Captain Gamertag (Rank - Division/Squad) - KSI Odinn 7 Laststike Trocity Link to forums account -http://www.ksiforums.org/user/19877-ksi-odinn-7/ Reasoning why they deserve this - KSI Odinn 7 has been since the day he was recruited one of the most devoted of all members in KSI. He light spirited, easy go lucky individual who strives to push the best out of those he meets. He has devoted much time as well as given money donations to increase the strength of KSI. He can always be seen motivating and interacting with members not just in the squad but all over the forums. He is always first to commit when dealing with things that need doing whether hosting, orientating, training, recruiting, mentoring etc. He takes great pride in his position and even, when faced with family involved issues, he still makes time to communicate and do his job. He is one of the sole reason I as an idividual have been sucessful as a productive member of this community. He has been much more than my 3 cpt since i took over Trocity. He was once General of the squad I now command. As a new member who was recruited into a squad of two active members, he took it upon himself to take me under his wing and give me the opportunity to go to game nights as well as have his officers mentor me with all things KSI. I can go on about the things this members does that are not noticed but I feel this is sufficiant enough to show his dedication not just to his position but this community. Lieutenant Gamertag (Rank - Division/Squad) -KSI DarkRaven Laststrike Trocity Link to forums account -http://www.ksiforums.org/user/21701-ksi-darkraven/ Reasoning why they deserve this - Raven has been an inspiration for what one could call a golden member and an example for someone in her position and others to follow. She had some history with the community long before I joined that was quite negative. It was so bad that she was going to be denied from joining my squad but after a lengthy conversation I was able to convince the powers above that there was I something saw no one else noticed. A feeling regret and desire to make amends for the past. She was put on a one strike policy but never complained. From the beginning she was determined to learn what she could to become an officer. She took initiative from the day one, training with me and my captain. What set her apart was her ability to get on ground level with people which has made her a successful recruiter. She also stays active with new members by sending messages and gaming with them outside of game nights which is the reason for such high retention of new members. Anytime I need something done she battles to be first in line and never questions when I do ask her to do something. She is an individual who isn't afraid to ask questions when she doesn't know something. She is also good at knowing her limitations when dealing with situation beyond her abilities. She jumped at the opportunity to participate in L.E.A.D and is an active member on the forums. Not only is she highly respect within our division and squad but she has also made an impression with leaders and members from other squads. As far as the description of Lieutenant is concerned they do not get much better than Raven.
