I'd like to drop a few lines to witness. This guy is highly active on the forums, mentoring his members on xbl, supports all game nights within and outside of the squads in his charge and still goes outside his comfort zone to help those who come to him for help. I've sent a few people his way, as I usually do to gauge knowledge + experience + social skills, and he performed superbly. He's a solid 7 consistently performing above his rank and inspires others to follow suit. Not to mention he's hilarious. The dude breeds FUN in every party and meeting he goes to. Yea, he's a great member, leader, and addition to the team with promise to continue to impress us all *DoC's Stamp of approval* Give that man a medal *points @ Streets*

Em. Gee. This guy is cut from the fruit of pure awesome. I can't speak high enough about this particular member. He goes with the flow and can take an infinite amount of blows. He's insanely active and in-tuned with the division and has his fingers on the pulse of FI. He's operating well above the rank of cofounder having to manage the recruit tag, and due to KSI Shinobi 7 (other FI cofo) loa, having all the squads under his supervision. Everyone in FI looks up to him, and quite a few folks from around the community on his side of the world all interact with him. You can find this guy on the forums, in the 7s vs viewers on Thursdays, game nights among several different divisions, hosting events for KSI T&E dept on Saturdays, or in random parties with FI folks. He's a model member of KSI Global and true inspiration to many. Mr. Fists if you're reading this, keep doing what you're doing buddy. I know it's a lot right now, but help is on the way and you're doing a fantabulous job & it'll all pay off in the end. Always coming to everyone's aid like a good doctor should - making console calls and all lol. Being Head of AAP is no easy task and neither is being a Senior Forum Mod. We are this guys' customers and we all interact regularly with him. Think of what it means to have to judge people's nominations all the time, to include this one, day in and day out while fulfilling the many other duties he does as a special web operative. Oh yea, speaking of judging, HE'S A KSI JUDGE!!! No big deal right? No. Actually, it's a HUGE deal esp with the prevalent security issues we get regularly because we're such an awesome gaming community. This guy is clearly all about KSI and serving the community in every way he can. Mad respect brotha. As for specific examples... omg... I couldn't muster all that he's done because he's done more than even what I know of. He's not IA, but produces a lot of information and confirmations on some things (have to be vague unfortunately). He's Dept Head for T&E, IA, Productions, Section mod, and of course his primary duty as a recently promoted Captain of Inferno DM. Those are his titlese, but let me tell you a bit about what he's DOING. He's assisting with the KSI wide divisional security sweep to help keep our members safe and aid leaders in enforcing the standards we have in place to protect our family (this is no easy task). As Head of T&E, he has yet to not host/put on an event each week - these events bring members together for some good ol' KSI gaming fun and some competitiveness. He's pretty damn creative with it as well as today @ 8pm EST there'll be a sing off contest! What's he doing on the productions team? THE DUDE STREAMS HIS ASS OFF lol. ANY time myself or KSI Sworn 7 can't host or stream the 7s vs Viewers game night, he's just a xbl msg/forum pm/skype msg/kik/text away. He's also not too shabby of a competitive gamer so even his full length gameplay is featured here on the KSI Global official youtube channel. He supports his fellow KSI member in every way he can and does a damn good job of doing it. Inferno is actually a project Xbox One Squad for DM in which he's putting in mad work for. I'm very impressed with his work ethic but more so his professionalism. I WISH I could be his director juts to say he's mine, but I guess I can settle for just calling him Pr3ddyBear, brother to many, friend to all Productions Team Gamertag (Rank - Division/Squad)- Todoh Senpai (Head - Productions) Link to forums account- http://www.ksiforums.org/user/10434-%E6%84%9B-liliana-%E6%84%9B/ Reasoning why they deserve this - Todoh is an excellent editor with a real eye for cinematics and flow. A lot of editors out there will jam pack their edits with crazy ass effects that screw up the gameplay and likely causing seizures lol; instead this guy produces edits pleasing to watch highlighting some awesome gameplay. Not to mention he's got a very sexy voice as you can hear in the KSI Top 10 he produced. Being one of the more senior editors we have he's a great mentor to learn from and collaborate with. I'm so happy I ended up having him show me the ropes so I learn the basics first before losing myself in edits. Todoh not only produces for KSI Global, but also other gamers and editing factions elsewhere which is really awesome and aids in maintaining good relations with other gaming communities. It's cool to see various title entries on edits to include our own and then the gameplay as it really shows we interface well with others and what not. Talk about public affairs, this guy is indirectly putting KSI in the spotlight in a good way. Since he's become Head of Productions, we've actually had some direction as to who's doing what, what each member's role is and putting out projects.... omg... I'm rambling. The dude is str8 awesome. He's a great boss. Highly active and talented editor. And I'm very pleased to have him here with us doing what he does

