  1. It's kind of hard to follow the post of a Director, but I'll try. Roman is not your average member. He doesn't set out to become a co-div, div leader, director. He sets out to genuinely take care of his members to the best of his abilities. To provide a service and to mold great leaders to help inspire others and govern KSI. I rarely have questions that I ask, but rather require cooperation to assist in what I do from time to time. Roman will drop everything that he's doing to address anything pertaining to KSI. Need a squad tag? 2 min or less, time it. That's a bit of an inside joke as he helped one of our newly promoted Gens recently. He's the impartial leadership our community needs to provide that good organization and a swift kick in the glutes from time to time. He knows the ins and outs of every division he covers. I know. I've picked his brain a few times on 3 different divisions under his charge when he got moved around. With rank comes responsibility and he certainly keeps himself and everyone else in check. He's been a mentor in the education dept for as long as I can remember and has pumped out some excellent quality leadership under his tutelage. This is one of those special members we have to look out for. The guys who are humble, and constantly on the grind doing their daily duties, excelling, and pushing others to do the same. Great member. Great leadership. I'm a witness to all awards he's nominated for.

Name: KSI Muramasa / Octane / FI Link to Forums Account: http://www.ksiforums.org/user/5200-the-d3stroy3r/ Award-/-Achievement: Gamer Score Hoarder (20k+ Gamer Score on KSI prefix GT) Reason-/-Evidence: It's clearly visible on his xbl profile (29,205) https://live.xbox.com/en-US/Profile?gamertag=KSI%20Muramasa
  3. I'm curious to see where we all stand with Chaos' idea of awards based off of participation in Global Elite Clan Ops. It's easily verified. Rewards hard work and determination for clan ops. Highlights members who reach top 6 and bring the gold home. Other than ironing out what specifically qualifies someone to get a Global Elite Clan Op award, what's the hold up on pushing this through? Quotes to show previous interest and support.
  4. I'd like to see similar tournaments ran for reg members as well, but for now since this hasn't been done yet, we should really focus on knocking this one out the park with head hunters. Using HH's to break the ice on tournaments of this nature may breed more similar tourneys later on, but that likely won't happen if this project goes belly up. If everyone is on board, we should concentrate our efforts on making this a successful tournament before jumping ahead and tackling on more than we can manage at once. I completely agree that there should be an HHL. Otherwise...what are HH's really for? I think with the March Madness idea, and possibly HHL (great idea btw) we'll breed more activity, camaraderie, leave the petty issues behind and get back to gaming. If you don't mind, I'd like to take a gander at those HHL rules & your ideas sounds like something that was overlooked or didn't receive enough support to take off.
  5. It has been suggested a few times previously in the earlier pages. It seems the "support the troops" shop award item may get the green light though.
  6. Name: KSI Mix3r, Warlords / Royal Prophecy Link to Forums Account: Profile link Award-/-Achievement: Member Assistance Reason-/-Evidence: I've known KSI Mix3r for the entirety of my career here in KSI. I knew how to recruit, but closing the deal after having a conversation with potential recruits was an issue for me back in the day that he actually helped me with. He's always been willing to help everyone inside and out of this squad(s) and division(s). He's established a great rapport with the community and has welcomed various members onto his friend's list and parties who needed or continue to require his assistance with a multitude of problems. Many seek him out for guidance and accurate information. He's doing everything he can to help the community and those around him. He's currently in the ASC, News Team, and is also a section mod. None of these services provided by KSI are required of him to fill, but he does it. I can honestly say there's nothing but positivity and promise coming from this individual. Thank you in advance for your consideration.
  7. Congratulations everyone! Also big ups to those who were even nominated, you guys have shown to stand out among your peers. Keep doing what you're doing!
  8. NOBODY MOVE! I JUST LOST MY DAMN MIND!

  9. I'd love to see it happen and quite naturally would do whatever is needed to help it along. Too many moving parts in this to rest on one person's shoulders anyway.
  10. Um... so wassup fellas? 4 months to go. A few things to iron out = - Match Judges - Dates of battles - Brackets - Productions involvement? - News Team involvement? - GFX Team involvment? - What game type? (MW3 / Halo Reach , BO2 / HALO4) For this to pan out effectively getting a jump on this early would have to happen. January/Feb time frame would be the bulk of the work and assignments & dates ironed out. We going to make this happen?
  11. Good point. With that said and the suggestion above, may as well create one for Black Ops 2 and Halo 4.

