Every award has a description and it is also is in the discretion of the AAP Staff I am putting my stance in the fact this doesn't count but for merely spam purposes. Also you are not the main source of this kind of topic first one I saw was by KSI Arc 7 in the Divine Reign section on the forums but it could go back further but it is just for fun but the point of the forums is to help people find information or one of the points everything is here on this website if you look at who has gotten the hot topic award here is one link I found... http://www.ksiforums.org/topic/4969-how-to-recruiting-101/ Now, the awards discription says this...
