He constantly helps with issues and remains as active as he can with all the member on his friends list. He is enjoyable to be around and also a very good mentor. I have had some issues of late and he has definitely been there to help me get through all of this. I am very excited to see where Cheddars future will lead. However just a few months after he took over the squad, they have grown and are close to splitting. He is an awesome guy who is always willing to help whener there is an issue. He also works hard not only for his squad, but also for our division. Steelers is a great general and a great person to work with. I am truly excited to see where he will go in KSI. While I have been having issues getting on as much as I used to, she has stepped up and taken care of things which come up when I can not be on. She is always in constant communication with me about everything and she is truly a great asset to my squad. She has become a true friend to me on and off xbox and she is an amazing young lady.

He has been an awesome DIR and whenever you need his assistance he is always there. Also, he is very active with members of all his divisions and plays with as many people as possible. He keeps up with all the GENs for the squads he is over and if anything comes up, he is quick to give you advice on how to handle the situation. As a new GEN having Vali as a Co-Fo has helped me make the transition to GEN so much easier. Him and I work well together and usually have the same thought process. She is truly the reason I have not gone totally insane. She has done absolutely everything possible to do what she could as a SSGT and now a LT. Whenever I need assistance with anything, she is real quick to offer to take on any other tasks so I can focus on the bigger tasks. She will be your best friend, but can be strict when the situation requires. Due to moving, she has had to step up and take on a lot more responsiblity and has done so amazingly. I am truly lucky to have Ms G1GGLY as a friend and officer in my squad.

The time and effort he puts in to help all his squads succeed is admirable. He has a great personality so it makes it that much easier to work with him during situations or just with everyday questions. He has been a huge help in rebuilding my squad, REAPERS DL. I truly feel without him helping us out that our squad may not exist today. I am truly excited to see what he has in store for DL to make a brighter future for this division. His hard work and dedication has helped turn the squad around. He is an awesome leader and easy to work with. IT makes being a 1st CPT much easier when your GEN is easy to work with. Luckily we agree on a lot. Which makes decision easy to come across. I am truly lucky to have an awesome GEN like Ellis. I have been lucky enough to join in some of these games. You can join a game and instantly have a bunch of members of her squad join in. She interacts with everyone in her squad and makes them feel truly apart of their squad and KSI. She is an amazing asset to her squad and will one day make an amazing GEN.

He is one of the very first people I met when I was recruited into NECRO. It has been a great pleasure working closely with Ellis. I have learned a great deal from him and feel because of him I am much better a person and officer in REAPERS. I know one day soon, it will be my time to become a GEN and because of all the training and teaching Ellis has given me, I know I am ready to be a GEN. He truly cares about our squad and takes time to meet and play with every new member who comes in. He is well due for his upcoming GEN position and does a lot of work. He is very good at handling problems and getting to know his members. Even though I am in a different squad, we work together very closely on stuff and both being in a similar situation learning to be GENs, it has been a great pleasure getting to know him and work with him.

Even if he has meetings, he tries to take some time out and play with different members of each division. He is awesome to talk to, always willing to help, and overall a great personality to be able communicate with. After a month and a half as GEN he has completely cleaned house of our officers who were inactive and helped get more people trained for officers. We are sitting at 50 members as of today. He has fought through great adversity, and some doubt and proven a successful GEN. I truly enjoy being a CPT under Ellis. Him and I have a great working relationship. We have become friends on and off xbox and it makes the problem solving techniques go much smoother between us because we are so in-sync on everything. He stays active within his squads, and keeps in contact with others in DL. The amount of time him and I spend in parties just comparing how we would handle situations or talk about something going on is unreal. It is great to have someone at the same rank as you in the same division to kind of bounce ideas and thought processes off of, while also growing as an officer. Soon enough his squad will split and he will get a GEN which he has truly earned. I have no doubt he will do great things as a GEN and be able to further his KSI career. LT Gamertag (Rank - Division/Squad) - KSI Airborn 7 (3LT REAPERS DL) Link to forums account - http://www.ksiforums.org/user/45-airborn7/ Reasoning why they deserve this - Airborn, as of late has shown great improvements and really became an asset to our squad. We had very few trained officers and needed a great deal of help for myself doing officer duties. When asked to stepped up to the plate Airborn has definitely made life easier for me giving me the chance to take some time to relax and also, being a former Director, he has helped me learn a lot that will help me further myself in KSI. We are in constant communication on either XBox or kik and don't do much in the form of training people or working on SGT who show true potential to further their KSI careers unless we talk about and agree. I have faith that with his help, we will have so many well trained SGTs that our squad will have great future KSI leaders.

