As a Senior Director she has been on top of working with everyone to ensure the divs are running properly and if not she goes above and beyond some times stays on far later than she should to help get things on track and a plan in place. Regardless of what she is doing she still tries her best to talk to any member who says hi or needs to vent. Her ideald are valued and her voice demands respect. A true leader in this community. Co-Founder Gamertag (Rank - Division/Squad) - KSI Death 77 - Eternal Souls Link to forums account - @KSI DEATH 77 Reasoning why they deserve this - Although he can be very direct and set on a path he determines is best, he has made progress with us as our cofo and acting GEN. Death is stern but understanding and he always has the interest of the div at heart. Death has made progress by letting members in and listening to their side of things before making a decision on what course of action to take. He has taken input from sgts and officers on how to better the squad and spend time with them better since he is juggling full time work, cofo responsibilities, acting gen, and trying to maintain his family life. He always gets back to you when he can and has started to become more comfortable with the squad. Very proud of the change in a short amount of time. SSGT Gamertag (Rank - Division/Squad) - KSI Twistex - Banshee - Eternal Souls Link to forums account - @KSI Twistex Reasoning why they deserve this - This officer is brand new compared to me and in his short time as a ssgt he has grabbed the bull by the horns and has dug in. Not only does he have a thirst for knowledge and a drive for building up his squad but he has compassion and understanding for the members in his squad and their struggles. Easy to approach and talk to and fun to game with he is the ideal member and officer. On a professional note he is eager to learn the duties of the officers and has constructive criticism on things that are unclear. He enforces communication which is a big need in the community. SGT Gamertag (Rank - Division/Squad) - KSIDemonWolf - Banshee - Eternal Souls Link to forums account - @KSIDemonWolf Reasoning why they deserve this - This SGT has shown his dedication to the squad and joins literally every activity the squad hosts including cohosting game nights himself. He is good to hang out with members have fun with him and has a big presence in the squad. He can be a bit quiet at times however he makes up for it with his goofy comebacks and always tries to check on members. He has retained the rank of recruiter and is passionate about becoming an officer. He is motivated and with the right guidance can make the ranks. Member Gamertag (Rank - Division/Squad) - KingJ0ker87 - Banshee - Eternal Souls Link to forums account - @KingJ0ker87 Reasoning why they deserve this - This member welcomed me when I first joined and always responds when I say hi. He comes to gamenights or even just hangs out with us. He cracks jokes with everyone if their feeling down and even if he doesn't have the game he still stays to socialize. Just a pleasant guy and promotes the mentality of a KSI CPL which now days is tricky to come by

Director KSI TexAngel 7 - Director - ES Link to forums account - @KSI TexAngel 7 Reasoning why they deserve this - Since Tex has returned to ES, she has made it a point to understand the new leadership and working of the division. Much has changed here and she has not allowed this to fluster her. She is in communication with her 7's and even makes her presence known to some of the lower ranking members. She is devoted to the cause and will do everything in her power to make sure ES stays strong and running smoothly. Division Leader KSI Hatter 77 - Div Lead - ES Link to forums account - @Hatter 77 Reasoning why they deserve this - Throughout her reign of ES, hatter has fought through many ups and downs. From members leaving and gens stepping down, she has worked with her 7 staff to make sure the transitions do not have a huge ripple affect. Hatter is dedicated to ensuring her division stays strong and consistently makes her presence known to everyone here in ES. Although she has had some major disturbances in her personal life, she does her best to ensure that she is in the mix and taking the necessary actions to keep things going. She has been a shoulder to lean on and an ear to listen for many of us here, and will always try her best to be there for those in need. Co-Founder KSI Jynxie 7 - CoFounder - ES Link to forums account - @KSI Jynxie 7 Reasoning why they deserve this - This CoFounder has been behaving like a Founder or Co-Div leader for months. On top of being the only CoFounder in ES, being our Div Lead's right hand, and being acting Gen of one of our squads not once but twice, she has hung in there and makes sure she does not become burnt out by taking time at night for herself. Furthermore, when her div lead was on vacation, Jynxie stepped into the role and took care of whatever needed to be done. Captain KSI Pathfinder - Captain - Succubus ES Link to forums account - @KSI Pathfinder Reasoning why they deserve this - This officer has been behaving like a Captain since he was a Lieutenant. Now that he has become Captain, he has jumped into the role with ease. He has been taking his new officers under his wing and showing them how things should be done. He takes healthy criticism from his 1CPT and Gen and fixes his small mistakes quickly and efficiently. Furthermore, he is still making sure he is speaking to the members of the squad and spending time with them, even when he has quite a bit going on in his personal life. He is learning how to make time for himself and has been doing a great job of not doing other officers' work for them, instead, he helps them figure out what they did wrong themselves, and guides them to realizing how to fix it on their own. LT KSI Knkypowr - 3LT - Succubus ES Link to forums account - @Jimmie1977 Reasoning why they deserve this - This officer has really come out of his shell. When KSI Jimmie1977 (now known as KSI Knkypowr) became an officer, he was very weak and submissive. Always apologizing or taking things too hard. He did not have much confidence and was very shy about reaching out to others. However, once this officer became a Lieutenant, he really began to shine. Not only has his confidence gone up immensely, his involvement with others in our squad and division has increased tremendously. He still has much to learn however, he takes healthy criticism much better and is starting to voice his opinions more without backing down in a conversation. He has always been a listening ear and does his best to be a friend and family with his squadmates and the members in his division. Member KSIBlueDragon30 - SGT - Succubus ES Link to forums account - @Sarah Reasoning why they deserve this - Blue has been around for awhile now. I remember when she changed her gamertag, many of us were super excited. She is always trying to find people to play with and loves to cheer others up when they're down. Her giggle is infectious and can brighten anyone's day. She helps her squadmates with their gaming needs and will always be there for them when they need someone to listen to them. She is one of our active members and is an asset to our squad. She communicates when something is wrong and helps to try and find ways to fix any issue. Furthermore, she is devoted to her squad and will do anything she can to help out.

