    Sketch is a great person ...whenever I need his assistance he was there ...when I needed him to help get recruits orientated he was there ....he deserves this awards because not only he assist the members in KSI but he also assured them by help them put a smile on their face

    There is a thing bout Bear that I love and that's being a great mentor....he always find a way to help his division grow not only just as a divison but also as a family ...I knew bear since he was a LT and since I met him he grew as a leader in FI... When he became GEN over Shift his leadership had exploded from him ...he built shift from sitting at 50 to getting shift there first squad split ....and also mentoring his officer at that time in shift to help him out.... I'm proud to say that I'm happy that he is my Co FO and I will always have your back and I will be therefor u bro ....

    General : KSI ItS SmOoTh (Velocity) http://www.ksiforums.org/user/15541-ksi-its-smooth/.... Reason for nominating him is because first off he is a great mentor .He taught me so much in being a great officer, a great teacher and a great friend. When joining KSI I was the newbie that didn't know anybody like that but KSI ItS SmOoTh made me feel welcome to the KSI family. He takes charge of his squad keeping everything organize and everything fun. When issues comes along he keeps everything in a professional manner. He treats everybody in his squad equally. He taught me that if u want the job done u got to go out and do it . Thanks Smooth for everything
