This is a man who took over a squad that was seriously depressed and stagnate and turned it around and even split said squad. This man deserves this and more. I can't even begin to explain the accomplishment that she has achieved in her small time as a general. In the first few weeks as a general of cruelty she defluffed her squad from 63 to 40 and replaced every single member within 2 weeks. Currently they are preparing for a squad split. Not only has she grew her squad but also encourage more out of the box game nights and more team building events. DM is super lucky to have a member like this. Can't wait to see what she does next.
