I witnessed him help a member from another squad in our division just a couple nights ago even. He is one of the most helpful & caring people I know and he is very deserving of this award. OS lvl 1: I have known my BaileyBear since before I was recruited into KSI and he had left KSI at the time so it's been over a year. He's one of my oldest Xbox friends. He came back into KSI into Nemesis when I was an officer there and I was so excited to have him in my squad because I know what an outstanding guy he is. He worked his butt off for Nemesis. While I was his Gen I remember telling him several times, "Bailey we need 2 more recruits to make our goal, let's get it done!" and before I knew it he'd come back with 3 or 4 and get them all on his own. He trained our RCT's like crazy as well. He goes above and beyond to help members feel welcomed. He is constantly going to game nights. He has been 1CP for months now and has been happy to be there. He's not rank hungry at all, instead he cares about what is best for Nemesis. Nemesis has gone through an officer staff who wasn't doing work at all for a few weeks and BaileyBear kept on recruiting & even offered his recruits to his fellow officers to help keep them out of trouble & motivate them to start working again. He's gone through some difficult situations there as well where a lot of people would have quit, but he sticks it out for the better of the squad. It amazes me how much work and dedication he has at his young age. I see a really great future for him here in KSI and in life in general.

I'm going to waive my right to vote on this to witness for Joshy on his awards. Member Assistance: I have witnessed Joshy help out not only his members, but the members of other squads as well. He is always looking to help people out & he's personally helped me with a few situations as well. OS lvl 1: Joshy.....wow. I've known Josh since he was in the LT rank as well. I immediately picked up on the hard work and all the amazing potential he showed and knew without a doubt he would be the choice for Gen to replace our newest 7, Madball. I even came up with his slogan. lol Vote Flaw 2014! His attitude is AMAZING! His personality is outstanding. The amount of time he puts into everything he does is just awesome. He used to cover for his Gen at our Gens meetings because Madball had to work occasionally and no one else could be there. He was always on time and he has always spoken like a Gen in my opinion. I gave Flaw his Gens training and he took notes and had questions and was so interested in what I was going over because he wants to be well prepared to handle anything he needs to. Along the way I have worked with him many, many times and pointed out things, helped him on some forums stuff, given tips & advice and he is always so eager and just soaks it all up. He goes above & beyond with squad tag messages, G14, game nights, meetings and everything else he's responsible for. I can definitely say I see a 7 in his future because of how dedicated he is and how strongly he loves our KSI family. He is never discouraged, never negative and always trying to help motivate & inspire other members, even myself. lol He is an amazing & very bright example of exactly what KSI stands for and I am so, so proud to have him in TW as one of my awesome Gens and my friend.

Member Assistance: I am waiving my vote to witness for MA. I'm in charge of TW's Training Committee and MA is the chosen member for Trocity, TW. I have seen her countless times helping other squads out by training their RCT's for them because they're unable to get on for some reason. I've also witnessed her take over game nights for fellow officers who have had to council. She has come to me with questions that another member has & she didn't have the answer so she's helped them figure out the answer. She most definitely has earned this award.
