It took her a bit of time to find her comfort zone, but this past month she has definitely found it and showed her true potential. Whether it has been just stepping up to assist her new GEN or being a friend for members in her squad. She is very laid back and soft spoken, so she can handle situations differently than some other officers in her squad can. She has stepped up in every department that she has been asked to and goes above and beyond her call of duty. 7 Gamertag (Rank - Division/Squad) - KSI DJ K1LLA 7 ES Co-Division Leader Link to forums account or @ mention - @Tylor Nechvolodoff Reasoning why they deserve this - DJ is probably the most unsung hero in ES' success. While being the most laid back and quietest 7 in ES, he puts forth tremendous effort and work ethic into everything he handles. He does an amazing job looking over the recruit club and making sure all recruits are getting added as quickly as possible. He is a person who is not afraid to "get dirty" with the members of the division, shown by his recent brand new recruit into one of our squads. He is always on top of the join/rejoin section and making sure people are taken care of in a timely manner. When it comes to handling situations, DJ is one of the best and a great asset to take into a situation. You can handle a lot of situations in a good cop/bad cop style because of how laid back and easy going DJ is. DJ remains very active with as many people in the division as he can and he loves to socialize within each squad. DJ went through a few rough patches this month, but remained focused and determined to keep growing and moving forward with ES and KSI.

Senior Leader (SENIOR DIRECTOR through CEO) Gamertag (Rank - Division/Squad) - KSI ImPyyy 7 Link to forums account - @impyyy Reasoning why they deserve this - ImPyyy is a man of many hats. Not only is he all over the forums doing stuff, but he is all over discord doing stuff too. I have had the pleasure of testing out and playing with different bots with him, and it has been quite interesting. He is very interactive in the department chats and as well as some of the divisional discord chats as well. I find that highly commendable because is shows people that even upper leadership cares about all the little people in this world. Director Gamertag (Rank - Division/Squad) - KSI TexAngel 7 Link to forums account - @KSI TexAngel 7 Reasoning why they deserve this - Tex has done an amazing job since being promoted to Director. While having to deal with all of ES' shenanigans still, as well as having to get familiarized with a new division. I know one of the hardest things when being promoted is passing the reigns, but Tex has done amazing letting Got Em take over the reigns of ES. From everything I have seen, Tex is doing an amazing as a Director and I suspect that she will continue doing amazing things. Considering all of the personal things he has been going through and the fact that he maintains such a positive attitude. He has done an amazing job taking over the reigns of ES when Tex got promoted. Got Em is a positive influence for every member of this division and he has been an amazing mentor as well. He takes time to hang out with any member who wants to hang out with him. Even though he likes to take lunch money from everyone on poker, he is a great person to hang out with. General Gamertag (Rank - Division/Squad) - KSI reapers2010 Link to forums account - @KSI reapers2010 Reasoning why the deserve this - Reapers took over GRIFFIN, a squad that had low morale and was looking like it was on the decline and turned it around. This squad pulled in almost 20 members in his first week as GEN. He has revitalized the morale in the squad and has got people to more active and interested in moving up. Ever since he took over the squad we have seen a drastic improvement in the squad. He has done amazing things and has been a stand out GEN in ES. I am extremely excited to see where he will go in KSI. Captain Gamertag (Rank - Division/Squad) - KSI DARK J3ST3R Link to forums account - @KSI DARK J3ST3R Reasoning why they deserve this - Jester has stepped up in a big way in BANSHEE and has shown tremendous improvement as an officer. Jester was always one of those officers you could rely on when you needed him, but sometimes needed a little kick in the butt. Over the past month he has taken the initiative on so many things in his squad to assist his GEN. Whether it be getting home after working all night and instantly training as many people as he could. He also assists his fellow officers however he can, including mentoring many new officers and sharing the wealth of knowledge he can. The improvements and strides he has taken to be the best officer he can has been amazing to witness. LT Gamertag (Rank - Division/Squad) - KSI KuroRipa Link to forums account - @KSI KuroRipa Reasoning why they deserve this - I strongly believe behind every great GEN is amazing officers, Ripa is that for Reapers in GRIFFIN. Ripa is costantly jumping in parties to see what more he could do to help. Without even asking he will take any and all new SSGTs into trainings to make sure they learn how to do these things. Ripa has also been doing an amazing job of pulling in recruits as well. Ripa is one of only 2 officers left in the squad after a very rough stretch and his dedication is admirable. He is a very intelligent young man and has a very bright future in KSI.

