perfect example.... for PVT to S.SGT make up the majority of KSI.....so at a rough guess 5000 people (out of our 5700 members) ...lol the chances of that becoming an award set are extremly low becuas it would mean an absolute surpluss of leg work becuase then cofounders...generals and all the way up to div leader and director would effectivly have to log and be informed of any persont comming in or who changes their name...and then the headache of tracking down profiles.

@anatomy Um no....it was looked at several times and ultimatly if it means having a shiny little badge to make you want to join specific FORUM group then there was no point. ----------------- @ Kimchi until recently call of duty was a minority in KSI. remember that the majority of squads in the last 2 years went from being 80% halo....to probably about 30% and with the express former lack of things to do on Call of duty apart from Head hunters.....theres your reason right there...... besides that: Head hunter (halo.....call of duty) Swat (this works on both if you actualy set things up right) Sniper (again works on both if set up right) Grifball and Forge is the only Halo specific awards for teams..... GFX were issued their own team becuase it is a FORUM department that you have to work your ass of to get into and it was a Goal target since it is only members of the GA group who can get it....that meant passing into the trial artist group and then progressing enough to move up into GA. Now maybe an Objective team award, since that is far more localised and shows 0 preference to 1 or the other.

POSTING AS HIS DIRECTOR (What i am witnessing in support) OS Silver OS Gold Hes improved an ass load becuase i have been kicking his ass all over the place. Considering before the ass kicking when i became his director the division was Stagnent and retardedly inactive and spazzing out in several places. Since then the division has been improving and Para has actualy changed for the better and is steadily increasing in both his skill and leadership. While I do maintain a Tight leash on him to keep him straight and focused its more to keep him on the great path hes been taking.....the flip of a coin remark is always there to remind him how easy it is to correct an issue. ------------------------ Hot topic (personaly yes-/-no lol but its up to the aap) MO: Im sorry but i cannot support para on this one sorry para

Okay so I just sat here and read thru this..... One.......but stop multiposting...edit your posts and save.......otherwise it just clutters the app for the awards with posts that were not needed. Second.... The awards Outstanding Silver and Gold........are hard to get. Most outstanding however is by far the hardest out of ALL the awards to get on the whole system Becuase you are up against EVERY SINGLE MEMBER IN THE RANK YOU ARE CLAIMING IT FOR. Most outstanding: Description This award is given ONLY to those who have proved that beyond a doubt that they are the best at what they do in their respective rank in all of KSI at that given time. Practically considered legends for their commitments and accomplishments ---------------------- So the honest question to answer here is......this > What rank do you wish to state you were the Best of all time for a specific rank.? > What Sets you above the Others in that rank you are claiming for?
