Experience and Time in KSI: I have been in KSI Since August 31st 2013, I have recently reached the rank of Founder and was a General for 9 months, So I've been helping run things in LS for a little while I have been section Moderator over LS for quite awhile now, I have also been the News Team Co-Head for a short period of time too. I am constantly brainstorming with different people to find ways to improve how we do things in LS. I am currently IA Liaison for Last Strike. I have been through a Division Merge, multiple squad merges and entire division restructurings. (Please provide details): I feel that I could be a useful asset to the AAP team due to my communication skills and drive for excellence. I am a very committed individual and I believe being committed is a very important trait to have in a team member. As I started before I am always looking for ways to improve things. Since becoming a section mod I have looked for new ways to get more involved with the forums and I feel AAP is a great place to do so. If I was on the AAP I feel these qualities would benefit the program in many ways. I am always willing to listen and learn from any leaders, no matter what their rank/title is. Besides that, I would like to be part of something that others enjoy utilizing and having that fulfilling moment when I know I contributed to someone receiving an award. I also understand that being part of a Dept. isn't loafing around and there will be work to be done and I understand that and I am more than willing to put in that work.

Alrighty, well y'all got the gamerscore hoarder one cleared up, so lets start the ball off with my witness statement! Howdy everyone, I am KSI GameCrazys' Founder here in LS and I am going to tell you why he deserves the "Out Standing service Level1" Award. When I first met Game he was a general of about 5 months and was quite sure of himself in his position. He actually came to me due to the TW merge into LS and wanted to know some faces over here before he brought his guys and gals over, first contact scenario y'know. Thats the first thing that stood out to me. Now lets move on to this division merge, this wasnt easy for anyone but Game went above and beyond in his efforts to try and get everyone over. He spent countless hours making sure people had added the tag, private chatting, friend requesting and dragging people by their hair to the new squad tag. Let me tell you, it wasn't easy for him. Lets fast forward a few weeks, The mass de-fluffing came around and he was the first general in the division on top of it, going through his squad tag with a mustache comb. He goes above and beyond his duties and really cares for his squad and his new division. He tries to bring his squad closer to the division by inviting other squads to his gamenights and getting his guys invited to other squads game-nights too. When it comes to learning new policies and implementing them in this squad he is on top of it, he is a shining example of what a general should be, in his actions and words. Now lets get to closer times; Fallen merging into Impulse, not once did Game hesitate with this chain of events. He got on top of it immediately, jumping into the squad tag and getting people on his friends list, getting people onto his squad tag in days. He is a fervent supporter of his squad members. He is dedicated and will spend all of his free time that he can making sure that everyone is happy in his squad and wants to be there, and if not he will get them where they want to be. Basically to sum up GameCrazy, he is a dedicated, above and beyond going sort of fellow and will do anything possible to help anyone in need. This is only from what I have seen in the past 3months of him, however I have heard stories from his time in TW and I know there is alot more that can be added to this witness statement from leaders and his officers and members of whom I hope come forth to witness.

Keep the tournaments within KSI. The halo tournaments went downhill due to the little "MLG" try hard teams. Why not make it that if people outside of KSI who wish to participate need to be "sponsored" by a KSI member on their team. 1 Sponsor per person, which would mean a 4 man team would have at minimum 2 KSI members on the team.

I can very well witness for this member! Beyond watching him answer questions for other members in his squad, he has answered my nooby questions. Everything from Squad related questions to CoD related things.

I am beyond shocked Spaghetti hasnt got this award 330times over! Of course i'll witness! KSI Spaghetti has answered not only my own questions to do with his echo mates, other people and general questions for myself, but is constantly and consistently answering questions for people within his squad, his division and many many other people within KSI.

Co-Division Leader Gamertag (Rank - Division/Squad) - KSI Sinister 7 - Last Strike Link to forums account - http://www.ksiforums.org/user/8993-sinister-7/ Reasoning why they deserve this - So, KSI Sinister 7, or as the generals of Last Strike effectionatly refer to him as "Acting LS" This Co Division leader has had to take on every posistion in his division at once. As the Head of the division he is acting Division Leader, Does the job of Founder, and due to an absence, is doing the job of the Co-Founder. Oh, did i mention he is acting gen as well? No, well now i did! This leader is constantly slamming myself and others with his incrediable knowledge and wealth of experiance. He does his job with the elegance of someone who has done it for years. Not only does he do his job, he keeps everyone under him, under his wing. He manages somehow to keep everyone interested in what they are doing and constantly sends motivation down the chain. I would almost say this guy has turned into my KSI role model at this point. I've said this many times before but Sinister has a huge challenge ahead of him, and huge expectations on his shoulders, that does not stop him however. He plows on with the everyday work, sets goals that are obtainable and makes sure that we all know they obtainable. After spirit week he took on the spirit week "Hangover" with the energy of someone reinvigorated, he did what most of us couldnt do after all the fun and relaxation, he got back into the swing of things, pulling us along in his wake. KSI Sinister 7 is Last Strikes rock now, whenever there is a problem, he is there behind the scences watching, listening, evaluating. Everything he has done so far in KSI's oldest division has basically set clear that LS is going to be around for many years to come. I am proud to have KSI Sinister 7 as my Co-Division Leader and as a role model. Captain Gamertag (Rank - Division/Squad) - KSI Spaghetti - 3Cpt - Last Strike - Echo Link to forums account - http://www.ksiforums.org/user/21735-ksi-spaghetti/ Reasoning why they deserve this - KSI Spaghetti received his Captain wings this past month after coming into Echo as a Lt. He quickly proved to be someone you could rely on, if you asked him to do something it would be done, you wouldnt need to check up on him, or ask around if he did it right. He will listen and take in everything you would say like a sponge. When i started up my "Echo Euro Initiave" he took it on by the horns. Due to his efforts he got captain and was officially able to take our little project on. In our squad we now have 2sets of Gamenights, one is the usual 8pm Est, then the Euro gamenights at 8pm GMT (3pm EST), all the while he is managing this, he has taken on our Headhunter team. He is constantly going above and beyond with his rank and I see amazing things in his KSI future. You can see her generals training shining out of her, she takes everything that is put into her, and constantly improves on it. I see her interacting with her squad in such a fun and meaningfull way. You can see she genuinely cares for each and everyone one of her squad mates. After the new recruit approval improved policy came into play, she hunted me down because no other General Plus leadership was on, This is what seriously impressed me. She went above and beyond to make sure her recruits were ok for her to help move her squad forwards. She is a relativly fresh captain and already, I can see her going into a General posistion and rocking it, Keep it up MsVigiliate! He is an outstanding member who has impressed me at every turn, with his clear maturity he keeps his gamenights under cool control. Everyone loves Fozzbot ( because of the accent i swear) because of how he will spend time with everyone and deal with anyones problems. He will go beyond his own rank to assist officers in KSI related problems and is very consistant in doing so. I have seen him taking a very large interest in KSI affairs and matters.
