I give up my vote to witness for Lux. I have watched this guy grow since I was a Gen for Nemesis months ago. He has done nothing, but work. I've never seen him in trouble or cause drama. He's done nothing, but good for TW & KSI. He is a perfect example of an outstanding member. As TW CoFo he has come to me with different situations when his CoFo has been unavailable & he always seeks advice before handling anything to ensure he does what's right for everyone involved. He has put in countless hours of work. His squad was at 77 yesterday with zero fluff members. He has led a struggling Recoil to a strong & active squad. We are anticipating it's split very soon because of what an amazing leader Lux has proven to be. He's always hanging out with his members, always at game nights, even attends other squad game nights. He is constantly training his officers in preparation for their next spot. He has faced squad struggles & come through them without wanting to give up. Lux is an amazing General, amazing member & will make an outstanding 7 when his time comes.

He always ensures that his game nights are full of fun. He never allows people to get out of control. He goes above and beyond his duties. He has turned an inactive squad into an active one in a very short amount of time. He also shows up to other squad game nights weekly & even runs game nights & shows up to others when he's sick & doesn't complain. He puts so much of himself into absolutely everything he does, he always looks to improve himself & his knowledge, he comes to me with questions on different situations all the time for learning more or just to make sure he's handling things properly. I am excited to see how far this guy will go & I know he is a tremendous asset to KSI. I have watched as he has handled problems and helped people and he always does a wonderful job. He is always careful to follow chain of command and the rules. It is very obvious to everyone that she loves her squad & every member she comes in contact with. She always takes time out of her day to help others with issues, even people from other divisions. She is going to be such an amazing general when she's able to put the time into it & I am so excited to see how far she goes.

I'd like to witness as well for both awards. I came to ImPyyy with a serious issue a while ago and he did everything in his power to get the issue completely handled and resolved when everyone else had done nothing. It took a little time, but he stuck it out and made sure things were made right. I know without a doubt I can go to him with anything great or small and he will help me. I have dealt with him a few times now & he is always easy to talk to, quick to respond & always completely handles the situation at hand. If I ever need to go to a senior director again, it will always be ImPyyy because he has earned my trust. His reputation is amazing. His motivation is above and beyond. He is a wonderful leader & someone I definitely look up to.

He is always helping absolutely anyone who goes to him. If he is unable to answer questions or handle it himself, he finds someone who can help. I have been in many parties where I have witnessed him helping different members with various situations. Outstanding Service: I am nominating him for this award because this member is so giving of himself and his time its ridiculous. lol I have watched him travel up the ranks in Recoil always putting in work for the good of the squad & not himself and then he transferred to a struggling Impulse and took a 2 rank demotion because he didn't want to see the squad fail. I've seen him go through negativity & different uncomfortable situations while there, but he continues on faithfully dealing with everything that comes at him with grace. He stays up all hours of the night to make sure he meets recruiting goals that he sets for himself, where most others would give up for the day. He dedicates himself to getting to know members & getting them active. He is constantly & consistently hosting game nights. He is always getting other squads to host joint game nights. He is all over forums posting not only in his own squad & div chats, but posts regularly in the shout box and in all other squad chats. He is a bright and shining example of what KSI is all about. If anyone deserves these 2 awards, it is Nighthawk.
