I dont know that I've ever been around a Lt. That has done as well at training and improving those below him, as our 2 new Staff Sergeants are picking up a lot of information from him. Also, there have been several occasions where Plu is hosting multiple game nights a week, just trying to make the squad as fun as possible and bring our members closer together. I can't even tell you how many times I have been tied up with something, and have trusted Plu to handle it knowing he has the sound judgement to get it done correctly, and efficiently. She is still always one of the first to lend a hand when we need something done, and the squads top recruiter as well currently. For those who do not know, she went through a great deal to rejoin and come back to this squad, and I just wish some more of our members were half as dedicated, our squad would be better for it.
