Committed: This member has been in KSI since June 2012. Member Assistance: I have personally witnessed this member help many people out with in his squad as I am his acting general, acting CoFo and Founder. Mentor: This member has and is currently mentoring more than 5 members. OS lvl 1: Where do I start with this guy? I first have to say it greatly saddens me that this member has been allowed to put in as much work as he has for our beautiful family here without having someone nominate him for these already. With that being said, this guy has been an amazing asset to this community. He's been Gen multiple times, recruited well over the 120 recruits & earned a master recruiter award, is constantly giving his squad speeches to help keep them motivated & recruiting & growing. He sat at 4LT & told me he didn't deserve a promotion that week & to promote 3 fellow officers over him because they deserved it more than he did. He wants to reach Gen again, but he's made it perfectly clear that he's happy if he doesn't get it as long as his squad does well. He means it too. His history here in KSI has made him into a great leader. Even members who outrank him within his squad still look to him for help & advice. His first thought is always his squad & never himself. That is a truly rare quality among the ranks these days. He does game nights on Ghosts, but also hosts on other game types so things don't get boring. He shows up to my division wide game nights. He keeps a CLOSE eye on his squad like a mama which has lead me to nickname him MamaProPro lol. He knows exactly who is active & who is fluff (just went over it last night). He and a couple other officers have worked together as a team & completely turned this squad around from failing to active and growing & currently the best squad in TW. Even when Impulse's Gen was demoted & people were trying to poach, he never stopped & his positive attitude never changed; he stayed strong & so did his squad. He's gone above and beyond on multiple occasions throughout the last 2 years and really this should be an OS lvl2 award with all he's done, but we'll start here.
