Not only has he had to deal with a mass amount of bull poop within his division, he has had to deal with making sure his squad is okay throughout that as well as creating new relationships with new leaders within that division. He never stops trying to learn and improve the leaders around him. He keeps a stable mind and solves problems super efficiently and is able to use his words in such a manner that he can connect with anyone.
