However being able to communicate with so many members, constantly train and mentor members, and even have time to mentor my self is crazy impressive. She is a great leader, she motivates everyone to do their best, shes talked members into staying in KSI, makes everyone feel welcomed, and is constantly working to help others. She is a selfless leader who goes out of her way each and everyday for KSI. Not to mention she leads TW with one other 7 and basically has kept that division together through the good and the bad. She is the prime example of what it means to be one of the hardest working members in KSI. One of the biggest irritants is having to wait for something to be done, but with Smooth there is virtually no waiting time because he will drop everything just to do what you asked, something that not many of us do 24/7 like he does. He makes sure everything he does is flawless and to the point with extra attention to detail whether it is constantly training leaders and future leaders of KSI or even recruiting and orientating that he will do. A co-founder should know everything about the squad he or she is over and should give advice to help better the squad, while this is what smooth does, he makes sure to go the extra mile to form relationships with as many members from all of the squads in the division as possible. There is no such thing as I'm a 7 so I don't have much time for you because Smooth makes time for everyone. He handles issues, games with, and mentors members across our division, not just in his respective squads. A good member will preform the duties that is required of his or her rank, but a great member will preform the duties of or at least learn the rank above them within the rules and boundaries KSI has. That is exactly what Smooth does. This is all from personal experience of rank shadowing him and being around Smooth, first hand witness. General Gamertag (Rank - Division/Squad) - KSI Alonemula (General - FI/Velocity) Link to forums account - http://www.ksiforums.org/user/20623-ksi-alonemula/ Reasoning why the deserve this - Mula was recently thrown into Gen with little to no notice beforehand. He accomplished the task of General like a pro, leading us to what is about to be our squad's second squad split ever. With the first one led by smooth when he was general. Mula motivates our members to achieve great things and the squad split nearing is direct evidence of this. The fact of his abrupt being thrown in as General and him being able to preform the duties of the rank so well makes him deserve this award.

She singlehandedly covered all the squads in TW when she was low on 7s in TW. Even now, shorthanded she continues to make sure each squad is doing well by making it to their gamenights, giving motivation, and training nearly everyone she meets. Especially the accomplishments of her training committee, being the head of a committee my self, I know it can be a lot of work, and the fact that she is able to handle that along with everything that is required of her as a 7 is truly outstanding. She is incredibly active on the forums. Her post count, activity within posting to her division chat, and many conversations all back this statement up. She is incredibly helpful. She has helped me with particular AAP questions and has proven to me that it's possible to be that great of a person that she is. Her conversations that take place within the shoutbox and in her divisional chat all reflect her kind and caring compassion she has for any KSI member, even a mere sergeant as I was back a month or so ago. That is only her personality. However, her actions are a direct reflection of her personality. She runs monthly divisional workshops and lays down the law in a very respectful way for those who don't comply. She has high expectations from her members to attend game nights of which she sets up and encourages others to join. She communicates across on an ALL squad level which is a rarity for someone to be so dedicated to do. She makes sure that everyone in her division is well trained and knows what they are doing by personally training them herself. Pinky responds to all AAP nominations with lightening speed and complete accuracy. Just from the forums, it is completely obvious that she juggles all her responsibilities very well proven by her activity in all areas alone. I've personally heard of her endeavors of always trying to make TW a better place because she truly does care. You know you see Pinky whenever you read something encouraging, helpful, and kind. General Gamertag (Rank - Division/Squad) - KSI Alonemula (General - FI/Velocity) Link to forums account - http://www.ksiforums.org/user/20623-ksi-alonemula/ Reasoning why the deserve this - Mula got Gen spot by being thrown in with little experience with the position due to a quick turn of events with the former general leaving. The reason for this nomination is that mula had to adapt very quickly and he did just that, but he did it well. He quickly got a hold of the squad tag and began sending out updates the night before every single event using a messaging schedule and quickly realized and dealt with immediate issues that needed to be dealt with in less than 24 hours of his promotion. He quickly began to seek more guidance, made sure gamenights were running just about every night, making sure the officer staff was being trained, making sure to greet new recruits, and making sure our HH was established which happened in the following week of his promotion. All these wonderful things combined together to make a great Gen, but the main reason for the nomination is the time period in which he had to prepare and act. It was short, but Mula is capable and has proven that through a successful squad. This is seen through his constant orientating and recruiting that he does out of the drive he has to make his squad the best it can be. He is constantly getting to know his members and gaming with them. He is on the welcoming committee and actively welcomes new recruits into the division. His work in KSI is never interrupted by his personal life and he will drop whatever he is doing so that he can go help out. He constantly tries to better his squad with new innovative ideas and hosts gamenights and sergeant meetings. He accurately represents his squad at divisional meetings when he is needed to fill in. Poppa creates the structural base that his squad is founded on by training those beneath him and keeping his members feeling accepted. He has helped me to train those below our ranks and to recruit and orientate who we need to be recruited and orientated. Sweezy is the master of motivational quotes and motivation in general, making sure to post them on the forums and on messages on XBL every single day. He goes out of his way to make sure people feel welcomed and to make sure people are getting their questions answered. He actively helps me in figuring out how to better the squad and hosting many game nights. He makes it his point learn everything he can about his position through asking questions and asking for advice. He is very personable, gets along with everyone, and makes this community a family, the most important thing that any rank could ever do.

Justy is sassay when it comes to anything and everything. Justy's pleasant/kind forums persona is a stark opposite from when I met him on xbox live. He caused so much drama that by the end we were yelling at him and then telling him that we loved him. It is always a confusing time with Justy as he stirs it all up. Basically there are three parts to being dramatic. These are it: "Being sudden and extreme" Justy is a master at freaking by ways of screaming or yelling but only when it is dead silent in the party to which we usually respond, "that escalated quickly". "Greatly affecting people's emotions" As I stated before Justy's outlandishly hilarious rants over his dumb death in COD can cause mild symptoms of irritability, headache, or general sickness but is usually cured by his other extreme of being overly kind in the most creepy way possible. "Attracting Attention" After setting down my headset and walking to the other room I could still hear Justy yelling about an unfair kill someone got on him and it definitely got my attention. Justy's comments on the sb also reflect his need for attention through his heart faces and other such emojis basically asking for people to love him back or pay attention to him to which people always respond- thus making him the king of getting attention, but for the awards sake: queen.

Member- inlovewithworst Gamertag (Rank - Division/Squad) - KSI Bear46 Link to forums account -http://www.ksiforums.org/user/6624-inlovewithworst/ Reasoning why they deserve this - This member is truly the spark and the lifeblood of FI. With about two or so years of experience bear has been a role model to many by training, mentoring, and answering any question brought to him with 100 percent accuracy. Personally, he has helped me in gaining a more comprehensive understanding of KSI and encourages me to do my best everyday. The best part is, he is a sergeant. He understands all points of view from the 7s to the recruits, something not many can say. He brings life to the forums and helps many people with their questions in general chat, headhunters, FI div section, and pretty much anywhere someone could post a question to. He has loads of knowledge to share and does so with every person he meets including my self and others of which I have witnessed. When looking at knowledge, strength, and integrity, Bear makes up all of these. The most knowledgeable person I know regarding KSI is Bear, the one who is never down is Bear, the one who is always active is Bear, and the one will tell you the truth even if it hurts is Bear. When someone teaches you about yourself without talking about you directly, it is a sure fire signal that this person is a leader. His representation of our three ideals combined with his helpfulness, hilariousness, and seriousness all come together to form one outstanding member.
