Director Gamertag (Rank - Division/Squad) – KSI THOR 7 - Director Link to forums account - http://www.ksiforums.org/profile/2841-ksi-thor-7/ Reasoning why they deserve this – I think that Thor should be recognized for the work he has done as a Director. As LW’s Director he should be helping us out as needed, but Thor goes above that. He has spent countless hours in parties with me, as well as LW’s 7 staff, helping us with various things. Not only does he help us when there is an issue, but he also takes time out of his day to play and chat with us. He is always there for us, and even gets to know us on a personal level. I know a lot of things that I have mentioned fall into the description of being a Director, but Thor has gone above my expectations. We appreciate everything you’ve done for us in LW. Co-Division Leader Gamertag (Rank - Division/Squad) – KSI Ascend 7 – LW Co-Division Leader Link to forums account - http://www.ksiforums.org/profile/26961-ksiascend7/ Reasoning why they deserve this – I have a long list of reasons as to why KSI Ascend 7 deserves this award. To start I’d like to just say that LW would not be where it is today if it wasn’t for Ascends’ efforts. He is the type of guy that will do anything for another KSI member, regardless of rank, or if it is even axed of him (Sorry man). He reaches out to all members to get to know them not only as another member, but also on a personal level. This is something that he has done, that I was unable to do as Co-div, he is able to connect with all of the squads and their members and build a solid bond with all of them. They don’t look at him as a boss, but as a leader. One way that you can tell is that Ascend is always like “Yeah, let’s go do that”; instead of “yeah you go do that”. This is a great characteristic of all leaders and I am proud that Ascend always has that type of attitude. Ascend is always trying to come up with new ideas to increase activity as well as improve everyone’s KSI experience. Ascend steps up and takes care of things when I am not online, which is part of his rank duties, however even when I am online he asks if he can take care of it. He is always trying to learn more to improve himself, which he passes on to the rest of the division. A lot of the LW members can attest to this, but if you need someone Ascend is the man to go to. Something that Mpliers knows from experience, this guy will take care of a situation whenever it surfaces, even if that is at 5AM. Ascend was in charge of the LW Recruit Tag for quite some time, and during that time the tag was the most active it has ever been. He was on it 2, 3, sometimes even 4 times a day, which if you’ve held a recruit tag you know, that is way more than the norm. I could go on about Ascend for days but the thing that it comes down to is this, LW’s success comes from the work he has done and we wouldn’t have been able to do it without him. Ascend, keep up the great work man, I’m excited to see what will come from LW with you as “the hog with the big nutz.”

