Trainer: She helped me learn more duties as a Co-Founder and what I'd have to do if I became a Founder. Mentor: She also mentored me on how to do things on Halo Reach seeings as how I came from a MW3 squad. Member Assistance: She really helps how members and also gets large amounts of members into lobbies to play games.

back down to seargant if they cant do there duties. i also dont want to overwork people but there is alot more work to being general then you guys could imagine thats why king fishy got demoted he didnt want to do the work he just wanted to sit back and be general... i will be sending out mass messages from the squad tag every day to tell people to get onto the new web site and i will be sending out mass recruiting messages everyday from my GT but i cant be doing all that plus everything that...

the higher ups need me to do this is why its so important for my officers to be doing what i ask of them. we need 3o to 40 new members for our squad and some new officers i will give it about a week and if the officers are not doing well and there is a seargent who wants to become an officer then i will demote people. think of it like this if you do well as a captain then you will be the one who takes my place as general and if you do well there then you will go to division cofo and be in cha...
