This member has been losing his mind since 6/13/14. We splt from ES to form LW on that date. He then became CoFo over 4 squads. 4 squads! I remember him taking an LOA just to take a break from the insanity! We have been hit by numerous clans that tried taking our members and he has been right there dealing with all the BS that associated with it. We actually had to blacklist some people and we actually dropped some members and then with the massive fluffling that went on a couple months back, we dropped even more members. Evil 7 was stressing himself sick trying to promote growth within the division. Not to mention all of the squad splits that we've had. Squad splits are not easy and EVIL was right there helping the GEN and officers prepare for them. As Founder of LW, he is constantly hit up on XBL with message and party invites. Sometime's he even has to "ghost" just to keep from going insane. As of late, EVIL has taken over a tag that was hit by poachers and their numbers have dropped significantly. EVIL has ripped out the remaining of his hair trying to deal with the squad and prevent more paoching from going on. KSI EVIL 7 has gone mad while doing his best to make LW the best division in all of KSI.

I can witness for this. KSI Lily 7 was my General for 7 months and is now my Co-Founder. She was recruited on November 10th, 2013. Seeing as how today's date is November 14, 2014, I would say this person is deserving of the "Committed" award.
