Although I haven’t know him for long. Simply being anywhere around December for a minute you will be able to see the truly gigantic amount of work he does. Not only for his division but for the community as a whole. December is always willing to help anyone and he is willing to give his time to anyone no matter what rank or status they have in KSI. Rather it be as a cofounder, forums mod, or anything else he does. He goes above and beyond what is expected for leader. Let alone a member. He is always positive and encouraging of the people around his and immediately creates a positive energy anytime you’re around him. He is one of the best leaders to ask for advice or to simply chill and talk to. Simply put he knows that he’s doing. And he always performs beyond what is expected of him. The guy has a mountain of responsibilities. Yet he excels in everything he puts his mind to. Even when I was absent from KSI I seen all the work the guy put in. And I knew from the get go he was going to make it big. And he is. Because he loves this community. He loves his members. He loves his division. He is well deserving of this award. Someone as dedicated and loving of the community as December definitely deserves any award which recognizes outstanding service. I haven’t known him for long. But I hope to get to know him more in the future so that I can learn from him and grow under him. I respect him greatly. He is truly a gem in this community. Any way you look at it. No matter what.

This guy stresses and goes through a lot to make sure the members within his division are happy and working hard to improve themselves. I've never seen a leader more dedicated to his members and care so much for them. Tyler is always there for his members rather it be 2 o'clock at night or if he has to leave in five minutes to run to the hospital to see his family member. This guy has made being a 7 in this division fun and fulfilling he's not just a leader but he's also a friend. Always willing to take criticism and always listens to his staff's opinions on divisional matters. I've seen this guy worry himself tenfold over the current state of the division. Tyler truly loves KSI, his division, and his members. Tyler just isn't my boss. He's my companion in making this division great. And he's my friend.

This dude came into our division in which barely anyone knew him. Unlike most directors who are barely involved in their divisions, mpliers came in and immediately started helping out our division. He came to gens meetings and gave us great tips to help improve our div (which we followed through with and they improved us greatly!). mpliers was always there for me if I ever needed help or I had questions. I always could count on him if I ever needed him. He is simply a great guy and whenever you're around him. You automatically can feel the mood lift. He simply brings positivity wherever he goes.
