Whiskey has always had one goal in mind. What can he do for the members to make it easier, funner, and better for them. With this goal in mind, he has made huge changes in some of the things we do in DM and in his own squad. We have not always agreed about everything from the get go, but imo, that is something that has made him the leader he is today. Every officer, and i dare say his gen, look up to this man as an example of what a leader should be. He is constantly on top of EVERYTHING going on in his squad. from the gamenight scheduling, to the random get togethers. From making sure a new officer is getting the training they need, to ensuring he and Awol have all the info they need to do their thing. . Everything he does, he does for the members and when he is arguing for something, its never about himself, its something he thinks needs changed or done to make something easier on the members. He, aswell as Awol, didnt have the greatest guiding hands coming up thru the ranks, but they still managed to find everything they need to get the job done, and so much more. I can not wait to see where this man goes in the future.

Since MeShell has transferred to DM, I have witnessed her drive and motivation to keep things going in a positive direction. However, she has constantly been hit with one problem or another. Wether it be a member talking smack, several members leaving at once, or an officer staff that doesnt seem motivated. Throughout all this, she still remains positive and comes up with a new gameplan. I know, if i was in her shoes, i would prolly have given up with all of that hitting me at once.

Uppish has been a very VITAL member in getting Hellborn going in a solid direction once more. He is constantly there for anyone within the squad and even other squads. I know i can count on him for anything needing done, and even going beyond that, anything WANTING done. He is always going out of his way to pick up more things to do, he even just joined a couple depts, and still keeps up with everything he was doing before. He has shown what it means to lead by example with the recruiting and trainings he has stayed on top of, as well as training up coming officers within the squad. If it wasnt for this young man, im not sure what kind of direction the squad would be in.

Nevermore fully deserves this award. Everytime i think things are going smooth, he throws some "drama" to keep us on our toes. Its always great talking with him cuz i know even if its a bad talk, he can make the best of it. I do worry about him messaging other leaders all the time cuz i never know what he will say or start. This isnt his first time being nominated for this. He was previously nominated and even with him agreeing to it, i felt it was causing too much "drama" and i was worried it wouldnt end well. He did however later tell me he would have loved to have gotten it. Founder Gamertag (Rank - Division/Squad) - KSIxRomeo 7 (Founder DM) Link to forums account - @KSIxROMEO 7 Reasoning why they deserve this - Romeo has had a huge burden placed on him this past month. With Grunt moving up to director, Romeo has had to pick up alot of his duties, ASWELL AS, being an acting general over one of the squads still. He has continuously managed to keep the squad very active with eachother, and the division, and can manage to keep a full weeks worth of gamenights going. Even while doing this, he manages to stay on top of us all in keeping our goals headed in the right direction and knows about all issues, even ones me and MeShell might not know about ourselves. Co-Founder Gamertag (Rank - Division/Squad) - KSI MeShell 7 (CoFounder DM) Link to forums account - @KSI MeShell 7 Reasoning why they deserve this - MeShell has really hit the ground running since becoming cofounder and has tried to the best of her abiltity to get to know about everything going on in our div, even the squads she isnt directly over. Here in DM, that is a quality we all love to see in any 7 staff member. She has had to be acting gen since her promotion, but that hasnt slowed her down one bit in getting things started with the other squad she is over. She has completly intergrated herself between the 2 squads and Joe really enjoys having her as his CoFo. I couldnt be happier having her as a partner to help deal with and solve issues that may arise in any of our squads. General Gamertag (Rank - Division/Squad) - KSI Nevermore (General Hellborn DM) Link to forums account - @KSI Nevermore Reasoning why the deserve this - Since becoming general he has grown sooo much more as a leader. He has trully embodied what it means to lead by example and is not afraid to step on toes or get his hands dirty to get the job done. There has been a couple times when he needs promotions done, he has gone and done them himself because he has forgotten to post a promotion list or reminded his staff before it was too late. On top of that, he is almost always availble for any of his staff or me to reach if we have any question, concerns, or just need to shoot some Poop. I really cannot wait to see where he can go from here! Almost everyone knows Uppish is the man that can get ya the help ya need. He is constantly, and i mean CONSTANTLY, out there recruiting. there has been a couple times ive been playing with him and hes had to ask for a chance to send recruiting messages out/ or inviting someone that may be a potential recruit. Not only that stuff, he is also VERY engaging with ALL of the member of his squad. LT Gamertag (Rank - Division/Squad) - KSI Vonner 7 (3rd LT Insanity DM) Link to forums account - @KSI Fear Meta 7 Reasoning why they deserve this - Vonner(meta) has continuously been an underdog in his squad but he still gets the work done! He has been one of the more active officers in his squad, and still continues to do so! He is always trying to be as active as possible wether it be WW, the annual events, and several div events. His work schedule has been making it hard latley for him to do so, but he is still trying and we all see it!

