I am going to go into a little more about the help in the squad meeting like he is always telling me of a lot of things cuz I have a bad memory and he reminds me of so much that we need to go over as a squad

I agree KSI Beowulf has proven himself more then worthy of this award he has hosted multiple game night not just for Judgement but also for us to meet other people from other squads he has also helped me out very much with out squad meeting he is a GREAT officer!

I witness for HIROTORO helping me and being my mentor. He has helped more than enough people here in Judgement me being one because I'm willing to bet that if he didn't sit down with me for hours telling me how I could improve and how important I am to this squad showing he believes in me I wouldn't be as inspired as I am because he was there when everyone else was busy and he helps me with the squad meetings making sure people understand the rules in their full extent because he's been practicing with me on Call of Duty Ghost so I could be ready for doing my HeadHunters team personally I feel he's one of the best role models I have ever seen him and GreendayFox

When me and the other lieutenants don't do what is expected of us it really does help when she gives us pep talks to make us realize what we were doing wrong and help us go further in our career here because she always says, "I am what's blocking you from becoming something bigger than just a officer under me you guys make this squad great and helping the Sergeants bring in bigger and better people is what's going to help this squad split and you guys get up to my spot and show me how it's done!" She has shown us what it takes to be a leader both in this community and it real life. I can witness for Greenday She has always been my mentor because she has helped teach me and all the other officers that becoming a great leader isn't easy and isn't always fun and she has taught us all how to recruit and train like the way she was taught. Through all that her squad has been through she has always tried to help us and even when she has had to threaten us with rank suspension or demotion she has showed us how far she will go to make sure we do what is expected of us. This is why she's my mentor.

I can witness, when me and my friends joined KSI Greenday had warned us that changing our name and comming up the ranks wasn't going to be easy or always fun. But Greenday has shown us that when you put your all into this clan your sanity is at stake. For the sole fact of we have all been there through the tears and anger she has had to deal with afraid of loosing friends here and when she did she told us stories of the past and how she has lost so many and dealing with us in this squad she has define toy lost it for all of us not to.
