me. I looked through her awards and didn't see them. Oh well, the things I said still ring true. -
Name: KSI Breakfast 7 Link to Forums Account: @Breakfast Award-/-Achievement: Outstanding Service Level 1 Reasoning: Breakfast is a man who comes with a wide range of different reputations. Trust me, I’ve heard them all. Many of you probably have. However, over the past 6 months I’ve gotten to know a Breakfast that not many people see. I’ve gotten the chance to work with a dedicated KSI member, and a leader who has a natural potential to do some incredible things in this community, especially if his focus is channeled correctly. Shortly after the HR Project Team began (it would later become Performance Operations), Breakfast became a springboard for ideas. As a member of divisional leadership at the time, I felt like he had some unique and diverse opinions to bring to the table. Over time some of his ideas resonated with my staff. Before long he was a full member of the team helping to write and edit workshops. At first Breakfast made a hash of most things. His formatting sucked, information was sparse, and sometimes it was hard to follow. But after being beaten over the head with a proverbial stick by BadKitty and myself, he quickly turned a corner and began producing quality work. At the same time it became apparent how dedicated to the cause he was. When us normal folk could only turn out about one workshop a week, Breakfast would turn out two revisions every few days. As we got closer to finalizing things, he took on a new role as a Performance Officer. While he admittedly knows how to irritate people, he helped to train a couple of the current divisions on the new set of workshops. During a time when departmental moral was taking a hit, Breakfast kept chugging along to finish the work (at his own pace mind…). Sometimes it was on schedule, sometimes it wasn’t, but in the end, it got done. As we looked for ways to streamline communication, he proposed the CEP Server (you can blame all the confusion from the first time around on Breakfast) which in time became a valuable resource for PO to communicate with the various leaders around the community. Over the last month or so, it became obvious that Breakfast had a vision for the future. With that, we put him in charge of a pilot group within Performance Ops called the Community Development Committee. Created by Breakfast, their sole responsibility is to look for resources that already exist that could benefit the community, as well as create new materials based on input from the various components of KSI. It’s almost hard to put into words how instrumental Breakfast has been in this process, and will continue to be in the future. Whether it be as a former leader in clan ops, a member of Performance Ops, a member of T&E, or as a member of Marketing, he has proven repeatedly how valuable he can be to KSI. These awards are based on merit, and when I work at Breakfast’s body of work, there aren’t many people more deserving of OS Level 1 in this community than him.

Name: KSI Gambit 7 Forums Account: http://www.ksiforums.org/profile/39176-ksi-gambit-7/ Award-/-Achievement: Outstanding Service Level 1 Reasoning: Gambit has been a continual presence in my Performance Operations team for about the last 5-6 months. While not there since the very beginning, he did join the process early on. In fact, when Gambit joined we were going through a rough patch (as many new divisions/departments do), and his contributions helped to stabilize things. Before he arrived, my team was more of a project group, with several individuals helping me to work through the majority of our early workshop rough drafts. At the time, Gambit had just been promoted to director and he brought a fresh set of eyes and a new perspective to the process. He quickly came in and starting helping with the edits and even took on the task of writing one of the workshops by himself. In addition to this, he created the CAP leadership principle, which can now be found in the PO section of the forums. During the rollout of the CEP he was also instrumental in training several divisions, as well as bridging the divide between areas of conflict and difficulty. While Gambit and I have never been as close as some of the performance officers are, we would not be where we are today without his contributions. As the saying goes, “game recognizes game”. All of this is before we even consider the contributions he made to DM, his many divisions he has been over as a director, and the work he has done as a Co-Head of T&E. It goes without saying that Gambit has been one of the most important KSI leaders of the last 6 months to a year. In fact, it’s hard to believe he hasn’t already received this award. There are few people more deserving.