Yaaaaaayyy!! ^.^ Big shout out to those who put for the time and effort to piece together well written nominations. As always there's stiff competition. If you didn't get awarded OTM for your rank this time, keep pushing harder to make it next time. Those who won, don't drop the ball now. Ppl deemed you worthy enough to take the time out of their day to recognize you - honor them by pushing even harder and doing more. Mad respect to the AAP dept for doing this every single month on top of other awards, judging 24/7 can't be an easy job and who knows what kinds of messages they get lol. Mad props to all. I'd like to witness for both "most outstanding" and "die hard" awards for good ol' Impy. Impy, if you're reading this, you're still a scrub, but I have a few good things to say about ya....don't let it go to your head This guy is nothing short of pure awesome, dedication, and motivation. Back when he was coming up through GZ, I was doing my thing in DL. I'm on the other side of this vast community and STILL heard so much about what this guy was doing over there in GZ. Lets think about the name GZ for 2 seconds. That's practically what it was during Impy's reign over there. It's just as Mumu said, Co Div was inactive for who knows what reason, Founder dipped and was poaching from GZ. As a General looking up to your seniors leave or go inactive is very discouraging to say the least. With a bad sequence of events unraveling before him he stayed true to KSI all the way. I don't know who trained this guy, or where he derives his motivation from, but he's a gem... a true diamond in the rough. He persevered through ALL these challenges. Keeping his squad, and the division together and even scooped up some prestige during Spirit Week to bring home. Look at GZ by the time Impy became division leader and director. These guys take pride in their division. What happened in the past is long gone and their foundation is strong. This is a tough division to compete with, but had it not been for Impy and his determination to not fail, to not allow all the work of those before him to fall apart, GZ may not have survived those times. What I admired most about Impy during his come up over there was his training regiment he had implemented in GZ and how he commanded the Generals. It was like seeing a real life no Poop military leader commanding a battalion. Very impressive. GZ snaps to attention and accepts what he has to say and takes it to heart because.... he's right, and always has the best intentions as he keeps the gamers in mind when making any decision. This is the story of one of KSI's finest leaders taking ownership of an entire division and not quitting. And through his perseverance, GZ was saved and blossomed into the BAMF division it is today. These are the stories where legends are born. And KSI Impyyy 7 will go down as a legend, forever embedded in our memories, in GZ history, and in our forums. He now resides at his rightful place as Senior Director and accomplished leader - but the story doesn't end there. Impy, to this day, is still very much involved in all things web ops and clan ops doing everything he can to better this community. You sir, ARE MOST OUTSTANDING and thank you for all that you have done, do, and will continue to do in the future. Thank you Mufasa for nominating him for these awards. I could witness for both, but it seems I missed out on the committed Have a few interesting stories about folks trying to poach my dear ol' CoFo <3 As his former division leader and now director, he's personally helped me in a variety of ways to accomplish the many goals we have for his division. He's a great mentor to quite a few folks in FI to include Gens and does well to train folks. Him being him is a help in itself. I don't know what this place would be like if we didn't have a Shinobi <3

Congratulations to all the 2013 OTY Winners! Great job to all of you as well as the nominees and props to all those who really put effort into their nomination write ups. Big ups to the AAP dept for going through each nomination, judging, and coming out with a decision. Stuff like this can't be easy. It's a new year. Will you be on this list this year?

