I’m here to witness for Rogue. Since being here in SL the one leader that I’m am very proud to be over is Rogue. He is heart and soul of SL , Rogue main motto is to never to give up on the members. He always there to help in anyway for the members. He been the leader of force in making change in the division. He is the creator of the DTC(Divisional Tournament Council) that is running in SL, with him creating that has been a great boost in our member rention and activity. In all my years in being in KSI , Rogue is one of the most dedicated and motivated leaders I ever seen, and he is always pushing himself to be there for the SL members and build his knowledge for the community, Rogue definitely deserves this awards, and I’m proud that I made him my founder in SL

Mr.DC, man there is a lot of things I can say bout this amazing leader within my 7 core , but I don’t want to make a whole book , so I’m going to make it short for u guys .Before I came to SL I was trying to to think of Divisons to go to when LS closed, and I interviewed multiple divisions, before meeting up with SL, I chilled with a couple members within the Divison to get a different view on how the atmosphere was, and when I met DC , his personality brightened up the room , and that was one reason that made me come to SL. DC love for the members with in the Divison and his dedication in multiple departments can explain how much he gives and cares about the communitiy. He is a great vocalist and a great person to be around if u need someone to talk to about just life in general. I can go on and on, but me writing this , I feel DC definitely deserves this award

Cody The Man I been overseeing Codyo since I came to SL. Cody has always been one of my favorite upcoming leaders, he is not afraid to speak his mind. Cody is so passionate for SL and the KSI community. Is always wanting to help anybody he can to help build the education within the next generation of leader in SL.He does not shy away from the hard conversations and will call out anything he feels is unjust or unproductive. The members and what is best for them is his main focus.Cody definitely deserves this award, and the future is bright for him

Kakashii recently been put in charge of the great challenge in his career. He been put up to the challenge to rebuild a squad that lost over 45 members to a SR community, but that didn’t stop him from stepping up to rebuild . He definitely is a straight Die Hard and definitely deserves this award

Skarz goes above and beyond to open and better future leaders minds to better themselves for their careers in KSI. He recently got awarded Director OTY, and also recently got promoted to Head Information Officers. If this don’t explain the hard work he’s put into the community. He is respected all cross the community and he always going to make sure that you are at your true potential to get you to the goals that you set for yourself. And he is not afraid to admit any issues that needs to be worked on . That’s is why he is respected from all cross the community, that’s why he deserves this award.

Division Leader - KSI Grifful 7 @KSI Grifful 7 Grifful has been busting his tail try to push SL to the next level, since I got to SL, Guy constantly strives to make SL a great division and works hard for his members. He is always there to make the tough calls and leads by example. Co-Founder - KSI Rogue 7 @KSI Rogue 7 Bonafide leader by example. Has helped guide 2 squads in the right direction after they both lost their generals. Under him they have thrived and are now operating in good shape with one of them now having a general whom i feel very confident in because how much time rogue spent training him. He has been a great role model for the squads that he is over and has the potential to go all the way, the sky is the limit for roguey and he definitely deserves OTM of January General - KSI Nikkixdoll @KSI NiKKixDoLL One of SL newer generals but you couldnt tell. This girl is a powerhouse who puts her members 1st. Prestige was a bit of a mess before she climb the ranks and now its becoming arguably one of SL's powerhouse squads. Great mentor, great leader to her squad i expect great things in the future LT - KSI Lollipop @KSI Lollipop Since coming back thru the ranks she has been a blessing for Imperial SL squad. Recruiting, member promotions , getting with members, you name it she is doing it in spades. Very active on discord and xbox and makes a strong case to be the next great leader from Imperial SL.