One thing that I have been very pleased with is his quickness when it comes to getting squad tags for us. I know that this is part of being a director, but in the past getting tags has been a hassle, with Thor it isn’t. Another reason he deserves this award is because he will hang out in a party for hours while divisional issues are being handled. The other day I joined Thor’s party to ask him a question and that led to two hours of me pulling different people into the party to address their issues, although I told Thor multiple times, “you don’t need to stay in here, I got this”, he decided to stay in the party and be involved. I know that means a lot to me and for the other members it probably means even more. Thanks for what you’ve been doing Thor. One thing that I have noticed is that Swagg is always trying to motivate and bring out the best in people. I know I have given him props on the messages he sends out (sometimes spams, haha) and I’m sure other people have as well. After Azrael became a director Swagg had the opportunity to step up and run “his” division. Since this point I believe he has done a great job and wish him and FI the best of luck. I’m sure every Div Leader would stand up for their founder, but Ascend isn’t your normal founder. Ascend does anything and everything he possibly can to better the division. There have been countless times where even though I am his “superior” he has taught me things. Ascend brings amazing leadership skills to LW and has knowledge from his time in the military that he uses for KSI. This has helped a tremendous amount of LW members and one thing that shows this is that our officer workshops have gone from struggling to fill the lobby to having overflowing lobbies, and it is mostly due to Ascend’s teaching. Another thing that has to be mentioned is his activity. Ascend is always on and available for the members. There have been times that I have asked him to take some time off, or even a day off, but he keeps grinding and getting things done. A couple weeks ago I asked him to step back a little bit and rely on the Co-founders more, since then he has asked me if he could get back to being more involved. As leaders we strive to find other leaders, I know that I have found a great leader with ridiculous amounts of potential, both in KSI and his personal life. I appreciate everything you do Ascend. Since he has become a co-founder he has helped push the standards that KSI has set forth as well as the standards that myself and the other LW 7’s have implemented. Bravo also does a great job of making himself available for all the members and frequently attends meetings and game nights. Bravo has also stepped up and taken a squad tag, and is currently an acting gen. Even though it’s tough going back to being a General after you’ve become a 7 he has stepped up and is looking at it positively. I know he will do great things with that squad and hopefully sooner than later you won’t have to have the tag. Keep it up man. This guy has gone so much in the short time he’s been in KSI. When Polar became a General he barely had his required amount of time in, but the General before him went to help out another division so we needed someone to step up. That being said I was a little worried about how he would do at first, I can tell you now that I had nothing to worry about. He has been a great General and had boosted activity in his squad through the roof! During his time as a General he has removed all the fluff that was in the squad and replaced it with very active members. He always shows up to meetings, workshops, game nights, and anything else that happens to come up. Another thing that he is doing to go above and beyond is he reaches out and participates with other divisions. He does this himself, as well as encourages the rest of his squad to do the same. Another strength that I see in Polar is the ability to bring people together. It’s his personality, he just does a great job getting everyone together and having a good time. This girl has one of the best attitudes of anyone in KSI. She is always positive, even when she’s upset, which is sometimes funny. She pushes that positive attitude onto others, and not only others within her squad. So the attitude is covered, next thing is LW Fun Night. So LW Fun Night started a couple months ago and has been ran by Muddy since the start. So here we were trying to get this activity started up and Muddy, low LT at the time, asked me if she could be in charge of it. My response to her was, “Uh, I thought that was the plan anyway.” She had already taken it upon herself to plan and execute that plan of having multiple game nights for all of LW, and others. At first it was rough since there wasn’t a lot of participation, but with her hard work she has turned it into something great that all of LW looks forward to each week. The next things that she has done to deserve this is regardless of her rank she is willing to go out of her way to help others. She has helped members from the rank of recruit to even helping us 7’s on occasion. She is always there to make sure every member gets the KSI experience they deserve. LT Gamertag (Rank - Division/Squad) – KSI Warden – 4th Captain, Caesar LW Link to forums account - http://www.ksiforums.org/profile/31816-ksi-warden/ Reasoning why they deserve this – Warden deserves this award due to many things. The first reason he deserves this award is that he was trying to learn more than a lot of generals when he was a SGT. He has proven his knowledge as well as his integrity when it comes to situations. There were a couple times where most people would have handled a situation naturally, which probably wouldn’t be the best approach, but he has used a different approach and has shown a different side than most. Another way that he has gone above and beyond is by the way he takes care of the squad. The general gets busy at times and Warden is always there and willing to step up and be the leader that Caesar needs. I see great things in this guy’s future and I’m looking forward to the things that he will do for LW. Forum Staff (ADMIN/MODS/DEPARTMENT HEADS) Gamertag (Rank - Division/Squad) – KSI Lafayette 7 – Director, Forums Mod, etc. Link to forums account - http://www.ksiforums.org/profile/9279-lafayette-7/ Reasoning why they deserve this – I believe that Laffy deserves this award because he does a lot for KSI when it comes to the forums. In addition to the things he does with the forums he has also been a great teacher to me when it comes to the Join Area. There is a lot that goes into that section of the forums and he makes sure it gets done, whether it’s by him or assigned to Mpliers or myself. In addition to that he has helped me when it comes to re-organizing the LW section of the forums and is someone that many people are comfortable going to when they have issues with their forums accounts. I have gotten more familiar with Greg from my experience with the LEAD classes as well as talking with him about LW. There have been a few times that I have gone to Greg just for some advice/his thoughts on the situation. Greg always has a positive attitude and makes sure that others do too. When he was still our Division Leader he would call me almost daily, just to make sure he was in the loop on what had gone on the previous day. When he first became a co-founder he had some stuff to learn, as we all do, but he got that stuff down very quickly. After some unfortunate events