1. Have you ever participated in a weekend warfare tournament or a tournament hosted by T&E? Yes, a couple tournaments before the new interactive WW site 2. When you did participate in the tournament, how did you hear about it? Was it via messaging on xbox, or from looking it up on the WW web site? A couple times back in Summer 2012. Both I suppose 3. Do you like the current WW site or do you think the site is confusing to use? Not confusing, but there IS a LOT to do on there Need more activity in it esp with HH and Div teams! 4. Do you think T&E should host more tournaments on the weekends with WW or should there be more tournaments on the weekdays? Well then it wouldn't really be WEEKEND warfare now would it? jk well not really, but I suppose it really depends on how you gauge activity. Perhaps every so often, maybe once / month, set up a tourney during the week. 5. What types of tournaments do you like to play in? The fun type tournaments or the competitive MLG tournaments? I like both, but I'm all about competition and love seeing different tactics, the call outs, the camaraderie etc. 6. What games would you like to see be played in tournaments for WW or for T&E? All multiplayer games we find ourselves playing in our community: BF3/4, BO2/Ghosts/MW3, Forza 5, Halo 3/4/Reach, build off on minecraft, poker night on WSOP maybe, and most definitely in the future Destiny. 7. What types of prizes would you like to see introduced into WW or T&E tournaments? Custom controllers, posters, forum points/highlight on front page or something, forum award for reaching WW milestones maybe?

I don't know HOW he causes drama other than stealing pick-a-nic baskets at the park with yogi, BUT he seems to have some sort of track record. More often than not, issues stem from him just chatting it up in the shoutbox. Most recently getting into it with some guys from the gfx dept which got a few other people riled up that night. Pissing off the forum staff doing something with his reputation points - I can only assume for the karma award or just to have the highest rep? Who knows lol. There's always something with this guy. As we speak, I'm sure there's something going on right now. Oh yes.... jeez... wonder why a particular member is banned from the Intake FI squad chat (including himself at one point) and has since been transferred? lol... I mean, I'm not sure what the criteria is for this award as I never bothered to look it up, but this particularly troubled bear does seem to have quite a bit that spans quite a ways throughout KSI for multiple different reasons. Shoot, to be quite frank, even him and I got into it a while back. I don't think he quite got the memo that you don't troll your founder (at that time).

Bacchus is an exceptional leader and we're all very fortunate to have him back in KSI. The way he handles tough situations and high tension issues is phenomenal as he keeps his cool and it just seems after he's done everything is okay. Certainly could be dubbed the smooth operator of KSI. He's been especially helpful to myself with a few folks from FI who needed some specialized attention and wow what a job he's done with not just them but the division itself. Absolutely there were drastic, POSITIVE changes that occurred once he took the helm over there. Starting with the name I suppose - Light Bringers to Wicked Intent. He brought a fresh new name to help provide a fresh new start and with him in place it simply worked and worked damn well. WI is a division and no longer known as the jail house division or any of those other nicknames that was once prevalent. WI is a respectable division with many great members personally trained by Bacchus himself. Not that it's popular practice to be a cofounder or higher and not have a 7 to properly identify you, it's part of his leadership philosophy which he teaches his members. It doesn't matter what rank he is, he'd be the Poop anyway and they can too (in a nutshell). Spend a few minutes of your time picking his brain and you'll see why so many seniors, peers, and lower ranked members respect him, his leadership style, love and adore him ... or hate to love him b/c he's just that dang awesome. What he's done to turn his division around is just nothing short of amazing. Granted they're world of difference, but the feat reminds me of a similar action of Dark Legions' rebirth I guess you could say. Bacchus is simply dependable and takes pride in all that he does. His division is living proof of his outstanding leadership ability and insurmountable patience he must've stored up while on break <3 Bacchus for Prez!

