I witness for this award. When flow was in TW he had to deal with a lot of minor issues and major issues (one of them being me) He had to deal with all the stuff I would start (not on purpose) if it was ether someone saying a resist remark or someone being sexist flow would deal with it (trust me those things would go on every day) Flow would always deal with all my issues (I had a lot) every one would got to flow first with there issues that could have been fixed by an officer or there General. Flow totally deserves this award after dealing with all those peoples issues.

I can witness for this award. I met instakill way back in TW and he would always work his but off to make sure everyone was happy and knew what to do. He helped me out a lot when I was just a SGT. When eve I'll be in a party with him and a few of my members they will ask me a question he would answer it right away before I could think of it. He always helps out people when not needed and goes above and beyond.

I witness all 3 of these awards. Heero has done a great job running TW. Making sure everything goes well and making sure everyone here is happy. He would always make sure squads were doing there jobs. If someone had a issue heero would make sure it got solved. Wouldn't choose anyone to run TW but heero. Mentor- Heero is my mentor 100% I look up to him a lot and hope to be like him one day going up the ranks. He has helped become a better officer and a better person. Even tho I'm no longer in his div he said he will always be there to help me and he will forever be my mentor. Member assistance- Like before heero has helped me a lot by helping me become a better officer by answering all the questions I had. And as a Div leader I think he has helped plenty of more people.

I would love to witness this award. Ever since I met iron he has always worked hard getting recruits and trains even when they were not needed. He is defenatly working harder then anyone one else in the squad because they had to stop him from recruiting because he was recruiting to much. Almost everyday I would have a new member message from him. He is always willing to help me on questions I have to. He is defenatly dedicated to His officer position and deserves all of these awards.

I herby Witness for his Outstanding Survice award. Terrors has worked very hard to get to the Gen spot he is in. I was a Officer in his squad when he was goin up the ranks. He woul always take charge to make sure people are doing what they needed. And when all of us as officers were to slack of he would pick up his work to cover our slack. After that he would take charge and make sure we were being the officers that we needed to be. He totally worked harder then all of the people who were around him and should have this award. Keep up the good work terrors!
