Though Global never met him half way he still offered the prizes to those that participated, seemingly money is no object, however it is and i think this is HUGE DEED to the community that shouldn't go unnoticed or unpunished. On top of all that the every day monotony and issues this guy runs into and keeping upbeat. Another great skill this officer demonstrates is COMMUNICATION, which is key any time and any where. Hucklberry knows and understands that and is constantly encouraging it as well. He commands respect from his subordinates along with the fun of the game. xKSIx CARNAGE is one to motivate his members and staff alike. He has successfully started up and maintained the head hunters team in his squad as he has passed the team and the torch on down the line for others to gain the experience of leadership. This member is responsible for establishing the hardcore head hunters portion for his squad. XJ has put in time for KSI that couldn't be possibly be measured or reimbursed in a monetary value, simply because the OT would be through the roof. XJ for the most part is self taught and carries his understanding through conversations with leadership and shares that knowledge with those beneath him in rank. XJ is also one to play with anyone and everyone which makes him an exceptional member especially when it comes to recruiting and retaining new members. Without members like him, KSI is nothing. When you don't have members full of knowledge willing to communicate that knowledge and experience things get stale and this is where he earns his keep on the daily. MANBEAST is still learning the ways of a KSI jedi but has shown vast improvement out of all the officers in his squad. I'll be honest with you the forums seems to be an intimidation factor for everybody, especially when this is a persons first experience. MANBEAST has broken that fear which was one thing holding this guy back from his full potential. That and he is a family man and is constantly working overtime. In this last month he has gained full trust from his squad and leaders to conduct training on all levels at his mark and below. That being said he looks onward to make things happen for his squad as it grows and moves forward. So here's to one man who can literally pretty much DO IT ALL!