^ Wassup with that one? Sure things are a bit different with Ghosts, but we still have black ops, we still have the other/regular elite clans and can still enlist in operations etc. And what of future COD's. The longer we sit on this idea, the more likely it'll just tank and potentially never mean anything or lose its value.

Senior Leader (Senior Directors/BoD Members) Gamertag (Rank - Division/Squad) - KSI Queenjess 7 (Senior Director - All of KSI) Link to forums account - Reasoning why they deserve this - This write up is a serious undertaking as there's a plethora of different valuable things one could say about this amazing leader. Queenjess has kept her finger on the beating pulse of the community and responded to the masses with swift cat-like reflexes, excellent professionalism, and 100% accuracy all the time. You KNOW word is official when it comes from this one. She's a mentor to numerous members within our community including myself and many of the higher ranked leaders. For those who do not consider her a mentor, she's definitely a role model for EVERYONE here in KSI. It's safe to say she's the face of the community, and for good reason. She's literally involved in everything that goes on here. If she didn't enact the change, she's a part of it. If she's wasn't the originator of a great idea, she's the driving force behind it. When it comes to enforcing policy, it reminds me of her smiley gif in her forum name because it suits as she does crack the whip to keep everyone in line. There's no one more ferocious when it comes to protecting our members. She shuts Poop down quickly, reviews the information at hand and digs further and once her mind is made up game is over. Being the mama bear of KSI as well as being among the most influential members here isn't easy, but she handles the position in her own fashion gracefully. The way she operates in this rank will could never be duplicated, only wished for. Director Gamertag (Rank - Division/Squad) - KSI HUCKLBERRY7 (Dir - IO, CO, FI, SH) Link to forums account - Reasoning why they deserve this - This guy has restored my faith in the directors. He's cool, calm, patient, calculating, mature, and really works with his divisions. He does not mind getting dirty with handling issues yet he also uses events as teaching tools to groom leaders which I really like and few folks do around here. It's so hard NOT to get along with him. He's a fun loving guy who's always looking out for the well-being of others. He's not one to shy away from a challenge or a sticky situation that must be addressed even if it means doing something right even when its an unpopular choice. This guy is friggin awesome and the same goes for his integrity. Can't get enough of him and I'm very happy to have him as my director. He was a great find for KSI and has become an integral member of upper leadership. Between Jezrien and Acid... these guys are both serious contenders for this. Unfortunately, I haven't worked with Jez on a clan-ops level but have seen his work with the News Team and I love what I see. However, I know Acid and what he's done for KSI and specifically my division. Co-Division Leader is a strange rank. It reminds me of the Major rank back in the day. An awkward one to really feel out and make it your own, but he's done just that. This man meets with ALL the officers of FI on a regular basis as well as gaming with the junior members of the div keeping his fingers on the pulse of FI. If something is going on, he'd know just as soon as the Sgt who's about to report it lol. He's my go-to guy when it comes to anything and everything that deals with security issues and my information kiosk regarding those as well. If any member has a question about who so & so is associated with, or something is amiss, he's readily available to readily put down that knowledge about folks who aren't even posted anywhere. I love that, and his knowledge of these things have been instrumental in keeping FI safe and secure. IA department can attest to his contributions to their field of work. He's very creative, coming up with intricate plans to assist squads on a larger scale and that's a HUGE help with divisional planning. His style to mitigate issues, award punishments or reward individuals is just so smooth it keeps things on an even keel. No matter what's going on, after talking to him, you just feel like everything is alright in the world with his cool attitude and comforting words. He's got the respect of all those in FI and those he comes across in the community. He's a solid leader and stand up guy who will certainly go even further in KSI given the opportunity. He's been a blessing to have in FI. I'm very happy to have & work with him. From on the spot, last minute gathering for a quick meeting, passing out time sensitive information directly to individuals, to hosting events, mentoring & training officers, policy implementation & enforement. Great member to have in FI and leader to have in KSI. SHE IS NOW RESPONSIBLE FOR OVER 80 NAME CHANGES IN FORCED INDUCTION THIS YEAR (2013) ALONE via "Corporal's Showdown" tournaments held a few days out of each week! She is a true leader who's wisdom and guidance is sought after by all officers and other members from within the division. Many members who she works with regularly consider her the mother of FI as she knows everything about everyone and has a great memory of who's doing what, when, why etc & she's fierce in her protection of FI members. Mama don't play dat. Oracle has devoted much time and effort to recover a struggling squad, recruit and train it's way up from the brink of merging to splitting, then immediately directing her attention to a now stagnant squad elsewhere. Personally trained every General to take over their respective squads. The amount of work and effort she puts into KSI and her members is astounding. Oracle is a highly motivated, dedicated, and committed member of this division and KSI. Certainly one of the hardest working members I know of or have encountered and is a gem to have knowing she's another bomb leader in KSI. Her efforts greatly reflect that which embodies all that is KSI in the most positive light and is a shining representation of Forced Induction Leadership. She simply rocks. Founders, good luck topping this one. There's simply no slowing down for her as she's already set her sights on other areas of KSI to get into. Simply put. AS A COFOUNDER, let me emphasize that. There was quite a learning curb for him to get sped up on, but he's a quick study, he saw the direction his division