  14. Name: KSI Muramasa, Octane / Forced Induction Link to Forums Account: http://www.ksiforums...-the-d3stroy3r/ Award-/-Achievement: Trainer Reason-/-Evidence: I've confirmed this 4Capt has trained >30 members. In fact he surpassed the requirement within the past 5 weeks alone.
  15. I'm surprised to see I'm among the first few to witness for this as KSIxly's efforts throughout his time here have been highly visible. I've sat in many lobbies and chats with this member for hours on end as he's strived to better members around him AND himself. He's truly a team player with a hell of a head on his shoulders as he's clearly proven to have great ideas and know how to put plans into action and run them. This is a guy who will see things all the way through. One could think of him as the Scrappy CoCo of KSI as he just HAS to be "all the way done" with everything he involves himself with. He's trained and mentored many members who still look to him for advice/guidance to this day. He's certainly earned the respect of his peers throughout the ranks he's advanced to and has continued to put out great quality work and effort to better the members of KSI as well as the community as a whole. I remember we had a conversation about training/mentoring members. He went well over my head and blew me away with the idea that he came up with. Something along the lines of a tutoring program to help members outside of KSI. Many of us devote so much time to KSI, why not go one step further (a step few if ANY gaming communities have committed to) and creat an "Academic Support Center". Instead of high schoolers getting grounded for a month because their grades are dwindling, imagine the complete benefit of not only them getting "rewarded" with time to play their games or be involved with the community, but also improving their high school careers. This doesn't just stop at high school, it starts here. His ASC idea is impressive to say the least, and once again he's not only heading this up, but SEEING IT THROUGH. KSIxly is a highly valued member with a great amount of potential to do many MORE great things here in our community. With great foresight and work ethic and always keeping the best interests of the community in mind, he's the guy you should keep an eye on in the future... he's going places alright If more detail from me is required, please pm myself and I'll update/add asap. Thank you.
  16. yours & mine both buddy

  17. I know I'm not over Skillz, but I too can witness for the trainer award. He's not only trained well over the required 30 recruits, but has held training sessions for upper leadership and mentors others including myself.
  18. Your division can do this separate from AAP awards and will help with morale should this not make it. Not sure, but I think it wasn't going to go through as this may create tension within KSI and leaves it open to bias. Dunno about that one Sir. Every member should abide by the Code of Conduct, and game with KSI's values in mind already. Most leaders would say they already qualify for the award, esp any 7. ***** So what's up with the Clan Ops Award ?
  19. xly is an excellent trainer, mentor, and has helped many KSI members with a variety of issues on a regular basis. He didn't make it to Gen for nothing. Even in his posts you can see he's acting in the best interest of KSI when providing assistance, advice, training, or mentorship.

  21. I can also witness as well. The majority of my time up until recently has been spent in Dark Legions. I've known of, and worked with Lazar for 7 months and he's always been that dependable leader that everyone goes to when the answers are needed. He's fair but firm as he recognizes and awards his members just as he punishes those who deserve it. This guy has an incredible work ethic. If he's not on the forums or on xbl, he's sending and receiving text messages via phone to help deal with issues or guide DL to the right track. Upper leadership have already vouched for his impeccable recruiting game as he's a recognized master recruiting machine. He's the type of guy who doesn't beat around the bush and talks straight. There's no guessing with Lazar, there are guarantees. If he gives you his word on something, you can take that right to the bank b/c his word is golden. He's the glue to 439 members currently in DL as the co-div leader. He's assisted with 2 division splits (Forced Induction, and Royal Prophecy) in regards to recruiting, logistics, and planning. He's a machine. Running KSI to the best of his ability without wavering. He's made a tremendous impact here in KSI, a legend to many b/c of the adversity he's triumphed over and the feats he's accomplished. He's made a home here, and has made all those who he's worked with feel at home as well. Great guy. Great Leader. Great member.
  22. Witness to Mad Max + Outstanding Service Award Wallace has always proven to be a great resource for many different things and he's always not only made himself available to all members to approach him but he exercises intrusive leadership as well. He's encountered some fairly serious situations and have mitigated them expertly at the lowest level. He's got a great rapport with many (if not all) members in DL. They all can, and many have, confide in KSI Wallace for a variety of issues. He's been performing at a high level since he joined KSI and I don't see him slowing down anytime soon. He's improved the communication between upper and lower leadership within DL and has cultivated the much needed forum activity in the DL section. He tirelessly motivates and trains others. As DL appeared to make a turn for the worst, he was among the few to put forth the long hours, patience, and effort to keep it from going under. KSI Wallace 7 is a valued asset to Dark Legions as Co-Founder, and certainly to KSI. His actions on a daily basis is in keeping with the utmost values of KSI and is a model member here in this community. He certainly warrants at least consideration for such a prestigious award. Thank you.
  23. I can most definitely vouch for Azrael's award. Between the mass exodus of members a few months into FI's creation, poaching from several different clans, the usual day-to-day issues, and of course Lionzilla. There's no doubt in my mind he qualifies lol. If specifics are needed I'll gladly provide them. There's a wealth of information on the topic.
