If it matters, I also witness for this. He's a fantastic general with a very hard work ethic. He's always been up to times I would never venture to, to ensure his squad is running well. He's been a General for a very long time and I feel like this is something very deserving to him.

In such a short time he has made a gigantic impact on our division since his transfer from GZ. This month he is leading our division flawlessly and into the right direction by assisting all of our divisional leadership and squads. He's been taking his own time to do things in each individual squad at every opportunity. He has ran workshops for every squad and for some squads, even two. After the workshops he has been getting with people that are interested in ranking up personally and pointing in the right direction for success. He sees the problems in the division and executes the way to fix them perfectly. He's encouraged everyone in this division countless times and has made the most influential impact in the division I've ever seen from a 7 in my entire KSI career, all in one month. He's taken initiative this month as a captain and has recruited, orientated and trained over 10 people. He's mentored at least 5 separate people which I can see being the future generation of my officer staff. He's always been giving good advice this month and hosting and organizing game nights. He's also done a great job staying consistent with managing our Head-Hunters team. Overall he has put in an amazing effort this month in every way a captain can and thoroughly deserves an "Of the Month" award. Every day he always has something KSI related to report. He's been recruiting, orientating, and training constantly bringing in at least 10 new faces to our squad. He always is playing with other KSI members as long as he can, whenever he gets on and uniting our squad, resulting in amazing activity. He's ran the welcoming committee this month fantastically and it definitely shows. He's put in a great amount of effort this month making sure our squad is properly on its way to a healthy split. He's been always catching every double post in our division and logging his actions. I've seen others in the past not do as well with the position, but he's done it very very well. I have no doubts he can move on to bigger and better things on the forums. ^.^

How about splitting a squad award? I feel like that would mean a lot to generals. Also, I saw welcoming committee award idea on the previous page, which dosnt sound like a bad idea.

Throughout my time in KSI I haven't had a founder like her. This month in particular shes been extremely active with people when they need her. She checks on all of our squads in the division, pushing each general to do what they must to be the best they can. Shivah gives great feedback to each squad and gives the right advice when need be. She sets her objectives and executes them, making them known to all. The objectives she sets are the best for the division and its growth. In my opinion, she definitely deserves an award. He's been constantly at his best all seven days of the week for our squad. He's going above and beyond what a normal lieutenant does. Every single day he has things to tell me of people he's orientated, recruited, or inspired. He's always learning more and more by going on the forums and soaking in information at his own will. Several people have been inspired by him, and countless trained. This month he has been extremely pivotal to our squad. He knows just as much about my squad as I do and it's because of his great work ethic and dedication he does. He's probably the best officer I've ever worked with.

He's been pivotal to my squad's recovery by always keeping our squad moving with constant activity. He's been a roll model for my future officers and has been striving to be the best he can, and for the better of the squad. I don't know if a lot from my division will nominate him, but he definitely deserves it.