Division Leader Gamertag (Rank - Division/Squad) - KSI Gruntier 7 (DM) Link to forums account - @KSI Gruntier 7 Reasoning why they deserve this - Grunt is literally bread and butter to this division. It does not matter what the situation is, he can calm it down without any issue. He can literally repeat everything someone else has said and they will think hes a Messiah or something. On a serious note, this man keeps on top of all of our div AND squad goals and makes sure we are getting these things done. If at anytime someone starts having doudts, this man will be there to talk with them and make everything right again. Founder Gamertag (Rank - Division/Squad) - KSIxRomeo 7 (DM) Link to forums account - @KSIxROMEO 7 Reasoning why they deserve this - Romeo continues to be a major influence in this division. He recently helped one of the squads he is over split and he ensured everything was done to the best that they could be. He has helped me in several issues that he really did not have to concern himself with. We may always have conflicting ideas about where things are going, but we always find a even middle ground that keeps everyone happy. General Gamertag (Rank - Division/Squad) -DntAskImAwfl (DM-Venom Cpl) Link to forums account - @KSIdontask Reasoning why the deserve this - Dont ask has been going thru a very tough time irl lately, but she still managed to keep 106 people entertained long enough to ensure her staff was ready for a split. Not alot of generals can make the claim of splitting with MORE than 100 fluff free, but she can. Most of this month was spent cleaning house so to speak and her and her staff made sure every one of their members were and active part of this division. Captain Gamertag (Rank - Division/Squad) - KSI Whiskey82 ( DM- Discord CPT) Link to forums account - @KSI WHISKEY Reasoning why they deserve this - This officer has gone above and beyond with ensuring his members are safe, educated, and having a good time with all of it. We may not see eye to eye on every issue, and may not even get along very well, but this member has, and will always, have the squads best interest at heart. He is always making sure the recruiting work load is shared evenly between the officers, going as far as scheduling and updating when everyone has done their turn. He has personally took the time to ensure EVERY officer is properly trained in recruiting, promotions and various procedure he has available to him. Not only his he a power to be reckoned with as an officer, most of his squad loves this dude. Its hard to find someone with the right balance, but this dude can literally do it all and i really look forward to seeing where he can go. Member Gamertag (Rank - Division/Squad) - infinityhunt (DM-Discord) Link to forums account - @Infinityhunt Reasoning why they deserve this - This is the perfect member anyone can have within there squad/division! He is always hanging around trying to help members. With that, he is also invovled in various events such as the Spring Break teams and the Head Hunters. This member is one of the most polite people i have ever came into contact with on Xbox. He may be quiet a bit, partially because he mutes himself alot, but he still can get the party laughing and having a good time.

