Not very good at these but here goes. @Widow thank you for being a great friend to me over the years. Starting off when you were a captain while I was gen of Menace and then again in titan. You helped those squads be great. I am especially thankful for you coming to DR with me so I would have someone I knew around. You are one awesome person. No matter what you always have a smile on your face. @Breakfast I really appreciate everything you have done. I know sometimes we argue sometimes but I couldn't do this without you. You have so many great ideas that help squads achieve to the maximum potential. I wish things weren't the way they are but we got this. @xTheKing 7 Thank you for giving me a shot here in DR and not giving up on me when I gave up on myself countless times. I wouldn't be where I'm at if it is was not for you. @True 7 @Broken Pliers You guys have taught me so much and have helped me achieve to my fullest potential. Thank you for being there for me when I needed someone through tough times.

True is someone a lot of people can lookup to. She has been a mentor to me since I first became a general and has helped me learn what it is to be a leader. I've seen True struggle through things in her time here but she always makes it through coming out stronger in the end. I am proud to have a friend like her that I can count on. She is my mentor.

King has been a mentor to me since the first day I came back to DR. With guidance from him I was able to learn what it means to be a leader and bring back a squad that would have been shut down to splitting it. King is not one to let someone give up. He pushes me to be the best I can be and achieve the goals I set out. He is always there when his leaders and members need him. DR is what it is because of his leadership and training. I claim KSI xTheKing as my mentor.

If she believes that you can do better she will push you to your best ability. She always brings out the best of in people. True is always going through what she needs to do whether it's in the join section or as an excellent director. If a member is going through hardships she is always there for them and will work with them so they achieve their duties to the best they can. Her dedication is truly amazing. So many members look up to True including myself. Grumpy was one of the very few who stepped up to the plate and helped bring it back up to the squad it could be. With his help we were able gather the squad together and teach people how to recruit and brought them in for gamenights. He is a very good leader and is always there if a members needs help with recruiting or if it's with doing a raid even if it's 2 in the morning. He is truly someone you can count on. He always goes above and beyond what is asked of him to accomplish what needs to be done. There is never a moment that he is not gaming with his squad or helping a member further their knowledge on recruiting or the responsibilities of an officer. He helped us grow our numbers in CoD players and helped split Genesis into Elysium. Without his help we probably wouldn't have been able to achieve what we have. He brought up DR back to the standing point it was at awhile ago. He strives for the best from his leaders and puts in an astonishing amount of work. King makes sure to acknowledge all the hard work all his members do and encourages them to put forth their best efforts. You can always count on King to help with anything you might need.

I have been in KSI for almost three years now and plan to keep going, helping out as much as I can. Almost got lost in the mass changes that kept going on within the squad but I made it through haha. He has helped out with Titan so much when I had to step away. He games with members when he is not at work or sleeping. Members love to have him around to talk and hangout with. Though we do tend to get aggravated with each other, I truly do appreciate all the hard work he's put in to help us out. Elk has always been there for not only Titan, but for the other squads as well. He never lets us down. I look to Elkram as a mentor. He has taught me so much that has helped me become a better general. Bandit knows what is expected. She doesn't sugar coat anything. If there is a problem Bandit will fix it. She joins in on game nights throughout the division and makes them quite fun. In my honest opinion I believe Bandit should receive this award because she knows what she is doing. She inspires people (inspires me) to strive to become more. An excellent leader I would say.