Ascend was required to step up and start helping all the squads in the division, not just the ones he was assigned to. He went above and beyond by getting with as many members in our division as possible. He will take time out of his day for anyone that just needs someone to talk to. Ascend has helped me make sure that all the officers have been re-trained and know what is expected of each of them. Ascend also is very active with game nights, officer workshops, and has been an acting Gen for a lot of his time as a 7. I could go on for days but the main thing Ascend has done is help me keep the division running smoothly by taking care of situations when they arise, he doesn’t need to be asked or reminded, he just does it. Dave had some unfortunate events occur in his personal life which resulted in him selling his Xbox360. At the time he was a Co-Founder for LW, which 7 of 8 squads are on 360. Instead of taking an advisor role, he voluntarily stepped down to General of our Xbox1 squad (which kept a 7 from being acting Gen). Currently Dave’s personal life isn’t helping him with his KSI duties but he is making the best of it. Back when he was originally a General he helped grow our Destiny squad from very little to a sustaining squad. After his hard work there he was promoted to Co-founder, where we decided to make him an acting Gen of a squad. This squad was on the verge of failure but Dave was able to keep that from happening. Through hard work and determination the squad was able to continue to grow and a new Gen was appointed. The point I’m trying to make is that regardless of his rank Dave has always been the guy that gets people motivated and working together. He is truly an asset for LW and we can’t wait to see what will come from the XB1 squad with your leadership. I’m sure a lot of people will remember her as a Co-founder but for the LW members she means something different. Lanta decided to re-join KSI and we were lucky enough that she decided she would like to come to LW. We accepted her with open arms, as most of us 7’s had known her from when she was previously in. We decided she would be a good fit in a squad that has had many issues during the last year. We have gone through a couple different Generals and the squad has fallen apart on more than one occasion. We had plans to make Lanta a General, but she had to get some things squared away before we could do that. Her time on Xbox increased, she stepped up and let it be known that she is a leader and was going to turn the squad around. We put a lot of responsibility on her as a Captain, but we knew she could handle it. She led the squad as a Captain and pretty much ran the squad (minus Squad Tag/G14) and the rest of the squad looked up to her as their leader. She has done great things for Beowulf, and all of us 7’s will be looking forward to where you will take that squad. Keep up the great work Kayla. Name/ Gamer-tag: KSI Slytherin 7 (and about 8 others during 2015) Current Rank/Title in KSI: DL Co-founder Category Nominating for: Member Forums Profile Link: http://www.ksiforums.org/profile/28518-ksi-slytherin-7/ Reasons I feel this member should receive this award: Slytherin and myself have been through a lot during 2015. To make things brief he joined LW, after previously being in KSI a time before, and showed a lot of potential. I spent a lot of time with him and the squad that he was in, which eventually he became the General of that squad. After that there were some incidents that resulted in Slytherin leaving LW. A little while later Slytherin decided he had made a mistake and wanted to come back, specifically to LW. Now this was a tough decision for me, since I had been the one primarily dealing with the squad he was a General of and it hit me pretty hard. I had spent so much time and effort working with the squad and Slytherin I felt betrayed and abandoned when he left. Regardless of those feelings I wanted to give him another chance, because I knew he had the characteristics of a great leader. Upon his return he went above and beyond what anyone would’ve expected. He stepped up in his new squad (Hypnos) as well as helped the division by running the LW Snipe Ops Team and by trying to get game nights with other divisions. After proving himself once again we decided that he was ready to become a General, again. He did a great job building his squad and eventually was able to get the squad to split. This was a huge accomplishment for him, as well as the other leaders that wanted to see the squad have the opportunity to split. Throughout these experiences I knew that he would be able to achieve great things. Recently I was approached by the Senior Directors about LW being able to help out a division that was having some issues, DL. The situation was explained to me and that the Seniors had noticed that Slytherin had been doing great things and asked me if he would be someone that I would be willing to part with. After a lot of thought and discussion I decided that DL really needed someone that would do a good job of motivating others and someone that was very active. Slytherin fit both of these characteristics so I decided that if it will help KSI overall then I should let him go and have the opportunity to help that division. After letting the Seniors know that I was okay with it, Slytherin was promoted to DL’s newest, and only Co-founder. He will have a lot of work ahead of him but I know that he can accomplish anything he sets his mind to, as long as he stays focused and remembers the bigger picture. I’m glad you have the opportunity to run your own division, and know you will do great. This guy really had his hands full for most of the year while he was the only Join Area Moderator. For those of you that don’t realize what this means, he handled EVERY join/rejoin app that was posted. He did this for most of the year, until recently KSI Mpliers 7 was added to the Join Area Mod list, and even more recently I was added to that list. In addition to that I have asked him to change some topic titles in the LW section of the forums, which I had asked a couple other people to change them for me, but didn’t happen. I asked Lafayette and I’m pretty sure it was less than 24 hours later the topics had been changed and moved into the “sub-forum” like I had asked. This is a guy that is willing to help members with anything; all you need to do is ask. I’m looking forward to working with you as a Join Area Moderator, and maybe someday as a fellow Director. Name/ Gamer-tag: KSI Starset 7 Current Rank/Title in KSI: LW Co-founder and involved in everything on the forums, lol Category Nominating for: Writer Forums Profile Link: http://www.ksiforums.org/profile/27357-starset/ Reasons I feel this member should receive this award: I had a hard time deciding what category Starset should be nominated for. After a lot of mental deliberation I have decided that the “Writer” category would be the best fit. The reason this nomination was really hard is that Starset is involved with almost everything you can be on the forums, as many of you already know. Starset has also recently become a Court Judge, so he can add that to his KSI Resumé. Although he participates in many webs ops departments the main one that I think of is News team and History team. Those are the two that he is most known for. He has written many articles and has compiled some great stories for some of the division’s histories. Keep doing what you’re doing Starset!

