Even though he must be burned out by this point, Impy never stops trying to motivate and inspire those around him. He consistently teaches and manages each of our departments as well as individuals outside of those departments. He is always available for assistance, advice, and insight.

Ascend always works hard at what he puts his mind to and is one of the people I look to when I need motivation to be better. He is an outstanding Director and is always trying his hardest to improve this community in a variety of ways, especially by hosting and encouraging Happy Hour participation.

Ash has been a strong and prominent leader in this community for a while, yet she never fails to impress the people around her. She has such an open heart and is always willing to give chances to people that others would take for granted. She has been through so much, yet is always aspiring to learn. She recently became the newest LEAD teacher, which is rather great on its' own.

Spider pretty much always deserves the award for whatever rank he is at because he works hard at excelling at what he does, even with the stress of schooling and personal relationships. He is consistently working at making his division better, stronger, faster. In fact, I see quite a few of his pupils in here voting, on the forums.

Even while being on the News Team, Bearded works hard in his division. He has had to pick up the slack of a few people around him but continues to maintain his motivation and drive. Even with issues surrounding him, he stands tall as a strong and valued leader.

Given the circumstances of TI and what they have gone through, cya deserves some serious recognition. The improvements that have been made in TI in the last month are extremely outstanding and impressive. She has held together her group of misfits in such a manner that has lead her division in a productive direction.

This individual helped pick up a broken squad and turned the morale and spirit of the members into something to be rivaled with. His squad has grown sufficiently, in more ways than one, under his leadership. The leaders he is bringing up with him continue to impress and amaze the leaders of their division and more.

Even though Rex is an active member of the News Team, he never forgets about his squad. In fact, he is an exceptional officer. He actively hosts workshops of different varieties to help spread the knowledge base around his squad-mates as well as game nights to ensure that everyone is having fun.
