Director- KSI Greg 7 Link-http://www.ksiforums.org/user/109-ksi-greg-7/ reasoning- Greg has shown himself to be one of the best Director's I've had the privilege of konwing. He is active in his Director duties but doesn't forget about his roots. He has asked about his own personal squad in the past when I've been having trouble and is still caring about us members still on a divisional level. He also has worked to promote cross divisional friendships and has certainly shown this in the way that DM and TW now regularly play together in gamenights and matchmaking. Co-fo- KSI Havoc 7 Link-http://www.ksiforums.org/user/8645-ksi-havoc-7/ reasoning- Havoc has been a co-fo for a little over a month and he has done more than his fair-share of work. From helping to orchestrate the merging of TM into DM, helping Menace DM merge into Lethal DM to get them back and their feet and then splitting them out to make them one of the most active, fastest growing squads in DM down to helping me with my squad and it's own problems. He cares about every single one of us members and is one of the kindest most caring people around. Alongside KSI problems, he is good to go to if you have a life problem. General-KSI ThatPerson Link-http://www.ksiforums.org/user/12248-thatperson/ reasoning- It is hard to believe that a little over a month ago, this wonderful General was just my 1st Lieutenant, getting ready to become a Captain. However, fate turned things in a different way and he was sent to Menace DM when it split out of Lethal. Since then, he has absolutely excelled in every manner of speaking. He has taken a squad that has had a lot of trouble and is turning it around a complete 180 degrees. He has turned it into a DM powerhouse where growth, hard work and fun intermingle in a perfect mixture. Never have I heard of a Gamenight running for 10+ hours but my god his squad did it. He is absolutely deserving of this award and is the prime example of a great General Lieutenant-KSI Huntress link-http://www.ksiforums.org/user/13721-ksi-huntress/ reasoning- not to long ago, a recruit came into my squad. Her name was Miss Taviola. She was kind, funny and really polite and showed a lot of promise. And she sure has exceeded the expectations of everyone in Lethal and heck, DM as a whole. She has coordianted many events and even represented DM like mad during Spirit week. She has been excelling as an officer as well, getting Lethal several quality recruits, holding a quad wide recruiting contest and training as many people as she possibly can. This soon to be Captain has very bright future here in KSI and deserves many awards with this one being the pinnacle one.

General Gamertag- KSI Bane, Rage DM General Forums link- http://www.ksiforums.org/user/6176-ksi-bane/ Reasoning- I don't even know where to begin... When I first met Bane, I didn't like him. In my mind he had taken my Gen spot and I was mad. But then, he began to do what he needed to do. He has taken Rage DM, one of the most fluffed inactive squads and turned it into a really active squad thats in the process of cleaning out its fluff. He has taken his gen role to heart and deserves this award for his hardwork and leadership in the past few weeks. Captain Gamertag- KSI Havok VL, Lethal DM 1st Captain Forums link- http://www.ksiforums.org/user/8645-ksi-havok-vl/ Reasoning- I can't even begin to fathom my reasoning here. In my year and a half or so of KSI, I have never seen such a shining prodigy. Havok is constantly helping people in need, joining parties of members who may be alone and has been taking a leaders stance on many many things. He is also very selfless in his deeds. Many times has he offered to leave parties or games so other can join, not minding that he'll be alone, because as long as hes making someone happy, he's happy. These are my reasons as to why KSI Havok VL, 1st captain Lethal DM, should be captain of the month without a single doubt in my mind.