Since it has just been her and our Div Lead, she has taken on more responsibility than that of a Co-Founder with a full 7's staff. She is vigilant on supplying information and support to her GENs and Officers, as well as to our members when they are having struggles. She spends time with her members, however, understands how to take time for herself. She manages all of her responsibilities well, even when it becomes stressful, she still gets it done. General Gamertag (Rank - Division/Squad) - KSI Nagisa General-Angels ES Link to forums account - @KSI Nagisa Reasoning why the deserve this - I have just started spending time with the other GENs in my division,however, Nagisa has been doing an amazing job, being a GEN for the first time. Nagisa is there for his members, goes above and beyond, to assist his officers in their learning processes; as well as reaching out to a difficult individual, such as myself,and offering to assist with anything I may need help with for my squad. Nagisa is a devoted member and does not allow unwanted advances or shenanigans, plague his squad. When a situation arises, he is quickto nip it in the butt and if his hands become tied, he still fights for what is right, regardless of who is involved. I admire his passion and drive, and given the squad he has taken over, he is just the right leader they need. I believe that Nagisa will become afantastic 7 one day and that he will continue to grow as an individual and a leader.  Captain Gamertag (Rank - Division/Squad) - KSI Barb130 2CPT-Succubus ES Link to forums account - @KSI Barb130 Reasoning why they deserve this - I have manyreasons why Barb should be recognized for this award. Barb has always gone above and beyond for her members In Succubus and even others in ES. Barb is the epitome of what a Captain should be. She is organized, reliable, self-driven, knowledgeable, caring, helpful, and above all she gets the job done when it needs to be done. She is dedicated to the betterment and future of KSI and its members. Always looking for new ways to help organize information, new ideas that could increase the interest of new members, and she is an unstoppable force when it comes to keepings our docs and sheets organized. She is my right-hand, myself and Succubus would be lost without her. When things become too much for myself or I am unavailable, due to work or school, Barb is right there; already getting everything I need to be done, in motion, like she somehow linked herself to my brain. She makes sure that her lower ranking officers are doing their jobs efficiently and teaching them how to improve if they are making mistakes or not understanding a situation. She even plans to attend meeting or run game nights, if she finds out I will not be available, without me asking her to. LT Gamertag (Rank - Division/Squad) - KSI Pathfinder 1LT-Succubus ES Link to forums account - @KSI Pathfinder Reasoning why they deserve this - This LT has been driven since he first rejoined KSI. He learns from his mistakes and has been a huge asset to myself, the squad, and his 2CPT. Since day one, he has always asked for responsibilities and ways he can grow as an officer. When he is asked to do something, he jumps to it without hesitation. Furthermore, he is dedicated to KSI and treats his squad like family. He even sent us pictures of his wedding and the rings. He has been doing well, managing the amount of activities and tasks, that he has been given, since we only have three officers, excluding myself. Pathfinder not only does his responsibilities, he spends time with our members. He is active on xbox and within our discord chat, always promoting the game nights and making an effort to reach out to members. He is sociable and fun to be around, however, he will always make time for a member who has an issue or needs to talk. Member Gamertag (Rank - Division/Squad) - tiredCalico CPL-Succubus ES Link to forums account - @tiredCalico Reasoning why they deserve this - This little one right here, has become our squad's new mascot. Yes, I made a special rank just for her lol. Calico is a ray of sunshine; she is refreshing and fun, members love being around her, and she is a beast at overwatch. There is more to her though; she is concerned about the individuals in her squad, and is always making herself available to hang out with or just talk to. Whenever an individual is having a rough time and she finds out, she will find a way to brighten up their day; whether its saying something bubbly or by playing a game she really doesn't like, however, she makes an exception for that person. She is the type of member I would love to see more of in the years to come for KSI.
