Since this had happened, the squad had a very hard time with activity, getting people to show up for events or recruit, or even with simple communication. KSI Squeek had the brilliant idea to implement something she had named after her general, KSI Warp Trail (KSI Warp 7), Warp Tokens. These tokens are earned by doing every day simple things, such as post on the forums, attend lobbies, host lobbies, recruit. We have spoken to a few leaders about it and have included watching the livestream and participating/winning the Weekend Warfare. Since implementing these tokens, the activity for this squad has increased immensely and because of this, it is going division-wide. The proof is in her Access Denied. He went out of his way to give each person their own amount of time to tell him problems that they have so that he/we can fix them, he goes out of his way to get to as many meetings as possible (even non-mandatory). He has offered a great deal of mentorship to the leaders throughout this community and is very capable of putting himself into others' shoes to solve problems. He has been a voice of reason and encouragement throughout the division and has inspired many members to reach out to their fullest potential. He has brought up 3 generals from his previous officer staff due to marvelous training and teamwork. He has been a backbone of this division through difficult times, handling problems with a swift strictness, and being a voice of resolve and dedication to his squad and division. General Gamertag (Rank - Division/Squad) - KSI Warp Trail/Gen/Ruthless DM Link to forums account - http://www.ksiforums.org/profile/29844-ksi-warp-trail/ Reasoning why the deserve this - Warp was thrown into a squad that was falling apart, and has continuously surprised many of the leaders around him. At the time, the squad was on the verge of being shut down due to excess fluff and TSB, and since he took over, the squad has done a complete 180 and is now one of the most active and motivated squads with strong, well-trained officers. He has encouraged even the most dismal of members to become active and of the leadership presence. She is an intelligent leader with many ideas as to how to make her squad more active and dedicated, just like herself. She has spent many of her days dedicated to her game to make sure her squad is as great as it can be.

In the short amount of time that Az has been over DM, he has been an excellent mentor and friend. Any time any of our members need anything from him, he is right there, prepared and ready to help regardless of the situation. I, myself, have gone to him in during times in which I need advice and I always come out of the party more knowledgeable than when I joined. Not only has he helped DM to not fall apart due to sudden loss of upper leadership, he has helped us rebuild this division to the point where we can not only claim to be stable, but also advancing. He has been the encouragement of many of our members to become more within the community, whether more means rank or activity both within the division and outside of it. I witness for Azrael.

He takes time out of his busy schedule for his members, and that is what's important. As a Senior Director, it is difficult to keep in contact with the divisions and squads but he manages to do so and for that, he deserves this nomination. He puts his members before himself and doesn't accept thanks because he believes that he is doing the right thing. Even with a busy schedule, members often get to see him in parties and at game nights and get to know him on a somewhat personal level. He makes being in DM an enjoyable experience and is down to Earth with the people if his division. Co-Division Leader Gamertag (Rank - Division/Squad) - KSI Havoc 7 (Co-DIV - DM) Link to forums account - http://www.ksiforums.org/user/8645-ksi-havoc-7/ Reasoning why they deserve this - Havoc is beginning to fill his shoes a bit, as he learns to put his foot down and take no nonsense from his division. He was already an extraordinary Co-Div, but now, he is even more so. He stands up for what is right and doesn't let people take advantage of his members. He sticks his neck out for the members who deserve it and lets them prove themselves to the division. He watches out for the people of his division with a protective and nurturing eye and makes sure to welcome all of the newcomers that he can. He is willing to spend time in parties with many different people and simply shoot the breeze with them, as long as he isn't needed anywhere else, considering he is a very important and demanded Co-Division leader. His members look up to him as a mentor simply because he is straight forward, honest, and proud of his work and his division. He was there through Kik and through the Forums, always offering help and advice, being there for people to talk to. The moment he came back, everyone knew. He was immediately in parties and game nights with his members. He is very down-to-earth and straight forward, so messing up is not advised when he is around. He keeps up with the recruit tag on a regular basis, so that even when he was gone, recruits still were added so that the officers of each of the different squads could keep track of them. He sees when things are going wrong and does all he can to his ability to fix them, even if it means losing a General or a Captain. He communicates well with his members and makes sure they know what is going on within his division, and even makes time for other divisions as well. He is cross-divisionally friendly. She has survived through a squad split recently, aka Wrath, and is already ready for another which means she does a good job and controlling and maintaining her squad. Member Gamertag (Rank - Division/Squad) - KSI Sovereigns (SSGT - DM/Menace) Link to forums account - Reasoning why they deserve this - Even though he has his own personal problems going on in his life, he still puts in his effort to his squad and makes sure that the promotions and trainings get done on time, tries his best to go out recruiting, and communicates well with his fellow officer staff. He makes being a part of Menace an enjoyable experience and is there for his members and friends when he is needed. He is selfless, simply put.

I can vouch for this. Harmony has been there for me and has taught me many valuable life lessons as well as KSI lessons that I will use for the rest of my life.

Even though he is division leader, he still finds time to get recruits and help old members find their way back into the arms of KSI. Spending time with him is great, but once there is a problem, he is all business. He takes himself out of the equation when solving major problems and puts KSI first. He makes sure to thanks the members for a job well done and congratulate as many people personally for promotions and compliments he receives about them. He is a wonderful human being and has amazing leadership skills and handles problems exceedingly well. Even after losing her highest ranking captain, she still fought through the pain and is still fighting for her new squad. Even with the doubt from other members, she still fights forward and doesn't let other's negativity bring her down. She is strong, and she is a strong leader, She does what is best for for squad and even though there is a lot going on, she still finds time to go recruiting, by herself and with her members, and even puts in her effort on training and promotions to cpl. She is willing to listen to problems that members have, whether they be personal or within KSI and handles these problems maturely and uses her best judgement. She is all business when need be, but with the curtains down, she is an amazing person, an amazing friend, and an amazing general. He fights for recruits, aims for quality (not quantity), puts his time into his fellow members, trains like a boss, and promotes when he can. He wants what is best for KSI, what is best for his division, and what is best for his squad. He sees problems, he does everything he can to fix them. He makes his own maps for game night and puts his own time and effort into making them absolutely flawless. He spends time with other squads, makes new recruits feel welcome, and finds time to game every day, even after he gets off work. He truly cares about his fellow members and will go out of his way to prove it.