Based on Doctor saying "You do not have to pass the 101 course to earn this award. Just be taking it or in the process of finishing it." I have taken 2 classes, and continue to try to attend the others when I have a chance. Not sure if that changes anything on this

Earth definitely deserves this award. As some other people mentioned he was given the opportunity to take over a squad that was just waiting to fill a few more officer positions and they would've been ready to split. Well recently LW started losing members to a community called RGN (which LW security risked due to poaching). Earth has actually lost pretty much all of his officers except like two, well and two SSGTs. Not only has he lost his previous officers, but they were people he called his friends, which clearly they weren't that good of friends since they joined a security risked community, knowing full well that they would become security risked for joining and would need to be removed from Earth's friends list. I know it's got to be hard for Earth right now but he is doing everything he can to keep his squad together and moving forward. In addition to what is currently going on in this squad, before Earth became a General he was second in command for the squad, under a Gen that barely did the bare minimum. Earth was always the one taking responsibility to make sure people were recruiting, training, and attending weekly squad activities. I know this had to be rough for him because he pretty much took on the role of a General so that his General wouldn't look bad. This went on for way longer than it should have but Earth stuck with it and had his mind set on getting that squad to split so that he would be able to take over the new squad and run things his own way. There have been some other things that have happened to Earth along the way but I feel like these are the primary reasons that Earth deserves the Die Hard award, especially due to the fact that he continues to remain loyal to KSI even though so many of his "friends" have left him hanging. Keep doing what you're doing Earth and things will turn around.

I will witness for starset earning this award. For a while now starset has been getting involved with anything and everything he can. He is part of the news team, productions team, history team, and T&E staff (hopefully I didn't miss anything). He is doing all of this while continuing his duties as a 1 cpt in a squad that recently lost their general. I remember when I was his cofounder he asked if he could start a team (maybe zombies) for the entire division, this is when I had to tell him, "no, you need to make sure you aren't taking on too many things." He is also in charge of the squad's headhunters team and has definitely helped countless members AAP awards. He has also helped peopler from all of our squads at one point or another, he is always willing to do anything that is asked, and then some. I have no idea how he can keep up with all the webs ops stuff on top of clan ops but he is getting it done.Starset has earned his current rank as well as more, I'm looking forward to having him as a general in LW when the time comes and see what he will do as a gen, keep up the great work starset

Green recruited me over a year ago and during my time in KSI he has helped me countless times. Even when I was promoted to Co-Founder before him I still went to him for suggestions or his opinion on a situation. So far all of this sounds like normal things for a General then Co-Founder to do, but that's where Green starts to stand out. The first reason I feel like he works harder than most is when we were both co-founders in LW it seemed like everyone wanted to go to Green for everything. Green made himself so approachable and helpful even people from "my squads" were going to Green for advice. Green involves himself in everything he can within our Division, and steps out and is known in multiple divisions. Even with his booty connection he is willing to fight through the paraand stay in a party with any other member and will help them with any problems, whether it be KSI-related or not. Green has done so much for this community that I can't think of anyone else more deserving of this award. Keep it up Green, can't wait to give you that Recruit Tag

I can claim Green as one of my mentors. He helped teach me pretty much everything I know, up until we became generals on the same day.

Green definitely deserves this award. He has had multiple things happen to him that a lot of people would leave over. The first situation I can think of is green was a captain for a long time, like the entire time I had been in the squad, before he finally became a general. This was not due to his lack of knowledge or his capability to take over a squad. So eventually green became a general when xena split to Achilles, and I stayed in xena and became general of that squad. A few months later I was promoted to cofounder, before green. This caused a little tension between us, after all he did recruit me, but things are good now. Those are 2 incidents that I can think of that would push your average KSI member to the point of leaving the community, but not GreenBooty. He will continue to put as much as he can into this community no matter what situations he is faced with

Where do I begin with lil freddy? She has been involved in drama more times than I can even count. I have asked her countless times why she's always involved in the drama. I don't want to get into detail about the situations but I can tell you that drama follows this girl. Freddy if you read this, well it shouldn't sound like a surprise, out of everyone in LW I think Freddy is the most deserving of the Drama Queen award
