I know if I need help, he will handle it. If I have questions, he will answer them. He is my mentor as well. He is single handedly training me to fill the div leader role I am in. He is working for KSI day and night. Every time I talk to him he's dealing with issues, helping someone out, training someone, working on the forums, in a meeting, or something KSI related. I've been in party after party with him where someone has come in needing help with something and every single time he stops whatever he's doing to help solve their issues. He treats everyone with the upmost respect. He makes everyone around him feel loved and appreciated. He solves any situation with a fair and level head, always keeping his cool and always putting the better of KSI as his top priority. He not only helps out any member needing him in his squads, but he helps anyone in all of TW. He helps me out with absolutely anything I ask him to do. He took on another squad without hesitation because I asked him to. He hosts TW game nights rotating with me, he hosts our gens/7's hang out game nights rotating with me, he shows up to game nights throughout all squads, not just his own including Ghosts which he can't stand. lol He posts on the forums all the time, he constantly mentors members throughout all squads. I don't even think he plays anything just for himself anymore. He hosts our Gens meetings when he's not working. He hops online anytime I need him for an issue. He is always trying to think of new ways to help better our div. He is an amazing asset to TW and he helped me run things like a pro when we were the only 2 7's. He does not quit and never gives up. If I invite him to a party, he joins, even if its 2 am and he's on Netflix about to pass out. He always has a positive attitude around his members, if he's struggling he stays professional and comes to me to talk things through. He takes the time to train all his officers, but he is also training several officers from other squads in TW. He is willing to pour his time into anyone who needs it and asks him for help. I am waiving my right to vote to witness for Madball. Madball goes above and beyond the call when he's handling business. He puts in all of his Xbox time helping members, listening to them, gaming with them and helping them. He is extremely giving of his time. He goes beyond expectations by making sure he is available to help ALL squads, not just his own. When it was only he and I left as upper leadership, he stuck it out with me and didn't quit. He helped me handle what he could and did far more than he was required to do. He's over our Halo squads, but all of our CoD squads have people who he has trained, worked with and mentored. He is goes out in recruiting parties with members as well. He works very hard trying to help revive and repair our 2 Halo squads, one of which he is acting Gen over.He makes sure all the members feel at home and comfortable and welcome. He's an extremely level headed person and very tough when he needs to be, but he is always respectful of everyone. Madball is an amazing asset to TW and definitely deserves this award.

While I feel this is a really great topic, it is a no from me. I agree with Doc on this one. I feel like this topic is great, but it's purpose has already been served. I don't see it continuing on and on to help improve the community. Great job though!