Romeo has and will continue to be the prime example of what a leader in KSI is about. Every since I met this guy, I knew he would do some awesome things and he has. From being a rockstar gen to being an all star Co-fo, he has always been there for the member. I have never heard anything bad said about this guy from any of the squads he is over. He has gone above and beyond with his duties as a leader, and he has gone even further for his DM family. Before he became gen of Venom, he didn't have the best shaped squad so to speak. As far as i know, the only person helping him run cruelty and keeping it growing, was Joe(we all know joe is an amazing mentor, and romeo is his prodigy lol). He not only continued to nurture cruelty's growth after it had split into Hellborn, but he had continued that growth into another split and became a gen of the new squad, Venom. It wasn't long after all this that it became clear to everyone, Venom was the squad to beat(stat wise of course . ) While he was gen of the new squad Venom, I became gen of the squad Hellborn and with the state of my squad, i really needed to clear up some history with a lot of its older members that i only met in passing. Romeo took the time to help me get to know the history of a lot them as well as helping host Destiny joint game nights between our 2 squads. During this period of time, my respect for this man only grew more with how he lead everything by example, from recruiting to getting nitty gritty and defuse situations. Some of you may not know, but we both were without Co-Fos during a significant portion of this time so we quickly learned how to lean on each other, and i have to say, I would have dropped the ball SEVERAL times if Romeo was not there to talk thru the situations. Now, we both were promoted to Co-fo at the same point, HOWEVER, he was also acting gen of Venom for a little bit, training up the staff to do things how they should be done. Once he felt satisified with the training of the new gen, he thought he could relax, BUT NO! This man was made acting gen of Cruelty, gen had stepped down, and had to rebuild a squad that was falling apart staff wise. It did not take him long to get things rolling again and get the squad back on its feet. But wait!! He was put back as acting gen of Venom when the gen had to step down! Beside the fact he kept having to be "gen" between those squads, he also managed to stay connected with the rest of DM, the other 3 squads. The moral of all that is, Romeo is literally on top of anything DM is doing. He has gone above what was expected of a normal cofo and even took duties that honestly he could have left alone. And the best part of all of this, the man still finds time to connect with any member he joins up with. Idk how he manages to find time to set up raids with everything else he has going on but he does! I want to ask you guys to really consider some of the things this man has done. From everything mentioned by everyone else, to anything you may have heard about him. Now imagine working a 70+ hr swing shift, every week, and being a father and husband. A lot of what this man has done for our community, has been done while he is at work or when he is rushing things so he can have a movie with the wife.

He always has a light attitude about everything, but when something needs done, he knows how to speak softly and carry a big stick. Through out this division you will never hear a bad word spoken about him and thats not because hes never had to piss someone off, but because everyone knows when its time for business, he gets it done. Ive witnessed several accounts of him going day after day of gettting on, but staying at the home screen just so he can hear out situations, even the ones that he doesnt even need to bother himself with. This man always has an ideal to make a bad situation, into something the members can agree on. He is the kind of leader who will listen and hear out everything before taking any kind of action. He has had the back of every one of us fellow 7s in DM and has helped us all understand what it means to be a respected leader. I chose to put him for gen because while he was general this year, he really took off with being the kind of leader he is today. Throughout all of DM, you will never find a person as loved by his squad as Romeo. He has a family and works 50+ hrs a week, but always found time to get with every member of his squad and organize all of the squad activities. The squad, VENOM, has really taken the helm of DM and become the "rock squad" of this division. This was all because of the dedication Romeo put to it and has instilled in the officers of that squad. Romeo is not just the best gen i have seen this year, but the best gen I have ever seen. I have never seen a more professional mannered member throughout my time in KSI. He may not be the biggest recruiter, nor the best shooter, but it will be hard to find another member who cares about the "little people" as much as he does. Everything he has done, has not been for himself, but for the betterment of his squad and division. Infact, I remember earlier this year how hard it was to even get him to want to be an officer, but when he saw his fellow squad mates struggling, that was what made the decision to step up and be an officer. Oddball had transferred over to hellborn looking to help out and boy, i tell you what, he did. Everyday he was on, he was gettin in contact with members that where on the verge of leaving. If not for him, I may not be where I am today. He was always postive and always down for what ever idea we cooked up to get activity going. Joe has been apart of DM for awhile and really, he is the perfect example of what KSI and DM stands for. Even when he stepped down earlier this year, members still knew/know, if you go to joe, it will be fixed. It can be irritating at times how people will go to joe before they even go to an officer, but that is just to show the level of commitment to DM he has and how loved by his peers he truly is. I always see him pushing his depts activities and he is always on the hunt for the next thing he can get going. I really appreciate him always reaching out to other depts for help such as pushing articles or requesting news images.
