I think you might have bad link Mufasa. I went to check it out and it returned an HTTP 500 error. It might just be my work server's security settings, but you may want to check, just in case

I like the thought behind this. It is morally sound, promotes positive reinforcement, and has good foundations. It has my vote, yes. Your nominations will need to be made in the proper AAP section, which of course is contingent upon the decision whether or not to create the award. Thank you for your idea.
