Through all of the punches and kicks that div has been through, firemomma has never backed down and has made it her mission to keeps things going. She has been passed up, several times, for Director due to the turmoil in her div, however, she has not let this discourage her and she keeps moving forward. She has always been there for her members, whether its advocating for them or just someone to vent to. Not only does she make herself available for her div, she also ensures that ANY member from KSI, can speak to her and learn from her, when permitted. Founder KSI xKing 77(Rank - Division/Squad) - Founder ES Link to forums account - @KSI xKing 77 Reasoning why they deserve this - When King first came into my div, I was not thrilled about it. Our first experience in ES together, was a bit estranged. However, since King has been here, things have been moving in a positive direction. ES has faced many hardships, over the past year, and has been through several 7s, including myself. King has brought a strong presence to our division. He is blunt, does not sugarcoat anything to officers and gens, and is willing to hang out with the lower ranking members. He is driven, has good ideas to improve our div, is willing to accept healthy criticism from all members, even if he does not agree. Once him and I had a one-on-one, I was able to see king for the leader he truly is. He is dedicated to the growth of the community, however, he also understands and respects that the lower members mean more than statistics and numbers. He is communicative with the squads, welcomes anyone into his parties to conversate or just hang, and has helped guide my 3CPT into an appropriate and healthy direction. Captain KSI Barb130 (Rank - Division/Squad) - 3CPT Succubus ES Link to forums account - @barb130 Reasoning why they deserve this - Barb has been in KSI for almost 2 years now. She has been through struggles over the past 6 months and without guidance, she kept everything together for our squad, the best she could. Barb has always been a strong, reliable, and dedicated officer. She realized that some of the officers were having a hard time, compiling their game night and workshop posts, so she created an application for them to use, to make things easier for them. Everyone in succubus appreciates barb and always enjoys her company and playing games with her. Furthermore, barb has helped many of the members in succubus with their struggles, whether it's in game or personal. She is compassionate and caring, and genuine and loyal to a fault. Even when the winds changed and she was beaten down and alone, barb never gave up and remained an officer, so that her squad would not have to depend on a stranger. So they could have someone who cared for them and defended them, with no ulterior motive. Barb has the strength of an officer, the courage of a member, and the heart of a compassionate leader. She takes on tasks, sometimes overburden herself, just so others can still have fun in the community and abides by the rules and regulations of ksi, without missing a beat. Member tiredCalico (Rank - Division/Squad) - CPL Succubus ES Link to forums account - @tiredCalico Reasoning why they deserve this - This CPL amazes me. She has been actively communicating with other squads in our div, she is constantly communicating in discord, always online, and is a pleasure to be around. Calico always jumps on the chance to participate in Weekend Warfare and holiday events, and comes up with some interesting ideas. She makes the members in Succubus laugh and feel comfortable and she is not afraid to break character, to hear someone smile. She is always up for playing with people, hanging out, or just saying hello. This member also has the courage to voice her opinions and is willing to show her colors. She even makes memes for members if they request them and each meme is an interpretation of her feelings and imagination. I feel she makes an impact on our squad's morale and encourages the div to do their best in community games.

I have only known KSI GOT EM 7, for about 4 months. In this time, I have seen him through his ups and downs, laughs and cries. He has struggled with cancer for quite awhile. I have talked to him while he was out of town on his treatments and when he hasn't felt well. Even through the throwing up, coughing, and exhaustion, he still managed to host the divisional game nights for ES, he has been present at the meetings, he always found a way to laugh about things even though he was in pain. Everyone has had there battle with darkness, when he was attacked by communities, he wanted to give up. He listened to his heart instead of his mind and he fought back and stuck it out. He also, through it all, handled all of our crap that we were dealing with in our squads and he even handled the annoying criticism from others, myself included, because he wants everyone's opinion.

She is a 2LT, however, she has always been helpful to everyone who needs it. Over the past month, she has bought several things for members: 1. She purchased a $10 xbox gift card for one of our CPLs, GroundPainter26, for being a new member that made a forums account. 2. She recently gave KSI SumB1ch89 (my 1LT), a 12 month subscription to Xbox Live. Reason being, his was running out and he would not have been able to buy more for a few months. 3. One of our CPls, UndatedLoki74, does not have a lot of games and feels left out sometimes. I bought him Destiny 2 and when KSI Barb130 found out he received the game, she got him both DLCs for it (Curse of Osiris & Warmind). She is always helping members with a chipper attitude and understands the struggle of a gamer in need. I feel she deserves this award.

