Greenday annoys me. She’s always wanting to do more. Sometimes to the point that there’s literally nothing else for anyone to work on. (I can personally witness to this) Why is this a bad thing, you ask? Well I’ll tell you. Ok it’s not a bad thing. I just wanted to emphasize the fact that this young lady often goes above and beyond. Which is a good thing. Greenday has grown so much this past year and a half. She’s become a Forums Mod, helped split a Department and decisively risen through the ranks in this community. She’s earned more awards than almost any other member of KSI ever. She’s donated her time, money and resources to this community. Whether you know her personally or not, trust me. You have reason to thank the Fox. I’ve known Greenday since late 2014. She actually joined my squad in WI way back when. We worked together for a long time as fellow officers and she eventually became my General. Fast forward to now... Greenday’s contributions to this community - mainly her work in Department and Web Ops - has earned her a reputation for being helpful, knowledgeable and passionate. I’m proud of how much she’s grown and how many members she’s helped. As the Co-Head of HSI, she is instrumental in helping record and preserve the history of our community. It’s not an easy feat, but something she’s well equipped to do given her extensive knowledge of KSI. She has also contributed MUCH to the Marketing Department and to KSI’s Moderator team. I’d say Greenday is a good example of a “KSI poster child”. Chances are, if you’ve been around the community for a few months, you have to know her by now - if only by reputation. I believe KSI Greenday 7 deserves OS2 based on her long-standing dedication to the community and all the ways she continues to show us she cares.

KSI FadeZ 7 deserves Outstanding Service Level 2. He's the current Head of History, Statistics & Information. He's a seasoned Join Moderator. He's a long-standing member of the News Department and a former Senior News Writer. He's a Court Judge. He's a member of Hannibal DW. FadeZ and I met playing PUBG - or so the story goes. He SAYS I tried giving him advice on how to play a game he'd been playing for months. I don't believe him. That doesn't sound like me. Regardless, since mid-2018, FadeZ and I have worked together closely. We spent many, many hours developing plans and seeking to rebuild the News Department in the wake of its former Department Head. Everything from the bare bones: To the eventual Department split. From staffing, to training, to assignments, to communicating with other Departments, FadeZ has always had a hand in directing the course of News. This became even more apparent (and crucial) late in 2018 as we prepared for a Department split. FadeZ volunteered to remain a part of News as well as HSI (back then it was the History Team) once the split was finalized. He is our only remaining link to how things used to be. FadeZ' hard work and dedication has propelled him to the forefront of Department Operations. He has a creative mind, a charismatic personality and integrity to match them both. His drive is the best example of what someone can achieve in KSI if they're willing to put the time in and contribute. No one begs FadeZ for anything. He steps up. He takes the initiative. He leads by example. FadeZ is a KSI Mentor, Trainer and currently holds Outstanding Service Level One. He's been Lieutenant of the Month, Co-Founder of the Month, Top Recruiter of the Month, Forum Staff of the Month, Department Staff of the Month, an Of The Year Runner-Up and a Squad Splitter. Capped Out, Committed and a member of the Divisional Hall of Fame. FadeZ' KSI resume is only surpassed by his reputation in the community. People like him are few and far between. I'm thankful to have worked with him on more projects than I could ever count. I'm even more thankful to call him my friend. If there's one person in the community right now who's earned Outstanding Service Level Two, it's KSI FadeZ 7. Proud of you, dude.

When I think about Harmony, I think "Reliability" and "Dedication". She always shows up. She always reaches out and tries to connect with members. And she always strives to be the best she can be. Being a fellow member of DW, I've been able to see how Harmony interacts with the members around her. She's kind and considerate, and even sympathetic. There are few in the division that haven't heard of her and respect her reputation. Whether you're well known or hardly known, Harmony will take time out of her day to game with you and make sure you feel like family. Outside of Clan Ops, Harmony has been making waves ever since she joined the News Department back in early 2018. I've read every article she's written. I've had many discussions with her about KSI, the state of the community, the meaning of life, food, games, writing in general, etc. You name it, we've talked and/or argued about it. But this is a good thing. Harmony's intellect has been an asset to News in many ways. She's not only written truck-loads of quality content for the Global site but she's also covered KSI's annual events without fail for over a year. Recaps, scores, play-by-play, the whole nine yards - she's done it all. As a Senior News Writer, Harmony is in charge of orienting and mentoring News staff as well as overseeing KSI's Instagram content schedule. Her dependability has made her invaluable to Department Operations. I believe she absolutely deserves Outstanding Service Level One - not only for her past accomplishments in KSI but also for the continued dedication she shows our community on a daily basis. I have no doubt Harmony will be here years from now. Members like this are few and far between. I'm glad she's been nominated for this award. She's earned it.
