KSI Charisma 7 has been in EO over a year and helped many people in many different ways. She is one of the most commited people I have ever met in KSI and also one of the most inspiring. She is a shining example to myself and many others inside and out of our division. If there is one person that I know that I could go to for anything it would be this man, He is a shining example as to what a true KSI member should be and a great role model to everyone. He is my role model and a personal Hero. If I could aspire to be anything in my career in KSI it would be to be more like this man. He is patient, understanding, and isnt afraid to get his hands dirty. He does his best in everything he does and dedicates himself to seeing us all grow. If I could point to one man when asked who I think is the embodiment of all the core values of KSI it would him. Thank you for everything you have done for all of us sir! He shows patience to everyone and helps teach everyone who is around him to do the right thing. I cant say that I would have made it this far if it wasnt for this mans patience, guidance, and understanding. He has helped me not only within KSI but has helped me grow in patience in my personal life. He also isnt afraid to speak his mind and be blunt to people which has helped everyone in the division grow to a better understanding of their responsibilities and how to perform them.

I am witness to these events and will testify to this. She has help me as well as many others that I know. She is extremely deserving of this award.