was going in and refused to allow it to continue. There's a reason why he's a Founder now. EO is now a thriving division showing promise once again with over 250+ active members. He's busted his ass to cultivate the junior leadership within his division, recruit/train, and motivate his people to successfully save his div. He's giving or gave away a friggin XBOX ONE as a prize for certain criteria. The guy is simply a diamond in the rough KSI has uncovered and we're about to see how shiny it is in...The Light. I had to go with Fuzzy because of how he came to be a General, what he has gone through, and the undying dedication he brings every day to this community. Fuzzy was recruited & trained by KSI Shinobi 7 & myself. We had to get this guy in here. We instantly knew what we had on our hands here. This guy is simply destined for greatness here in KSI. After taking over Intake he was immediately faced with having to kick out 2 members and about 2 weeks later had to deal with a security threat due to poaching. I believe within 2 months of being General he encountered just about everything any Gen in nearly all circumstances would have faced and he did so superbly. Talk about a crash course. He is always professional and courteous to everyone treating all with respect even if they don't. He motivates his peers and all others in FI. He literally has read everything on the forums in attempts to become more knowledgeable to assist everyone to the best of his ability. He sought out additional responsibilities and continues to do so. Fuzzy created and currently manages Forced Induction's first and only Welcoming Committee which is doing outstanding work with greeting new members, grooming them to become productive members of our community, and providing them with necessary information about what they're a part of here. I'm proud to say that he too is FI product. He's humble, respectable, and will be the first to admit when he's wrong and fix it on the spot. He'll go to the ends of the earth for anyone in his squad, div, and KSI. His drive and determination has opened eyes to many and has sparked a new kind of activity here in FI. This guy is a guarantee for KSI. I'm about to say something that may turn some heads, please don't shoot me for doing so.... but he's the next Huckleberry 7. Boom. The word is out. That's the regard I have for this individual and the potential he has. No? Smooth brought a whole new feel and trend to what it means to be a captain. He's very professional in his dealings with each member he communicates with even if the situation is volatile. There was an issue with AD Dawg popping in random parties with some of the junior members in FI. This guy made it a point to jump into every party on his friends' list to get it set to invite only and when he did end up in a party with a junior member and AD Dawg he quickly squashed that. He calmly explained who that member was to the junior and why they're blacklisted and TALKED AD Dawg out of the party interestingly enough. I caught the tail end of that conversation but the way it was handled put a smile on my face not just because of how well he took care of the issue but knowing that he's like this ALL the time. The dude really is smooth - a cool, calm, collected man with a head on his shoulders. At the time he was captain he had pushed the Velocity HH Team further in their adventures of dominating the records to 13-0. He went so far as to get them all registered onto weekendwarfare.org as well as read & explain all the HH rules, how practices will be ran when/where, and was the first to take the lead on how the team will operate on certain maps. He was a good field general and now the general over that very squad. He's earned the respect of his seniors, peers, and subordinates. Having always being the helping hand or providing the words of encouragement, he's known throughout FI and several other divisions especially through his many appearances on KSI's live streams on twitch =) I'm confident this individual will go far in KSI. He's helped our div, the forums, new joins and random members across KSI in a full spectrum of ways from how to div transfer, who they should get in contact with for what, how to navigate the forums all sorts of things. He's gotten his hands dirty with a few special tasks I've given him directly to help safeguard FI which he accepted willingly and executed perfectly. I can not wait to see this guy move up the ranks and b/c he's already making waves as a Sgt. He brings the fun back to the forums and meetings on xbl. He's the voice from the bottom we desperately need in every division to light a fire under some of these folks. He's willing and HAS helped many if not all divisions at some point. Simply a very knowledgeable individual, very funny, very active, and very helpful to ALL who comes to him. I'm proud to say he's the best damn Sgt I've come across since KSI McClaytone who some of you old heads may remember who was also FI product. I had to think long and hard about each of these nominations except for when it came to this. I knew exactly who I want to nominate and who I truly feel should be member of the year. This guy hands down. Thank you for all that you do! KSI P0W3R 77 as puts together some great content of his own free will or per request for many folks. This is a talent he's used to help bring that added flavor to his version of the "KSI experience" to his members and peers. The guy has learned a lot since becoming a trial gfx artist and he's really showing off what he's got and taking off with what he's learned to put a smile on everyone's face. He's willing to try things he hasn't done before or specialize in just to do just that - my own sig for example. He specializes in real people as the main feature, however, I liked this particular character and he did a helluva job working that & was completely out of his comfort zone. The guy has some serious talent and creativity with the clips and 'tages he puts out. He's particular & especially critical on himself. But his awesome skills isn't purely the reason why I'm nominating him, although clearly worthy. Todoh has taken some new members of the Productions Team under his wing who have gone from near clueless to great editors as well to include KSI El Pollo 7 (aka Chickenwing), and KSI Chaozzz (now just Chaozzz). This is an attribute of great leaders. Those who not only have the talent and put it to use, but those who pass on their knowledge to better others. I've never personally worked with him, but he's good in my book. Give this man a medal!