Award-/-Achievement: (The award you are nominating this person for): Outstanding Service(lvl 1) Reason-/-Evidence: (Please give reasons to why this person is deserving of the award you are nominating them for): Ellis has done his time and worked hard to be where he is today. Even with knowledge he was taking over a squad on the verge of failing he came into GEN-ship with the desire to turn REAPERS around. Only a few weeks after he took over as GEN, things are looking so much better in REAPERS and our squad now has a very bright future. Award-/-Achievement: (The award you are nominating this person for): Bright Idea Reason-/-Evidence: (Please give reasons to why this person is deserving of the award you are nominating them for): A member of our squad went through an incident where his Girlfriend was injured on her way to work after being involved in a car accident with a drunk driver, and an event which I talked to Ellis about where a very good friend of mine was killed in an accident after being re-ended by a drunk driver, Ellis and I thought about trying to get KSI Against Drunk Driving started. Ellis took the idea to higher ups and we were given permission to put it in out bios if we chose. I have seen a lot more member with it in their motto and it is a great cause. Award-/-Achievement: (The award you are nominating this person for): Member Assistance Reason-/-Evidence: (Please give reasons to why this person is deserving of the award you are nominating them for): There is pretty much no questions or issues Ellis cannot help out with. He is a very knowledgeable General. Award-/-Achievement: (The award you are nominating this person for): Mad Max Reason-/-Evidence: (Please give reasons to why this person is deserving of the award you are nominating them for): Ellis defines insane and I think a lot of it has to do with having to deal with me on a daily basis, but that has not been proven yet.

Batman & Robin Award: Awarded to 2 officers in the same division who are always on the same page and work well together during tough decision or with important decision. Pretty much taking care of the squad business like the dynamic duo fights crime.

Through it all every situation that was presented to him he handled and got what needed to be done, done. Ellis was acting GEN as 1st CAPT until he got promoted to GEN. He did an amazing job helped keep the moral and confidence in the squad up. We are definitely looking up and Ellis only looks out for the betterment of our squad.

Tommie definitely deserves these awards. He is dedicated to his work in KSI and he puts forth a ton of effort into what he does as a COFO.

I witness this for KSI KOUNTRY, I have seen his eagerness to help people with issues first hand.

I can witness to KSIxTommieLee 7 being a completely nuts dealing with some of the stuff he has had to deal with, but I am sure he would do it all over again for his love of KSI.

I would most definitely say Salient Rob deserves member assistance. If you have a question and ask him he usually has an answer to help with a situation or suggestion. For the questions he may not be able to aid in finding an answer, he can easily point you in the right direction to get an answer quickly and reliably.

Experience in KSI: Recruited into NECRO DL 8/20/13, Apart of squad split to REAPERS DL as a SSGT 10/10/13. Why you feel you should be picked to join the AAP (Please provide details): I can dedicate the time to assisting in as many aspects of the AAP that is needed. I have done many things involving voting procedures with organizations I have been apart of. I am very organized and tech savy when it comes to finding the easiest way to keep accurate and up-to-date records. Plus, I am looking to be more involved in KSI on the forums and on XBox.

I agree Siany is Drama Queen, Tommie is Mad Max, and I can see Rob as a Mad Max candidate too.

If I was to honestly type out every Dive-ish act that EllisD has done just in my time in KSI..... it would take weeks to type it all up. He truly deserves this award.
