I can witness this, i was DR div leader when my good friend here filled out his rejoin app & we got him recruited back into Paragon DR . He has held his KSI tag for a year & he deserves this award !

When i was his Gen & even now i see him answer all kinds of questions the members of DW ask. He's takin pretty much any current officer & all potential officers under his wing. That's why he deseves this award.

I can witness this as I was around when Hysteria bought the WWII DLC's for His cpt(Kamikaze) so that he could interact with more members.

I'll be the first to witness this ;). When i first came to LW Gary was the only 7 over here & he wasn't even around because he was moving & had no internet, that didn't stop good old gary from messaging people over kik & checking up on his divison to see how everything was going & trying his best to stay active & in the loop. Gary then had finally returned & he was running a divison by himself with only 2 squads that were both under 30, but gary never gave up! Since the merge he has been pushing his members to do greatness & he has been learning tons of new things along the way. Even tho gary is head of productions he doesn't let that affect his activity within DW. Gary deserved this award the day he took on the challenge to revamp what some would call a "Dead Div" all by himself. Keep up the great work gary!

Ronin & myself became fairly close when he became the director over DW, sitting in parties reminiscing about the good old days, But that turned into more. Even tho me & Ronin came up the ranks in different divisons & we were div leaders at literally the same time, ronin took me under his wing to make me a better leader within the community. When DW was first created ronin was constantly in parties with members of all ranks discussing what they could do to benefit themselves & benefit the divison as a whole. Still to this day i get random party invites from ronin & when i join i just get a 2 hour rant on things i could be doing to improve myself and i made sure to soak it all in & use it in my squad Samurai, with all the help ronin has provided to me not only has my squad rose from 20 members to 56, but as of yesterday i was promoted to cofo & i thank ronin for all the advice & motivation he provided to me & all my fellow members in DW! Ronin more then deserves this award!

For starters when everyone was counting him out Ronin took a not so stable divison in EO & he revamped it into something different, even tho many people didn't believe in him he kept a positive never give up attitude. Fast forward a few months & Ronin gets promoted to Director & is over a not so stable DR with his quick thinking & his excellent managing Ronin came up with the idea to merge DR & LW to keep the smaller divisons together instead of merging them into larger divisons where they coulda been swallowed up by the divison they merged into & possibly overwhelmed by it. Since the merge DW has grown to currently 161 members with ronins help. Ronin is very hands on & has helped Gary better himself as a leader. I can honestly say I've never met someone that i can just sit in a party & play games with that even while were having a good time on castle crashers(best game ever) he sits & talks with me on what more i can do for my squad & for this divison. He doesn't care about the points or splitting squads or divisons, Kams focus is the members & making sure they have an amazing KSI experience. He is one of the best officers I've ever came across in KSI & there's no doubt in my mind that he will be running his own divison some day.
