This guy works harder then anyone else in HD. He recruits and trains more then most while running a squad with a less active general then most he has rises up to fourth captain slowly, but respectively earned it. He also runs his squads game nights almost all of them. He runs their meetings all the time as well. He is head of HD's welcoming committee. He runs at least 5 gamenights a week all by himself while attending and even every meeting and sometimes he even hosts them. He absolutely works hard. I would like to call on mystique for his help on getting these awards awarded to this person because you know best mystique and you know he deserves it. Anyways. This guy might be the best officer in KSI right now and no one gives him enough credit. Go get em Pantsir.

i claim him as my mentor, as i grew way back in HD as a leader, there were select few people who talked to me, grim was one of these people, this guy mentored me and gave me advice that id say is second to none. Faced with a decision in my squad, (me havin to kick someone out) i went to him for advice and he provided the right way of handling the situation. He definitely is a person who has shaped my career in KSI. At least the good side of it

Then while waiting to be put into another division I was posting on the forums and causing dram which eventually caused me to be banned from the HD section on the forums. The drama I caused at one point had my account banned, and banned from a couple squad chats in the IO section. All of these happened because of the drama I just kept starting over and over again even after being told not to. That is why I deserve this award because I couldnt shut my big mouth and kept starting drama that wasnt true at all.

Even though I'm not in his division anymore. But I knew him very well when I was there. He ALWAYS was there to help out Harmonic Destruction and ALWAYS has worked his ass off. His attitude and work ethic are second to none. He has gone WAYYYYYY beyond his call of duty.

Name/Gamertag: KSI xSMANx Rank: Free agent at the moment mainly extremely active on forums Time spent on forums daily: I spend sometimes 12 hours a day on the forums but normally 4 hours or so. Experience in KSI: I used to be apart of T&E Staff where I was a very active and efficient worker. I made it to general in clan ops before stepping down. Why you feel you should be picked to join the AAP: I am a extremely active on the forums every day. Throughtout the day I don't go an hour without getting on the forums. Except to sleep. I work as hard as I can at everything. I am a completely changed person. I have gone to hell and back in KSI and in the real world. I take constructive criticism and use it as motivation. Failure doesn't scare me cause I learn well. I feel I can help make this department even more efficient if that is possible because with the staff you have now it is very efficient. This department is questionably the best in KSI. I want to be given the shot at making it possibly even better. Thank you for reviewing my application and even giving me the chance to be apart of it. Hey clutch king. It is indeed. I am not apart of it but it is. There applications are not open right now and I don't think from what I can see. Though I may be wrong. Like I said I'm not in aap staff. I don't believe that they will be open for a while for there staff is quite the strong and experienced staff.

I can witness for OS 1 & OS 2 this guy is constantly playing with his members constantly showing his attributes as a leader. Now he has created his own division (ES) and will lead the to greatness this guy goes way beyond his call to duty.