Name: KSI BadKitty 7Link to Forums Account: http://www.ksiforums.org/profile/40631-ksi-badkitty-7/?tab=activity Award-/-Achievement: Outstanding Service Level 2Reason-/-Evidence: Over the past 6-7 months I've had the privilege of working with Kitty on a regular basis. When FuzzyMeep and I came together last October and set the Community Education Project and Performance Operations in motion, the first person that was suggested as a person to add to the staff was Kitty. From then on she became an absolutely crucial part of the process. Early on she help me write and edit rough drafts, look for spelling errors, color code, and much more. In that time she also helped me to organize the staff, acting as a defacto Co-Head without ever having the title. She mentored other members of the project team, gave them guidance, and did just about everything I asked of her. Most importantly though, she acted as a mentor to myself. She helped me feel out the current KSI, learn the ropes, learn how to deal with certain leaders, and helped me connect with some people that would come key performance officers in the future. During the roll out she helped to train multiple divisions, instilling the same sense of leadership she carries with herself to others. She helped members navigate the confusing nature of the first set of workshops, and helped to create solutions when problems arose. It's safe to say that without Kitty, I don't think this department and program could have had anywhere near the success it has. People who know me know I'm not always the best of not pissing people off. Kitty served as the balance to that. Nevertheless, during this entire process she remained a divisional leader in DM, striving to create one of the most stable and prosperous divisions in this community, as well as remained head of T&E which helped the department to reach heights it hasn't seen is years. When you look at the list of awards available in KSI, it goes without saying that Kitty is the embodiment of what all of them represent. She is dedicated and devoted to her family outside of Xbox, but also her family here on line. Kitty is also one of the few people I know who will drop what they are doing and come solve a problem or have a conversation. There are few people more deserving of this award than her. Award-/-Achievement: MentorReason-/-Evidence: As mentioned above, Kitty has served as a mentor to myself, and countless others. She helped me learn the ropes in the modern day iteration of KSI, and without her I don't think I could have created the department that we know call PO. She taught me a lot, and I hope to repay the favor at some point. Like I said, I'm going to keep it short because I created a wall of text that addresses a lot of this above. Award-/-Achievement: TrainerReason-/-Evidence: Mentioned above, Kitty helped to train 3-4 divisions on the new set of workshops, easily surpassing the 30+ mark. This isn't even considering the members of DM that she has trained throughout her time in KSI, and as one of its divisional leaders. I know she hosted numerous workshops for them as well. There is no doubt in my mind that she is qualified and deserving of this award.

Late to the party, but I just wanted to give you even more of a reason to vote for Akame's OS1. LS is one of the first three divisions that have piloted our new workshop system, and it's been a bigger success than we could ever have imagined. LS has taken the workshops and ran with them. Their buy in has been complete and you can see it at every level of their division, from the top down. We were just talking about this last night, and we see nothing but good things in the future for LS. A large part of the success of this new system has been Akame. If I could clone my personality and create a british alter ego who knew exactly what I wanted from training, Akame would be it. He has 150% bought into our project, and with that has given that same level of enthusiasm to the members below him, and above him. He is fully deserving of this award.

This man has been nothing if not dedicated to EO and productions. Every time I have interacted with him he has been a professional. When it comes to running his squads he always knows what is going on with his members. When it comes to his division, he is always trying to find new ways to revolutionize activity, such as the gun crowns he reintroduced to EO for WW2. When it comes to productions he is always working on finding the best way to take us up the charts of Twitch. At no point have I talked to him where he wasn't thinking about a way to better some aspect of this community. In fact, just a couple of weeks ago Skarz submitted his version of a workshop which has formed a large basis of a workshop that the performance ops team will be rolling out in the near future. He wasn't approached to do this, but rather did it because it was in the best interest of KSI. He is constantly gaming, hanging out, and talking with his members. In my opinion, this is what KSI is all about. Much like with Guyy, I consider Skarz to have had a huge role in helping me to readjust as a member of a new KSI. A KSI that was very different from the one I left. Without his help, I might not have been anywhere near as succesful.

I've known Guyy in a couple of different capacities, including as my superior and as a member of my performance operations team. Guyy is always striving to do things by the book, and by doing them in the image of the KSI way. He is a constant source of information for his members and officers, and is an all-round excellent person to talk to. Early in the process of the Community Education Project and Performance Operations he helped to write rough drafts for what would later become the workshops that are being rolled out throughout the community at the present time. In addition to this, he provided an invaluable voice in talking about what the future of training in this community should look like. He provided ideas and thoughts that hadn't been considered, and without him, I'm not sure we would have been as succesful as we currently are. He was a huge springboard for me, and helped me think through several ideas that I've now implemented. In fact, I could always count on Guyy for giving me pushback that was needed to make sure I thought something through all of the way. In addition to all of this though, Guyy was one of the people who I would claim as my "new age KSI mentors". He helped show me the way in a community that I had been away from for a very long time, which in turned helped to give me the context necessary for my current position in the community. Without him and others like him, I would have been another old KSI member lost in the wind.

Literally never seen it. Haven't seen Seven either.

I can't claim Ronin as a traditional mentor, per se, but I can claim him as a mentor as he showed me how to get around in a new and modern KSI. He showed me how things run on a squad, and division basis, and walked me through a lot of the changes that have happened over the last few years. I can also vouch for the fact that he has been a mentor for numerous officers and members in EO, especially during his time as an acting general of Talon while running EO. Any questions, just ask.
