Every time you talk to him he's always got a goal or game plan ready something he wants to see out of his squad or division! He's always learning new things, and always sharing what he's learned with other members! If you were down ,this guy is a clown he could turn your frown upside down he's came a long way and takes constructive criticism very smoothly with no hesitation! He takes notes during meetings and workshops and not only gets to know people KSI wise but as well as a personal scale!

He is not afraid to come forward ask questions and follow protocol in my opinion he is a contender for a 7's spot should one open up in the near future p.s he has trained his replacement !!!!! And he's improving everyday . There is no one in IO that tries as hard and with as much dedication as Syther does this kid goes out of his way to Do KSI work he hosts workshops he recruits he host game nights he is truly all about his squad and rebuilding it and that is why he was recently promoted to Lieutenant Great job syther we are all proud of you !!

Watching her grow into an awesome caring gen she built her squad to 90 + members In A short period of time this person is one of the most active generals in IO , from Organizing weekly game nights to sgt's work shops writing her own workshop notes and posting them in the IO section for our other gens to use . this girl gets the job done !!! That's why recently she's been promoted to a co-fo Great job Kayla I am very proud KSI Dragon014x7.
