I will witness for Prospin's OS Lvl 1 Prospin, even as much as he can be a very different kind of member, has always made it his duty to help any and all members who have come his way, regardless of a higher or lower rank. Prospin always tries his absolute best to make his division and KSI as a whole a much better place to be. He's always going above and beyond his requirements to make sure that people feel at home, and people are happy and having fun. He and I haven't really communicated too much, but I do know that I have heard from a variety of members who have said that he's always helpful, he's always having fun and helping others have fun in game nights, and he's always offering his assistance in any way he can to his members, regardless of what is needed by the member.

Wether or not it's with the forums, or with chain of comand, or even things as basic as what to do in certain situations, Flaw has always been one who his members feel that they can go to with any question regarding anything KSI. Outstanding Service Lvl 1: Where to begin with this one. I have been around Flaw since he was ranked in the LT set, and even at that point, he was very hungry mentally, always wanting to know more. More about his rank, more about what it takes to get to the next rank, and more about what it takes to be a productive member of KSI. Given that at his current rank of general, he hasn't had to face a lot of adversity, but from what I have seen and what I know of Flaw, he hasn't had to do that because he works proactivly to attempt to squash anything that could potentially damage his squad or it's members before it gets to the point of hurting anyone. Flaw's members know that no matter what the circumstance, he will have their back, and will do anything and everything in his power in order to make sure that things are handled appropriately, and in a very timely manor. His determination is rivaled by none, and he has shown that time and again, even from his time as an early officer. He doesn't let anything get him down, and he does everything in his power to make sure that nothing happens to get his squad down. He's an amazing general, and an overally awesome person.

I know that what is really needed is a director or higher, but I would like to throw in my two cents here too. I would like to witness for Pink also. I have never in my KSI career (given, that's not a very long one, but still) have I seen someone with such drive and dedication to the members of our community, as well as the community itself. She understands what it takes to assist the members with any and every aspect of the community, as well as being an ear to listen, and a shoulder to cry on if need be. Pink doesn't look at the members as members, but as family, and she treats everyone as such. She is one person that no matter in what division you go to, you will find people who know of her, and like her, and understand that she is truly and honestly a matriarch when it comes to KSI (no offense to any other ladies). Pink is my best friend here, and has helped me through so much revolving around KSI, including giving me the kick in the rear it took for me to do what needed to be done a few times.

Die hard: Sworn has been through more drama and minuscule crap in my time as an officer/cofo than I care to elaborate on. And for some reason, he sticks through it all. Sworn is more of "A Good Day to Die Hard", but that's jus my opinion lol. OS Lvl 2: Sworn's level of service is bar none the highest I have seen in my time in KSI. He dedicates time and energy beyond my own comprehension to try his best to make sure that TW runs smoothly. His dedication runs even in to the various staffs he is a part of on the forums. He essentially has donated his time and energy to make sure that KSI is a fantastic place to be!

I will witness as well. Anarchy is always the first to help anyone and everyone he can at any time, for any reason. He is never shy about teaching people anything he knows, and if a member asks him a question to which he doesn't know the answer, he always makes sure he finds someone who can give answers.

I can witness for the fact of this member having 30 trains.

I can also witness for Ni9hthawk. He is an amazing person and is always willing to go above and beyond his duties in order to make sure that KSI is progressing in a positive manor. He is always one to go out and make absolutly sure that trains are getting done, etc, and always making sure that newer and lower ranking members are having a good experience in KSI. He is always upbeat, and he always takes it upon himself to make sure the squad is moving forward. He is always hosting game nights, playing with members, and being an overall fantastic member.

I can witness as well. Stinker is always willing to go above and beyond to assist not only those in his squad, but those in other squads as well. Also, any time an issue arises, Stinker is on point with handling it in a timely manor, no matter the issue or necessity of help.

I will witness for both awards. Legal has always been there to assist me with any issues I have ever had no matter the circumstance. He's always there to lend a helping hand to anyone in need. I also claim legal as my mentor. He has taught me much when it comes to being a general, and has also taught me what it takes to be a truly successful cofounder.

I'll witness for this. Iron has caused his fair share of drama, or ended up in the middle of it multiple times in recoil

Since I have been a member in TW, Greg has always been a helping hand to anyone who needed it. Once I got to the point of being a general, Greg has always had a positive outlook for me not only as a general, but as a member. He always gives credit where it's due, and never holds back if he believes that something needs to change. While doing Div leader duties as a Co-Div, he seemed to be a bit uneasy at first, but quickly figured it all out, and hasn't looked back since. He is always there to help with any issues, KSI or personal, and always ready to play and be an overall great member of TW. Heero is an asset for TW that could not be replaced. He's a hard worker, but even as hard as he works, he plays even harder. He's one person you can always go to and expect to get a laugh out of, but when it comes down to getting serious and being about business, he's just as hard working as anyone else I have met to date. Captain Gamertag (Rank - Division/Squad) - KSI Iron (4CP - Recoil TW) Link to forums account -http://www.ksiforums.org/user/18127-ksi-iron/ Reasoning why they deserve this - Well, Iron is the hardest working, albeit a little over zealous at times, individual I have met. He wants nothing more than for the squad to succeed, even if it takes him recruiting alone for days on end. He has recruited and trained more people than I care to remember, he's always prompt on holding his game nights, and he's just an overall enjoyable person to be around. I'm honored to call her a friend. She's always upbeat and honest, and always ready to play, even if it's not her native Halo 4. She's a phenomenal officer, and I'm sure has been an asset to Toxic Rain in keeping Killjoy running when others decided to jump ship. Probably one of, if not the most, fantastic people I have ever met. She's always full of love, laughter, and kind thoughts, but always ready to get down to business too. She has amazing character, strong willed, and a huge asset to KSI as a whole. I find her to be an amazing, wonderful person, and I can think of no one who deserves member of the year more.

I too can witness for all of these awards. Ever since I have been in KSI, Heero has always been one to help out any and all members that he has crossed paths with. If every there has been a question, Heero will always do his best to help any and everyone who has been in need of assistance. Heero is also, to me, more than a mentor. He is more of a really good friend. He is someone who at any point you can turn to for help with anything, KSI or otherwise. Heero doesn't treat anyone as a lesser, as "mentor" implies to me. Heero treats all of his members as friends, just with a varying level of knowledge. Heero always knows how to help the members, as well as help the squads. Heero is a leader with a quantity of ability and knowledge, that in my eyes, is rivaled by very few. He has guided TW to a larger member base, as well as to primarily healthy squads. He has helped me, in more ways that I can type, to turn Recoil around from a dying squad with fewer than 55 members, to a thriving squad with closer to 90. For that I take no credit. Not only have I had a great officer staff, but I also have awesome 7's, with Heero being at the forefront of that. I see no one who deserves these awards more than Heero.

I can witness as well. I'm with madball, I try to model myself, not only as a general, but as a member of KSI. Nico is always there when you need him, no matter the circumstance, to help with any issue or just as a friend to talk to. He is one of the nicest, most sincere, and most knowledgeable people I have met since being involved with KSI.

Carmenia is always one to be up beat and kind hearted no matter the situation. As long as I have known her, she's always one to go out of her way to make sure everyone is having a good time and she is always hard at work within killjoy.

I have also seen Toxic Rain's services to KSI. Since I have known her, she has always been one to go out of her way to make sure that not only the members of her squad, but the members of others, are comfortable and up to date in their membership with KSI. She has always been one to make sure everyone is having a good time and that all things are going well with each member that she comes in contact with. I personally have seen it since she always is that way with me, making sure things are going well and whatnot.