Lol I've know bear ever since he was recruited into FI. I sat in on the dude's training. He was just as silly then as he is now. Hes maintained gold status since I've know him for > 1yr.

I would like to witness for KSI FuzzyFinS' OS lvl 1 award. Here is one of those rare finds where we pick up a recruit destined for greatness within KSI. Immediately after myself & KSI Shinobi 7 recruited/trained him, he was already asking a bazillion questions. Not the usual, "How do I rank up" line of questions. His were, "I get what KSI is in general, now what can I do for it." From then on he hit the ground running. He is the project lead for FI's Welcoming Committee, something this division has never done before. He gathered many various ranks to assist as he felt it would provide a more diverse approach to welcoming someone into KSI and provides them with different views. In his General duties, he was among, if not the FIRST, to update his squad to 100% accounted for in our efforts to determine who's going to what platform which is monumental in scope as this will forever change the way KSI operates and is instrumental in its facilitation! As most Gens experience (esp 7s) having to earn the respect and trust among 10's or 100's of others is not a walk in the park, but through his actions he made it clear he was here for the betterment of those around him, his squad, his division, and KSI. As Bear alluded to with his fair and impartial judgement, Fuzzy as a brand new Gen at the time had to give the boot to 2 different members due to CoC infractions, however, one was once a valuable contributing member to FI and the other had some promise. Despite what they could've been, and though they played their cards as if they were golden nuggets of KSI "can't kick me because..." he was steadfast in his position and remained true to the COC. He's always recognizing members who put forth additional efforts via shoutouts in meetings and xbl messages from squad tag and his own. Despite his own squad's numbers, he's been able to have his squad recruit for them as well as a troubled squad in FI (Diesel); it's almost a 1 for 1 recruiting spree here! His mentorship is so effective, I wouldn't be surprised if he ran with another project along the same lines (wink wink Fuzzy). Whenever FI has a project in the works, he's not far from. He's as dependable as they come. I'm just glad he's here. GL Fuzzy! Regardless of outcome, you're doing an outstanding job!

