He's a boots on the ground type, he is the one to make sure everything gets done, and gets done right the first time. He's an awesome guy he has this mentality to make sure that what comes first is the best it can be. He's lead this division as one in my eyes, and I've had a few leaders in my time. He is an extremely hard worker, he is like a freaking sponge with a thirst for information and knowledge. He gets along with everyone and has just that happy go lucky attitude. He has an awesome work ethic and he will do great things for this squad when it's time for me to pass the tourch. Achilles came into this squad saying "Where do I begin" and he's been off to the races with no end in sight. He never once has hiccuped in any fashion, it's constant, solid work by our Viking with a beard. Even if these two guys don't get the award, they both get it in my eyes.

so, ill put my statement in. i was away for maybe 3 days, and i came back and i saw that we (memories) had merged with echo, as soon as i came back, scotland was right there answering my questions of why and what. now skip to a while back, he assisted me in getting my officer promotions and giving me tips on how to get as high in the ranks as possible. now a week or so ago, i put in a leave of absence request, that was turned down by sinister, who told scotland to put me as a SGT until my desired date, 8/9/14, and he will waive my usual wait promotion time down to about 2 weeks, as he heard from scotland that i will want to still be an officer. he has helped me with a lot of things, many more than what i have said, and i just cant put it all on a page. thats my two cents.

i am witnessing for his mentor award: i can say without a shadow of a doubt that he has trained all officers that have passed personally, myself included, once at Staff Sergeant, again at 3-1 LT, and again at 4 Captain, he took me into a party, gave me the low-down of what to do, responsibility, and how to handle certain problems that might come up. he also gave me some ideals that i follow now. he deserves this award.

maybe, instead of just recruiter of the month of all of KSI, why not also have either top squad or top div. recruiter? just like top recruiter of the month, but at either a squad or div. level.

KSIxScotland- GEN- LS/ ECHO http://www.ksiforums.org/user/17241-shivahs-flareon reason- even back before the merge, I would hear from my then gen., "Scotland's doing this better than before, Scotland's doing this better than ive ever seen done" and hes proved that he has. even with his gen. dutys, he finds time to help us. he makes sure were active, he wants us to do great, he makes sure everything is going smoothly. but he mostly makes sure that our ideas are heard, our concerns voiced, our comments acknowledged. that is what makes him a good gen.
