Honestly guys, even outstanding service lv 1 is a big accomplishment in itself. I can obviously tell this person is a great person no doubt, but how have they gone above and beyond? Saying "dave always is active, a nice guy, and does his job" isn't specific or outstanding. I do see how putting up his own cash is a big deal, but if so, maybe a helping hand award should be arranged. Witnessing for someone isn't just "He's fantastic, best general I've ever seen, just amazing because he's amazing", tell us some actual instances of going above and beyond. Though others may not agree, I want more descriptive witnesses please. Thanks.

I feel like half of the nominations are just saying he works hard and has done a lot, not necessarily how crazy he is. Though there is support for it in those nominations, I'd like to see another for my vote, but for the number of votes cast already, it may not matter.