KSI Cheddarbob7, OS lvl 3, Dark Legions /story Okay, I'm sorry, please allow me to elaborate. I can also witness for Bob's OS lvl 3 nomination. This guy came over to Dark Legions when they were down in the dumps. This once POWERHOUSE division had been hit, poached, and pillaged so frequently in such a short period of time there was wonder whether or not they'd be merged into another division! They were hurting badly and were in serious need of a fresh leader to come in and devote the attention DL needed and truly help rebuild it from the ground up. This is work no leader WANTS to do necessarily, unless you're a masochist He came in, sleeves rolled up, and focused. His motivation, dedication, and determination was an inspiration to the division after realizing, HEY HE'S NOT SLOWING DOWN! This is a leader who will not shy away from getting dirty, but rather embraces it as he's clearly proven with his PHENOMENAL miracle he pulled with Dark Legions. DL is where I came from and it saddened me to see how far they took a turn for the worst. As I pestered him saying if you need anything ask, put me to work, ,what can I do for you... he simply replied, "It's all good Doc. It's just going to take a little time. I got this." I respect that, and carried on pacing back and forth like a worried father over looking a surgery on a child. Sure enough, he pulled it off. Not only did he bring the division back from the brink of death, but HE SPLIT IT like fruit ninja HOW might you ask? Bob is the Poop that's how. He personally groomed members to become leaders, trained his ass off, assisted with recruiting, and killed all residual drama that remained. He PROTECTED the reborn DL from further security issues to the utmost of his ability and is still working his ass off to this day for the same issues. This guy is vigilant and refuses to shy away from security issues but rather addresses them head on. - Oh yes sir, I've been watching you. Very closely. I know about your 'my little pony' pajamas The guy is simply amazing to have the testicular fortitude to walk into a Poopstorm, stop it from Poop'ing everywhere, and bring out the sunshine and puppies. That's a feat in itself. DL needed him, and he was the perfect fit. Yet with all the effort and energy he put into the division, he has yet to waver in motivation. The guy has some scary endurance to say the least, and yes that's what she said... I overheard

That's lovely, but this is a member assistance nomination for KSI Bear 46 As KSI Bear 46's Division Leader, I will say Bear is a highly valued member in FI who is a great help to not only junior or new members and those with forums issues, but to the leaders as well. He's my go-to Sgt to level with someone and work side-by-side to get them where they need to be. Never has turned away anyone with a question or in need of his assistance. He helps in every capacity he can. Very fortunate to have such an awesome member in my division, and he sets the bar HIGH for Sgts in FI with the way he mitigates minor issues and provides practical help to all

I apologize in advance for any typos as I drop this post from my phone to witness. True he's part of T&E which is getting a lot of action and thus requiring overtime from staff to support efforts, as well as productions team putting in fine work with his willingness to learn from the experienced and his outstanding attention to detsil and creativity. Chickenwing has provided something outside of the demands of his present duties and responsibilities...outside of the standards of KSI. Lets not forget the joy he brought to those who came to him for his creativity & artistic skill & handy work with making KSI branded controllers. That boosted the activity, morale, and motivation to new heights. Making these controllers brought the fun to the forefront of our operations that didn't require prompting. He did this of his own free will and original thought. The quality of the controllers he created with careful brush strokes and meticulous detail and process is nothing short of amazing. I have one myself as one of the first few. Know what he told me during our conversation about what he was doing? He said he simply wanted to bring a piece of KSI to people thst hey can hold and cherish. Such a humbling thought from someone genuinely interested with the community's experience here. His unique ability has brought the KSI experience to a new level. What he's doing is exactly what this community is about. By all means I do believe he deserves OS lvl1. Best of luck to you bud.
