when i took over FN he was always going around helpin train people when it wasnt his job, as a co div in FN he I supposed to train but it is really the LTS job to train SGTS so i count that as extra work i guess, also as his director in DL he was extremely patient gettin his squads and when everything went bad, witout acceess to squads he helped the squads that werent his, again doin extra where others were slackin

from what i seen he always helps out people when they need it so i will vouch for member assistance
