As a officer from another division I've witnessed KSI SweetTea's outstanding service a dedication multiple times. She inspires other officers like me to get on her level. From forums to XBOX Live. She was one of three individuals who convinced me to join. Since then she has made herself readily available through out the day through multiple channels of communications including Facebook, forums, Xbox live and mobile chats that are common among the officers and other members of KSI. Furthermore, her influence goes beyond Immortal Outlaws and extends over divisional lines, such as Harmonic Destruction. I've witnessed this through lobby and game chats. KSI SweetTea is my primary contact for IO for events like my weekly Multi-Divisional Sunday Funday Game Night. KSI SweetTea is an outstanding officer on many levels and deserves this award for maintaining her squad, inspiring others, and making things like game nights and training events happen. This award deserves her.

KSI Taywick 77 aka TAY THE GREAT is a 7 for a reason, an outstanding officer and mentor, I attest to this personally as a witness on both XBL and the forums from general to specific information, Taywick is an invaluable resource even for me as a lieutenant.

He shows dedication and initiative to KSI and his rank, and in my opinion has set the bar at a level only matched by few others with enthusiasm and pride. At only 16 years of age this officer and gentleman is just that, and a darn good one. Where ever life might take this kid, whether or not KSI had a part in his being an outstanding leader; I have no doubt, KSI or not, that this young man has bright future for himself and will do well no matter where he may go or what he may do. Though not my General or even in my first line leadership or Chain of Command for that matter, this officer has set to make a difference in KSI and that's just what he and his squad has set out to do. In doing so, KSI xSMANx has reached his role as a recruiter, trainer, and mentor to not only his officer's and squad and not only on XBL; but included all of his division. Whats more is he didn't stop his inspirations there, no he continued to guide and mentor to those who want to know more about being a better individuals in KSI as well as officer by introducing them, like me, to the forums. However, he has also made a point to be active on the forums as well and is always excited to see interaction and make conversation in his division and also mentor people on and about the forums. I believe whats sets this outstanding most deserving individual from your normal every other day officer is his willingness to be readily available almost instantly 24/7 through various means of communications, not only that he has answers. There is very few people who put in this kind of time and energy into a game and community. This is the least, at this point, we can do for this young man by showing our appreciation for his outstanding service and unwaivering commitment to KSI KSI VENEANCE6 (1CPT - Harmonic Destruction/Havoc) - http://www.ksiforums.org/user/16118-vengeance/ Reasoning why they deserve this - Captain KSI Vengeance6 is an upcoming all star and I believe there is no better way by showing this officer that his hard work is seen even though its mostly wood work in the grain. If there weren't foot soldiers to the hard dirty work we would still be fight world war one. With that said this foot soldier has big expectations and eagerly meets them with his head held high. Business is business but in this industry you need time to have fun and what better way to do that then have a game night every day of the week. This guy has got his priorities straight to keep a squad going in the right direction and has what it takes to make a squad happen. KSI Nismo (2LT - Harmonic Destruction/Down Pour ) - http://www.ksiforums.org/user/14331-ksi-nismo/ Reasoning why they deserve this - This particular officer was recently dealt a nasty hand and now as a 2lt has a Co-Founder and then a squad to answer too. As almost the highest ranking member in his squad at this point, this guy knows he has a lot of work to do and has no problem with it. As a lieutenant now in a small sense having to be a general without the G14 and squad tag is working on bringing whats left of a defeated squad back to the reigns of victory. This gentleman should be widely recognized and encouraged to keep up the good work and get it done.

Let's be honest here, I play video games and I'm fat, when i walk up to amusement rides, i get counted as two people so my witness as a mentor counts the same right??? No but seriously, here on the forums and on XBL KSI xSMANx helps me get it figured out as a mentor with the rest of WRECKAGE and HAVOC HD.
