From working with him in Education on different workshops I've seen him trying to merge different workshops together so the information in said workshop would all be consistent while removing any trivial information that isn't essential. He also is always writing new material that will help our other members understand the concepts more clearly. He even hosts workshops throughout all the divisions to make sure every squad has a chance to learn the new material. I can tell he puts his all in the workshops to improve upon the information already listed to help future leaders in the community. CPT Gamertag (Rank - Division/Squad) - KSI iChief Link to forums account - @Chieffy Reasoning why they deserve this - Ever since chief has come into the officer core and even with his promotion to CPT he has been able to stay on task and get Poop done (excuse my language). This man takes up every chance to learn that you give him. If you need something done like a promotion or a member needs an officer to help out he is there to assist and he is just a great energy to be around. I've definitely seen his leadership skills come up here and there and I believe he has great potential in the future, even with a busy work and social schedule chief is sure to be on time to any event you need him at or that he is hosting. He has done a great job at mentoring other officers in the squad and i can't wait to see what more he can do. Its a pleasure working as a team with him and the rest of his squad. This guy is either always in a party with member/s playing and having fun or just talking to his other officers to gain more insight. Dilf is on top of promotions and is always there to jump on an opportunity when it arises. There is always good energy and vibes when you join a party with him and is always down to just talk if you don't have the games he plays and vice versa. He NEVER shys down from an activity or a chance to recruit and help other members grow their knowledge. The potential is overflowing with this one. SSGT Gamertag (Rank - Division/Squad) - KSI Bane 7 Link to forums account - @Bane 7 Reasoning why they deserve this - I know he's gonna hate me for nominating him as a SSGT but god dammit he's a great Schuckin SSGT (pardon my language). Bane is the kind of man who no matter what party you go in he seems to either follow, or already be in there hanging with members. His man's work ethic is crazy, he is constantly posting in the discord trying to get members active and play with him. He makes it a task to get to know everyone in the squad and make sure everyone in the squad knows him. He has a lot of passion and drive for KSI and we are working with that. He is always down to train and help out potential officers which I like to see not to forget he's a party hopping god. If there are KSI parties open, he's not one to shy away from jumping in and making a few friends on the spot, that's just the kind of person he is. Whether it be in the discord chats or participation in the gamenights he is down to chat. He's been putting time into recruiting and I can tell he cares about the community and wants to see it grow which is a great quality to have in a member. He takes criticism well when it comes to making mistakes but is never afraid to keep trying to verify awards and replying to topics. He is always down to learn something and doesn't shy away from asking questions when unsure. I can't wait to see what more he can do in AAP.
