Let's go WICKED INTENT!

Izzy recently became CoFo over my squad Abaddon. Or should I say, my squad was added to his already large list of responsibilities. Responsibilities he handles well indeed. I've been very thankful for his service in KSI and in our division especially. I believe he deserves this outstanding service award because he takes the time to help. He has checked in with me almost daily since our squad lost its general and he has done nothing but support me and my officers in every way he can. He takes the time to mentor and he doesn't talk down to people. He wields authority but doesn't lord it over someone. After Lafayette's promotion to CoDiv, I really wasn't sure how working with Izzy instead would be. I'm very grateful to say that his service to our squad, especially our officers, has helped us be the best officer corps we can be. We are constantly growing and learning, don't get me wrong, but my hope is that we can serve our squad the same way our CoFo KSI Izzy 7 serves our division. He deserves this award without a doubt.

As a captain, she has helped run Abaddon and keep it going for the past few months. We couldn't do it without her. She's a SSGT, LT and CPT all rolled into one. No task is too small or too great for her. She works her butt off and never quits. She's an expert at diffusing conflict and solving tough issues wherever they may arise. It's been really great having her as a role model and friend. I'm really excited to watch her future KSI career and see her leadership skills in action. He difuses conflict quickly, does not show favoritism, and is always willing to help out fellow division members. I'm certain he has become a great asset to Crysis. We miss him over in Abaddon but are excited to see the work he does for the division as a Lieutenant. An OP Halo player as well as an awesome Raider on Destiny. Definitely one of WI's star LT's. Sergeant KSI Lady Vadar - Abaddon WI SGT Link to forum account: http://www.ksiforums.org/user/27214-ksiladyvadar/ Lady Vadar is a newer member of Abaddon and also a freshly promoted SGT. She shows great maturity in dealing with fellow members as well as in the way she communicates with officers and respects the chain of command. This past month, she's become very active in the squad and among the new recruits. Always including people and helping out where she can, it's been awesome to get to know her. Definitely a role model SGT. I'm very excited to see her career in KSI progress.

Hatter DEFINITELY deserves this award. Without a doubt. Even when her life is busy as heck, she still takes the time to make sure her squad (and division) is doing ok and functioning like it should. Whether it's counseling, reprimanding a rogue member, or just spending time with us, she does it. Since Abaddon's split from Crysis, Hatter has had to deal with a LOT of crap coming from a lot of different directions. We've lost quite a few members since the split and some of them have hung around and tried to make Hatter (and the officer's) life hell. Building a squad from bare bones isn't the easiest task. She's somebow managed to hang in their AND bring Abaddon to a better place. Hatter's transition from General to CoFounder has been a very unique one. As a relatively small squad, it's taken a tremendous amount of initiative and work from the officers, led by Hatter, to shape Abaddon into what it is today. Now that she's a CoFounder, we don't see her much anymore on the gaming side of things. She's always there though. To counsel and answer questions if we need it. It's been really encouraging to see how fully she supports our new General and how she's handed over the reigns of Abaddon. In conclusion, l'll say this. I know for a fact that Abaddon wouldn't be here today if it wasn't for her efforts and her dedication.
