As much time as he puts into helping people I'm amazed that he doesn't already have it. I've heard him re-train people who weren't trained properly, help getting access to the bios, help fixing mottos, bios & settings and so many other issues.

He is so cool & calm. He is always busy handling all of the different divisions & situations he has to dedicate time to, yet he still makes time to mentor myself & others. If you have a situation come up, you know he will be there. We had a situation come up & he got back on Xbox & camped out in a party with me till 4am making sure the affected 2 squads were safe & we had a plan in place. He makes sure any issues are handled promptly & completely. He is always willing & ready anytime I've asked him for anything at all. He puts all he has into his KSI career & it shows through his squad and how they act. He got together with all of the remaining officers and calmed them down all on his own with no guidance. I am his acting Gen & he continues to impress me daily with how in control he is over his squad. He organizes games nights every single night & makes sure someone is hosting. He's out there with his officers trying to recruit all the time. He & I discuss promotions & his suggestions are exactly what I've been planning to do anyway. He shows no favor to anyone, but handles things like a pro. He is on top of everything, always. Anytime I ask him to do something, I know it will get done immediately. This guy is absolutely ROCKIN' his squad & I am so very proud! She works so well with everyone, she's always respectful to all around her & she's always trying to think up new ideas to help out her squad. She is constantly hosting game nights with 2 each week & even volunteers to cover for others when they have something come up. She's always looking for recruits as well to rebuild her squad & always looking for ways to improve activity. This girl is going to be an even better leader than she already is as she grows. I'm so excited to be around to watch. He is always extremely quick to respond to situations & this guy is ALL OVER the forums. With all the time he puts into this website, I doubt if he ever gets off his computer. He handles everything professionally & immediately, but at the same time he makes it all fun. I know that if anything comes up I can trust Doc to help me out. The work is does is just outstanding & he sets an amazing example for everyone who wants to do more on the forums, like myself. He has done an amazing job working overtime hosting game nights & looking for those recruits. He is a great leader in the making & I'm so excited to watch how far he goes.