I am a witness to this. Pliers has always made sure to have everything in order and despite all the slander that has been thrown around about him he has still been devoted to KSI and making sure his divisions uphold that same manner.

She has gone from helping members with their own personal life struggles to supporting lower ranking members on new ideas. When a new member has shown that they want to move up the ranks but doesn't have the income to change their name she has paid for their name change. When I didn't have the money to get a game that my squad was focusing on and it kept me from being able to participate in my squad's activities KSI True 7 bought the game for me so I could continue to be my squad's General. Not only these few trivial things has she done but I have had certain devastations occur lately in my life and she was one of the only people who constantly called and checked up on me when I was on my emergency LOA last month. She truly cares about her members and will go above and beyond for them in all matters.

Along with her guidance for her 7s and empathy towards her members she has been the best Co-Div I have seen thus far. When his General was on LOA he was left as the only officer. He has always been dedicated to his squad and his members and is very knowledgeable in KSI ways. Even though his personal life is a bit rough right now he still stays communicative and active with his squad.

He has been more involved with his squad and his non ksi gamertag members. He tries to make activities fun yet effective and has been really stepping up with workshops and training. He has been working with his officer staff to maintain communication within the squad and to make sure we are staying active and recruiting as best as we can. When he needs to he steps in and gets stuff done that most people could never accomplish. He is friendly and takes times to play with all ranks not just 7's and Gens. His members respect him and he never talks down or mistreats any of his members. He makes sure everything is going smoothly within his squad. He sends messages daily from the squad tag and makes sure communication is happening. He handles situations calmly and in a professional and timely manner. He is always reachable if help is needed and is very polite despite any differences he may have with someone. He cares about his squad and makes sure that meetings and game nights are always happening. He follows the rules and makes sure that members are trained to the full standard. Senior Director Gamertag (Rank & Division/Squad) - KSIxAPOCALYPSE7 Reason Why They Deserve This: Apoc is a very knowledgable person. I have gone to him a few times just for extra guidance and training so I can be as knowledgable as I can be. He is very hands on with anyone who goes to him for advice and he helps find ways to make things efficient and fun. I think he should get this award because of the fact that now that he's back on for good, he will make things productive once again. Director Gamertag (Rank & Division/Squad) - KSI ROMAN 7 DL, TW, EO Reason Why They Deserve This: Roman has always been there for us and his divisions. Everytime there was an issue, one way or another, he has always been able to fix it quickly & quietly. Roman in the past month has helped through alot of grief in DL and also managed to make us smile and forget about the stress. He is very good at his job and he also makes sure all of us stay in line. He is a good leader and a fun Director. Division Leader Gamertag (Rank & Division/Squad) - KSI Lazar 7 of DL Reason Why They Deserve This: Well, Lazar is basically the grandfather of DL lol. However, Lazar has grown in the past month. He has realized that yes, you need to make sure everything is done right and running well, but also you need to make sure you are alright and doing well. He is making better decisions and dealing with less stress. He still tries to make sure he is everywhere but he can only do what's humanly possible. He's turning into a better leader everyday and I'm glad that things are turning around. Co-Division Leader Gamertag (Rank & Division/Squad) - KSI WALLACE 7 of DL Reason Why They Deserve This: Wallace is a very entertaining and well-planted leader. He is knowledgable in how to make a squad flourish and keep things in order. He went out of his way to make sure GENs were getting the Div Meeting Notes every week and also spams everyone with updates abou the division. He is someone that I would be proud to follow in KSI and I believe he will make a great Division Leader one day. Founder Gamertag (Rank & Division/Squad) - KSI VENUM 7 of DL Reason Why They Deserve This: I have been with Venum through the rankings since GEN. Venum was always the go-to-guy. He is responsible, concerned, fun, social, and always gets to us when he can. He can build a squad from scratch, can handle a problem with next to no arguments, and he's great for making a stressful day entertaining. He has been an inspiration to me and alot of members in DL and we will continue to support him in DL. He is a fun and very reliable member and he not only sticks up for whats right but he also knows that for anything to be successful, communication between the members and leadership is key.