I was fortunate enough to meet Tex was she was still a Co-Founder in ES. I was able to witness all the hard work and dedication Tex put into ES working her way up the ranks and recently being promoted to Director. Tex's intentions for us were known to everyone, she wanted the best, but she was not forceful in doing so. Being a member of this division, including a GEN and 7, has been some of the most fun I have had in KSI and that is because of Tex. She would find a way to make the crappiest of situations better or find a way to cheer you up during the darkest of times. She also made herself available to talk with about anything from KSI or real life. Her compassion for the members is second to none, if someone ever had an issue that may require them to step away for a bit, Tex was always willing to work with them on maintaining a rank or staying in KSI. She has been a tremendous mentor to myself and so many others as well. She was incredibly patient with people, like myself, who rejoined and were accustomed to how things were when we were around or in a different divisions. She never forced her ways onto anyone, she would sit down with you and let you explain why things were done the way they were and she will let you explain why you think your way is better way to go. Outside of KSI stuff, Tex is an amazing person to just hangout with and game with. Whether it is her random Tex-isms or just her words of advice she will give you, Tex always finds a way to make people laugh even in the tensest of moments. I am completely honored to have had the opportunity to gain more knowledge from Tex and have had the opportunity to call her a mentor and a friend.

Have there been any former leaders who have either retired, quit, or just disappeared that you wish would come back?

At this point, no the applicant has not been back in KSI for a year. The concurrent year was between 2013-2014. My apologies, nominating him for this award when he hit his year originally was not done.

Correct, his first time in KSI was in 2013. I personally recruited him in September of 2013. I can most definitely verify that he held a gold KSI Gamertag from a consecutive year before he left KSI. Like me, he has rejoined a few times. Thank You.

This individual spent time in REAPERS DL and ASYLUM DL spreading between September of 2013 through January of 2015, he changed his gamertag to reflect KSI in December of 2013. I was his GEN and CoFo during this time period.

He is a member you can always turn to when someone needs help or a little motivation. He has been GEN of his current squad for just over a week and the squad has already brought in 15 new members. He has also been able to reconnect with people who were being considered fluff and brought them back to be active members of this community. He has only been in this community for 4 months, but his drive to gain as much knowledge as he can has lead him to great things. Reapers is an amazing leader and mentor to his squad and has a ton of potential to do some amazing things in this community. 7 Gamertag (Rank - Division/Squad) - KSI TexAngel 7 DIR ES/WD Link to forums account or @ mention - @KSI TexAngel 7 Reasoning why they deserve this - Tex has been an amazing mentor and leader since I have joined ES. She has truly embraced her role in this community with her actions. She is an individual that you can talk to about anything and she will give you the best advice she can. At the same time, she also knows when it is necessary to be stern and serious. Tex's ability to handle situation with patience and a cool mind is very admirable. One of my favorite things about working with Tex is she is not the type of person to tell you to do something and say it's because that's how she wants it. She will sit down with you and discuss why things should be done one way and will listen to you explain why you don't agree with it. Having been a member previously and coming from a different division, some things were done a bit differently. Her and I had multiple conversations about the way things were done compared to now, which would help me understand the differences much easier. Tex was an amazing Div Leader for ES and I am very excited to see what she will do as a Director and moving forward in KSI.

He has a tremendous work ethic and always brings the best out of all of our officers and members. This man has been dealing with a tremendous amount of struggles in his real life. Yet, he always manages to get on Xbox and have a positive attitude and be a pleasure to be around. Got Em has quite the bit of experience within KSI from his times in HD and his time here in ES. It's quite a bit of fun to sit and talk to him about how things how changed and different methods of performing some duties. Got Em has stood out as one of the most outstanding 7s I have had the pleasure to work with during all my times in KSI.
